Japer had captured some of the Jedi, and killed the rest. They had to get back on the Dominon and get these guys in a prison cell where they belonged. Japer had binded them up in there speeder, and then they had to return to the Dominion with these Jedi. "Ok, Demi, you go to the Dominion. I will take care of getting these Jedi on the ship."said Japer "Ok, good luck Japer."said Demi Wraith Japer watched there speeder speed away, and then he jumped in his, with the rest of the prisoners, and set off in the same direction.

Fifteen ships left the space docks at Etchik, nervously plotting hyperspace coordinates to the Shykar system.  Among them were the various cargo craft, fuelers, and a few light escort craft of the fledgling Imperial Center flotilla.  There were other, larger, older ships that could have been used, but this collection of vessels was trying really hard to not make itself a viable military target to those attacking the Vast Empire.  Thus far, in ferrying wounded and supplies, they had been left alone; only twice suffering the indignity of being boarded and searched. Among the supplies were foodstuffs, medicines, and first aid supplies for millions of civilians on Lotaith.  The factories could only make so much, even at maximum production. For the troopers there were blaster packs, armor parts to replace those damaged in the fighting thus far.  Grenades, heavy weapons, and the entire sum of heavy vehicles and walkers that the shipyards had contained.  A couple dozen AT-ATs, six score of AT-STs, including the latest heavy artillery model.  Even more tracked vehicles and repulsortanks.  It should be more than enough to replace the vehicles lost in recent missions and enough to give the FES when they reached Lotaith. OOC:  Basically, while you are cooling your heels orbiting Lopen, research what kind of weapons load you want to have when you hit the ground on Lotaith.  I want you guys staggering with a full (but realistic) load and able to use whatever vehicle you need.

The VSD Galcura was under heavy guard. Captian Retona nervously oversaw the movement of heavy weaponry. A large hole had been cut into the VSD's hull as cranes and other equipment from the Vast Empire lifted out smaller vehicles such as ATSTs and ATPTS. To the left of the site, seven ATATs had been set, already prept and manned. A dozen more were still to be unloaded while the remaining were still hidden withinthe depths of the hull sided cargo bay. ATPTs were quickly loaded and set out on quick scouting expedions, keeping the perimeter secure. Additional vehicles, such as ATAAs were already in position incase an attack was set. General Matok's hologram quickly responded to the Captain's call. "General, stated the commander with a quick salute, "we are moving all the equipment we can. We shall have the force delivered on time." "Good." said the General plain and simple. "Colonel Fury has been placed incharge of the deployment. Follow his orders. We have called for a second detachment to arrive in a short while, but we must get the space above this planet secure. Colonet Fury has prepared the Vast Empire military for its own deployment. We cant risk another assault such as this. Is that clear Captain?" "Indeed." said the Captain as he completed a final salute. He would be ready.   ----------------------- Lord Rage, Executive Officer (XO) www.fesclan.com | www.fesgaming.com

Otto sat in his bunk. It was o' 700, an hour before shift. He got up and got into his trooper uniform. He then walked to the Raiders lounge. Shadow, Grizzly and D-13, and Jedi were there. They were playing a game of Sabacc.       "Hey Otto, what's up?" asked D-13. "Nothing really, just waiting for our shift to start," replied Otto "Yeah I know, it's still an hour til it does but hey, may as well be up."  As he took off his helmet he asked, "Who's winning?"       "Jedi of course." grunted Grizzly, sounding annoyed.   "Heh, yeah, may as well USE my Jedi sences," laughed Jedi "How'd ya sleep Otto? Does it feel good to be back on the ship?"     "Ha, yeah, sure as hell is better than those stupid cots that we used on Sernpidal." Otto said. Otto sat down on the open side of the Sabacc table. He didn't really like playing it. He knew how it was played, but it was just too easy. He could tell what and when the cards were coming. But it was easy money, so when Jedi won, he took his place and beat Grizzly and D-13.     "Welp, it's been a pleasure. But, the shift starts in 15 minutes, so we should get ready for Snake to come and get us." said Otto, as he counted his winnings.   Just then, Snake walked in and snapped a salute. Each Raider in turn stood and saluted. They each went to attention.     "Well boys, go back to your quarters and get into your civilian clothing, we're not going on shift. The captain figures that since we just finished such a long and vigorous mission, that we can have a few days off," Snake informed the squad. "I DO want you all back here with in the hour. I want us all to spend this together and play some games."   They each hurried back to their quarter and changed. Otto got back to the lounge with in 20 minutes, his quarters were on the same deck as the lounge. Jedi was already there. His quarters were even closer. Next came Snake, Shadow, then Grizzly and then finally D-13 just before the hour was up.     "Nice of you to show D, it's good you're here." laughed Shadow, as he was sipping his ale.   The Raiders then spent the next few days together laughing it up and playing Sabacc, they met up with the Dark Dragoons one day, and went to the main lounge and met up with Iron Horse, they then went to a large combat simulator, where half of Raiders went with IH, and the other half went with DD. They played against eachother for a few hours, IH and the half of Raiders that were with them won. They finally headed off to the planet Lopen. A few of the Raiders were then stationed to watch the Jedi uninitiates.

Argon Viper was still a squad commander, but he only had two people(including himself) to order supplies for. That didn't make the list any smaller, it just meant that he'd get less of what he requested. After three hours spent in one of the lounges brainstorming with Fish about what they really needed and what they just wanted, Argon felt he had the list down. One thing that felt odd was the fact that he was doing what he had steadfastly refused since he joined the VE, he was accepting a part time role as a groundpounder. Well, at least he could be a pilot and terrorist some of the time. He loaded the list onto the comm and sent it off to Fury, hoping that all of it would be granted, but sincerely doubting that. ---Contents of List--- -Absolutely Needed- -2 Blaster Rifles -2 Suits of Stormtrooper Armor(painted black for cammo) -2 Comm(units for communication) -2 Survival Kits(for extended operations) -Needed for Peak Efficiency- -1 Heavy Squad Fire Support Weapon -1 Heavy Speeder -Choice of Explosive Devices -2 Projectile Sniper Rifles -8 Programmable Holo Generators -8 Land Mines -Misc Explosives -Wanted- -1 Heavy Assault Vehicle -1 Thermonuclear Device(for terrorist threats, not actual use) -1 Space Capable Transport -1 SAM Equipped Vehicle -2 Space Capable Fighters

"Peter," Dragoon said," you are one sexy man." Kiption looked at Dragoon in his disguise with what appeared to be hatred.  Maybe it was just another act, Dragoon didn't know.  "You know, you're an egomaniac." Dragoon grinned.  "I was in the FA, what do you expect?"  Dragoon handed 'Peter' a small holdout blaster.  "We need to be back at the shuttle in six hours.  In three hours, there are going to be fireworks.  I need you to throw the sent away from the  building that's going to be hit." Kip nodded, "I know, I know.  Can we get going?"  Kiption walked away while Dragoon went to a local bar to have a few drinks and then found a refresher station.  He still smelled like Bantha droppings, and he already hit the refresher twice.  He was attracting attention on teh street, and that was a bad thing. Well, he hoped Kip would throw the scent.

Kiption had an idea.  It prolly wasn't a good idea, but it was an idea just the same.  He walked straight passed the guards, guarding the grounds of the third building and proceeded to where he thought was the commander of the guard.  He was wrong. "Stop where you are."  Kiption froze.  'This is not good.'  He heard two sets of foot steps run up from behind him and stop just shy of his reach.  "Hands where we can see them."  Kiption slowly moved his hands away from his sides and slowly level with his shoulders.  "Look guys," he said, "I don't want any trouble, I just want to speak to someone that can help me.  I know about the second bombing."  He listened for the two guys behind him to give some form of understanding what he just said.  "I saw him exiting the sewer, he's back there now, tied up."  The two soldiers behind him were having a conversation over thier comlinks.  "Yea, get the commander, there's a guy here who says he has the guy responsible tied up somewhere."  Kiption started to turn around to face the two guys behind him but was quiickly brought to a stop.  "Don't move."  "Come on guys, look, my name is Peter Griffen, you can look me up on the computer."  Then reaching in his mind for an idea of what the guys ID had said, "ID Number 33-2843.  Check it on your computer."  The guys behind him were repeating exactly what Kiption had said into the Comlink.  "Ok, you can put your hands down now."  Kiption finally relaxed.  "Come with us," they said and took up position around Kiption, escorting him off. "But the guy responsible is this way."  "That's fine.  We'll get back to him later.  Right now the commander wants to have a word with you."  They gave Kiption a slight nudge forward and into the building.

Dragoon exited the refresher booth for the fourth time in the past hour.  He was finally beginning to get the smell off of him.  He was supposed to meet Kip here about fifteen minutes ago, cause the next bombing was only an hour and a half away.  Well, knowing Kip he probably saw a pretty girl, or guy, Dragoon never really inquired to deeply into Kip's personal life. Dragoon decided that if Kip wasn't back in fifteen minutes, he'd go out looking for him.  He tried his com, no answer.  Just like him, Dragoon thought.  Never answeres my calls, or anything. Well, time for another Dew.  The minutes were ticking past...

Kiption walked past a bright white shiny corridor, through an umarked door, into another shiny corridor.  He marveled at the sheer brilliiance of the architect to make the entire interior of the building look completely the same.  It was amazing that anybody could find their way around it at all..  "Ahh Mr. Griffen.  Welcome.  I hear you have some information on the bombings."  "Yes yes, but instead of us going to go pick up the guy who's there, we are wasting time with this conversation."  Kiption stepped more into the corridor.  One guy in front of him and two behind him, in a corridor with only doors at the end.  This was the kind of situation they taught you to avoid.  A quick snap of the wrist would bring out the small hold out blaster that Dragoon had given him, but would he be able to get the shots off fast enough to get out of the building.  Dragoon couldn't set the charges till the guards were pulled away from their post, he had to play this just right.  "Is there a rush to get over there and pick the guy up?"  "Well, yea.  He might regain conciousness (sp)." "Well we might as well go get him before he gets away.  But you I'm afraid you on the other hand will have to stay as our guest until this matter is cleared up."  Kiption snapped his wrist and the small blaster fell into his hand.  He feinted to the right and fired off two quick shots to where he thought one of his escorts was.  He trained his blaster around to pick up the other guy,  but a stun bolt caught him in the back.  'Well it was worth a shot'.  "Move him ...... basement, and .... away until ...."  Fade to black.

Dragoon walked out of the bar.  He was trying to figure where Kip went to, when he happened to walk by the sewer he came out of.  He heard some movement, and a faint murmur.  He looked in, saw the man, Griffen, still moving around, and shot him in the head with his blaster.  He always believed in tying up loose ends. He overheard two soldiers talking about a man that was taken into custody at the garrison, who shot two guys before he was stunned.  Dragoon figured that it was Kip.  Well, at least he took a few down.  Well, dragoon thought, guess I gotta go save him. Dragoon decided to kill two birds with one stone.  He checked his watch to find out when the guards switched, then quickly went to work setting the explosives.  Well, he thought, this place is coming down in an hour, no matter if I get Kip out of here or not.  But I won't leave him behind.  He noted that the guards had changed, and new guards were now at the front door.  He lit a cigarra and went up to make some friendly conversation. "Nice evening," Dragoon said casually.  The guards didn't even seem to pay attention to Dragoon.  Well, he thought, he could do this the silent Wraith way, or the brash FA way.  He thought for a second and pulled out two blasters and shot both of the guards in the stomach.  FA way it is, he thought. He stepped into the doors, spotted two guards, blasted them and walked down a side hallway.  He (luckily, and completely unexpectedly) found the uniform room.  "TIme to switch rolls."  He changed into a security uniform and made his way down to the dungeon type level. He set his blaster to stun.  "What are you doing here?" he asked one of the guards.  "You're needed upstairs."  THe guard looked skeptical at first, but shrugged and went up anyway.  Easier than I thought, dragoon said to himself.  The other guard in front of Kips cell was slightly more alert though.  Dragoon cut through the crap...yes, another pun, and just blasted the guy. "MAN! I can't believe I left it on stun.  Oh well." He opened Kips door.  Kip was slightly less than ready to go, but Dragoon stripped down the guard outside and got Kip into his clothes.  He checked his watch.  12 minutes until boom time.  With Kip staggering, Dragoon got an idea.  "Where are you going, and why is he walking like that?"  one of the guards said. Dragoon just shrugged.  "Drunk on the job, I'm escorting him home."  "Ah, okay, go ahead then." Dragoon walked away from teh building as fast as he could and began the countdown.  5....4....3....2.....1... The Explosion made the other two seem small.  It rocked the entire block, and two neighboring buildings also fell under the force of the explosion.  Well, time to go, Dragoon thought as Kip still stumbled dumbly beside him.

"Hey.....  trying to get you...."  Kiption tried to focus on where it was coming from.  "Mom?" he said, Dragoon only heard it as murmors.  More darknes.  Suddenly he was lifted up and was moving.  He tried to keep his feet moving with the pace that was being set for him, but his legs just didn't seem to want to move that well.  ".... you going.... he walking... " This wasn't good.  Kiption wondered if he was armed.  Then he heard another voice.  "... on the job..... home."  ".... go ahead."  Kiption started mumbeling incoherently.  They continued down a corridor and through an un makr door.  The bright light stunned him, and he stopped to try and move the sun from his eyes.  Instead he was just pulled along faster.  ".... our..... hreee ..... one......"  and then a giant noise that almost knocked Kiption over.  After more stumbling through the town, Kip was finally lowered to the ground.  He heard the person carrying him mumbling through something, and then a sharp pain into right arm, and something.  He became concious in seconds.  "What in the world was that?" "Don't ask, FA stuff."  Kiption sighed and looked around for his bearings.  He was outside the building, which was more of a dust ball at the moment.  "Thanks," he said and stumbeled to his feet.

Kiption got himself going, and the two sped towards the shuttle.  Dragoon kept checking hi watch, and noticed that time was ticking.  They had two hours to get back to the shuttle, which SHOULD have been plenty of time, but things rarely go exactly as planned. Dragoon figured it was maybe three kilometers to the shuttle, but he was tired of risking capture and worse, so he called up old Epic on the com.  "Epic, this is Dragoon." "I here ya, Dragoon," Epic's voice came back.  "What can I do for ya?" Dragoon looked around.  "We need a lift.  We've had some trouble, and our handiwork made us slightly less than sociable on this planet." Epic chuckled.  "We heard about your handiwork Dragoon, so yeah, I'll be by in a speeder in a few to pick you up.  It's probably not best you're walking along the streets with the entire security force looking for whoever bombed those three buildings." "Thanks Epic," Dragoon said and shut off the comlink.  They spotted a game of marbles and joined in to pass the time until Epic's speeder came by.  They loaded up and headed back towards the ship.

Epic walked down the ramp of the ship onto the ground and looked around. Everything seemed to be clear so he went ahead and shut up the ship and hopped on his speeder and got to work checking to make sure everything was okay before starting it.     He was about ready to head out when he remembered his blasters and such. He couldn’t just run off into a hostile planet without weapons. Epic quickly ran back into the ship and grabbed some equipment and then hustled back out, locked the ship up, hopped on his speeder, and took off.     Epic pulled up his commlink and said, “Come in Dragoon or Kiption.” Only incoherent mumbling came back. He hit the commlink on the speeder and then said, “Dragoon, wake up.”     “Yeah, I’m here. Wha’da you need?” Came Dragoons reply. “Why didn’t you answer a second ago?” Epic said.     “We did, that was Kiption. He’s sorta… out of it.” Dragoon said. “Alright, well… anyways… I’m on my way, be ready, I’ll be there in a few minutes. Keep coming this way, I’ll meet you.”     Epic got an ‘ok’ from Dragoon and then stuck his commlink back into his pocket and throttled up.         The city approached steadily and Epic slowed down a little bit. Epic pulled over into the trees and slowly crept up to the edge of the trees and pulled out his binoculars and started scanning the edge of the town.     After a few minutes of waiting, he finally spotted two people coming out of the town, one half carrying the other one. Epic assumed that the one staggering around had to be Kiption. Epic pulled out a little laser light as he dismounted the speeder and shined it towards Dragoon and Kiption. Dragoon spotted it and pointed towards Epic and then headed towards him.     “Well… I guess it’s good to see that you’re both still in… one piece…” Epic said when they had gotten to the cover of the trees.     “Yeah, Kiption here got into a bit of trouble. He should be fine in a while though. Good to see you again, Epic.” Dragoon said.     Epic motioned to the speeder and said, “Ok boys, hop on. I’ll have you back at the ship in no time. You’d better hold on to Kiption, Dragoon.”     Incoherent mumbling is all he got in response from Kiption and Dragoon just nodded and helped Kiption on, and then hopped on the very back.     Epic jumped up front and they all headed off towards the ship.

Kiption was supported by Dragoon in the speeder while Epic sped down the road towards the ship.  He was still stunned, but the injection that Dragoon had given him was helping him to fight off the side effects of the stun bolt he took to the stomach.  He tried to count the number of targets that they had to take out.  There was the one with the two guys.  The sewer one, and then the one they just walked out of.  'Wasn't there supposed to be one more?'  Kiption thought to himself.  'Weren't we supposed to go after the commander's lodge as well?' Kiption turned his head up towards Dragoon, and tried to talk to him. "habem bwee fogween aben den afder baw?"  Kiption tried to make out the words.  Dragoon looked at him. "Just relax Kiption, we're almost there.  We'll get you out of this state in no time."  Kiption tried again, but with no success.  "Would you shut him up, I'm trying to drive here."  Epic yelled back.  Kiption reached in his pocket and took out Peter Griffen's badge and studied it for a second.  He nudged Dragoon and started pointing at the number 4 in Griffen's ID number.  "Fowth bwillwing."  Kiption repeated over and over again.  Dragoon finally caught on. "Epic, stop the speeder, we gotta go back." "But Kip's in no condition," Epic protested. "Then you'll just have to take his place, now turn around the speeder and let's go."

Argon Viper and Ramon Stonefish were at an undisclosed location on the planet, training and waiting for the newest orders from Fury or 'requests' from Raziel(as yet, he hadn't been suicidal enough to phrase them as orders  ) They had just finished a lightsaber duel, and both were ready to hit the ranges to make sure they could still hit squat from a kilometer away. They were getting restless, neither had had any real combat in the last few hours, and that was uncomfortable for them after having served in the FA for so long. Perhaps honed by this adrenalin, both of them scored shots exactly in the center of all their targets for the rest of the hour they spent there. The Dread Knights were so... very... bored. [OOC: This is a hint to give us something to do...]

Psst...hey Argon, check the roster...I did give you two Storm Commando armor.  Same goes for Wraith Squad. As for the rest, feel free to pilfer whatever equipment from your friendly neighborhood Imperial Center supply ships. That goes for all of you basically. I need a couple options here.  So basically, catch me online if you have any ideas.  Otherwise, I should have something whipped up by tomorrow night.  Kinda depends on any posts that occur overnight too. I am trying to figure out when to insert you guys onto Lotaith and in what capacity.  Best I can do for you is this: When Cosmic and Co. was picked up from Tadath, the enemy did move another force back in there to occupy the planet and house their troopers in the facility. Count it in as this:  The Dominion heads to Tadath with a couple IC Interloper-class Frigates for anti-fighter support (check IVE - Starship - Utility/Container for stats).  The Dread Knights can roll onboard with them.  Wraiths will wrap up whatever it is they are doing and either head to Tadath or wait for further orders. What to expect on Tadath: Getting into the system will involve taking on a a Lancer Frigate and two CC-9600s (like from Rebellion).  You have a VSD, two light frigates of your own as well as a complement of TIE Droid fighters, plus whatever Argon and Fish bring to the show.  This shouldn't be a problem, just letting you know the weapons the enemy can bring to bear.  Assume 18 starfighters of various types as planetary defense.  Consult the controlled systems part of the VE domain page.  Tadath has no atmosphere and little in civilian hospitality.  If people didn't escape Tadath on the Scythe, they didn't get off the rock. Tadath will be used as a rear medical facility and leave station for the enemy.  The FES had to have banged them up pretty bad on Lotaith.  Count up about 5,000 wounded and 3,000 on leave.  You have an advantage in armor and rested troops.  Should you quantifiably remove the enemy air cover, the VSD can issue some punishment.  Also assume some Zero-G type troops (elite Rebel special forces variant anyway).  Also remember you have at least a full regiment of regular army troops. Most of them cannot work without an atmosphere, so be careful when assigning them duties. Recapture Tadath.  It is home to Army HQ.  Make it interesting, but also realistic.  Platoon Leader Demi Wraith is in command.  Good luck.

Raziel adjusted the straps on his knew armour, fitting it perfectly to allow him full movment. He was so very glad to be in full legitimate uniform yet not be a big bulky cumbersome white target.     Some of the other wraiths weren't so happy with the knew armour, saying that it felt too thin and left them vulnerable, but there were only a few grumbles and Raziel fully insisted on this armour.     Kiptonion and Dragoon were still out long mission, the three buildings would seen be sucessfully taken down and the cities heirachy would crumble. The cities occupants thinking themselves far removed from battle hadn't expected to come under any sort of attack.     This was a mistake though as the city was being used to house most of the Enemies attack forces logistics and tactical experts. From here the Rebel's were sending out messages to the other armed forces that were moving against the VE, soon Raziel hoped they would no longer be able to perform that role.     Kiptonion and dragoon had hit several important buildings where control systems and conference rooms had been rapidly installed and even now Cloud was out hitting several important targets, right now Raz was standing flexing his arms and going through some motions with his knives to test thr armour.     So far Raziel had done little except watch from a distance, but soon it would be night. The rebels probably thought some resistance movement had done the bombings and were probably looking inwards not outwards.     Tonight they were in for a supirsie...Raziel opened the comms to all active squad members...including Viper and fish. "Ok everyone no matter where you are i want you back here asap. Cloud you are the one exception, but i'll want you covering us as soon as you've done. It's almost dark and then we're going to have some fun."     Raziel considered their precarious position. Right now they were some of the only VE troops on the planet. They had no orders in particular other than to cause general chaos. Raziel planned to raid the city and gain as much information about Rebel activities in the sector before calling for evac. Finally this was a mission that Raziel could properly enjoy. Up until now hehad never gone on a behind enemy lines and now he was incharge of one.     Raziel looked around the drop pod they were usuing as a temporary base.     "Agent, tell everyone to bring everything useful with us when we go, strip this thing bare. Make sure we have enough water especially."     "We're not coming back here?" Agent asked, some actual worry coming through with his voice.     "Nope, we'll cover it up. But after this we're going to have to disappear, it's not safe around here. We're deep into their current territory and we can't afford to stay still. For now the best we can do is stay hidden and cause some trouble."     "Yes sir, hopefully with some of the ex-Fallen members around we should find it easy eh?"     "Yeah thats the idea." Raziel replied, but he knew this would be far from easy.     "Prepare for the raid," he stated simply before going outside. =========================================== ooc: damn very sorry i got very mixed up, i've edited this message about 6 times now i'll wrap this up then we can go to tadath.     Raziels plans for going into hiding after the mission were however cut short. Only minutes after he had first signalled Dragoon he was told that they would soon be needed on tadath. They were to hurry up and simply gain all informtaion stored about the attack on Tadath. It was hoped that the damage they had already done would disorganise the Rebel's forces on tadath.   ----------------------- SL/1SGTRaziel/4SQD/1COMP/1BAT/1RGT/Tadath/VEA/ {EW1} Squad Leader - Squad4 Wraiths

Dragoon and Epic were riding in the city towards their next target when Dragoon's comlink beeped.  "Dragoon here." "It's Raziel.  We've recieved a message from AHC, we're needed on Tadath as soon as possible.  I want you here in two hours to leave.  If you can finish your mission, do so, if you can't, just get back here and we can come back later for another round of work." With that Raziel signed off. "Okay, looks like we've got a short time to do this job.  Let's get cracking.  We've got the lounge to destroy, we're three clicks away.  Let's get there and do our job."  Dragoon checked his explosives.  Everything was as it should be. They stalked up to the lounge with Kip as look out...that's about all he could do in his present condition.  Dragoon had Epic guard him while he went to work setting the explosives.  "What are you doing?"  a voice asked from teh shadows. "Setting up fireworks," Dragoon said casually.  A man, slightly shorter than Dragoon with ash colored hair stepped into the light. "You're the one responsible for all the explo..."  He couldn't say any more.  It seemed like he couldn't talk well with a blaster hole in his chest.  "Thanks Epic,"Dragoon said and finished his work.  "K, it's set to go off in about fifteen minutes.  We will still be able to see the fireworks, I made sure of that." They sped away.  Approximately fifteen minutes later a giant cloud loomed over a section of the city.  "Beautiful, isn't it?" They got off the speeder and boarded the shuttle ----------------------- PFC Dragoon Mean guy, but good at heart

Raziel stared down at the city with his Heat sensing binocs. Troops were still searching the city, frantically trying to find the bombers.     "Still looking inwards," he wispered.     "huh?" Epic asked.     Raziel winced at the volume of the question but remember that the city was neither alert or well defended.     "Nothing, it just looks like they're not expecting us." ===========================================     Cloud barely moved as he scanned the city, he had completed his mission now and was ready to cover the Wraiths entry. His knew rifle was fully supressed and the cocking mechanism had been fully oiled to prevent the "ch-ching" of the bolt action drawing attention to himself.     "This is Raziel." crackled the comms.     "Sir," Cloud whispered back. He was also thankful for the black commando armour Fury had gifted them. This was he could make himself invisible to anyone not 5 feet from him.     "Be ready for the raid, the large building in the east, you see it?"     "which one sir?"     "The square fat one, 2 floors high, approximately 40 metres by 40. 2 Guards at the door."     Cloud removed the cap from his reflective scope and retrained his aim.     "Got it."     "Right thats our target so pls try and keep anyone inside from shooting us from inside." Raziel made the request with a dismissive tone, he really only hoped that cloud would have to perfom a supportive role and not have to bail them out.     "No problem," cloud said. Grinning he shifted his aim to the building and replaced the scopes cap. ===========================================     Argon and Fish were ready, they were simply standing on the outskirts of the city, not really thinking much of the Cities awareness...and nor in the mood for sneaking around.     "Raziel here"     "Oh finally we get to do something?"     "Well seeing as you're in the army now you may actually get to do some work."     Argon laughed: "You can watch you mouth or suffer at our next meeting."     "heh, anyway there're too many guards in the city so its going to be a quick raid. If you wouldnt mind drawing most of their troops to the west of the city?"     "yeah while the whole lot of you go and take on whats left like cowards? yeah we'll se what we can do."     Argon snapped the comlink off, but smiled. He now had a chance to lose his current state of boredom. ===========================================     The two sentries at the eastern gate sat quietly, one sat smoking while the other was near sleep.     "What do you think of the bombongs?" one asked     "damn pesky locals i reckon, too darn used to empire rule to know better."     "Yeah," the other agreed. "Hell what was that?     "What?"     "i swear i saw something in black moving "     The guard didn't know that is cigarra was making him a perfect target. A small wistling sound was all they heard before one was thrown back off the wall knife in his chest, as the other simply fell dead...black knife still quivering in his eye socket.     A black shape materialised from almost nowhere and moved cat-like to retrieve his knife...behind him another group of 7 black-clad figures walked-ghost like- though the street.     True to their name wraiths made their silent way towards the systems op centre.

Shadow sat quietly in the corner of the Raiders' lounge grimly staring out the window at the planet below him. He was looking foward to seeing combat again so soon, but the task that lay before he and his fellow troopers was not going to be that easy. The particulars of the upcoming mission hadn't been handed out to them yet. Shadow was hoping that Snake would brief them soon because he was anxious to know what precisely lay ahead in the days to come. In fact, he was so anxious that he had taen out one of his swords and begun to polish it without even realizing what he was doing.     "You ready to tear in to these guys so soon?" D-13 asked, pointing to Shadow's sword from across the cabin.     "What?" Shadow mumbled, coming out from under his state of deep thought. He started as he looked down to see one of his two swords out. He really hadn't remember drawing it from its sheath. Shaking his head, he put the sword back and went back to staring out the window. D-13 shrugged and started reading his field manual again. Shadow wasn't much of a talker, and that 'What?' had been more of a response than he had actually expected.     Shadow was a little mad that he hadn't done much to really help out the Raiders since they rooted out those Rebels a month or two ago. In the last few battles he hadn't really been himself - it wasn't that he had gotten lazy, or sloppy, he just hadn't been on top of things. He was starting to notice lots of his fellow soldiers be promoted while he remained a Corporal. Not that that necessarily was a problem, but he felt that he was not doing enough for his squad. hopefully the coming battle would give him a chance to make up for that.        After that, thoughts seemed to escape his mind for a while. There was only the black stillness of space to stare it, with those millions upon millions of tiny points of light scattered throughout. Then, slowly, he began to pick up on the conversation taking place across the cabin. Shadow had learned by now that living on a semi-primitive world, combined with his army training, had given him superior senses to all of his fellow soldiers. It usually gave him a small edge in battle, but i was also nice for eavesdropping when the time arose.     Not that he was dropping any eaves at the moment, he only was listening to his fellow soldiers chat. Whether they knew he could hear them or not was probably irrelevant, since the conversation in itself wasn't very important. Just simple chat between friends.     "I don't care what you say, I KNOW that you're using the Force, man," Grizzly muttered. He was wrapped up in a sabaac game with Otto Vox and Jedi, and was obviously talking to Jedi. The Dark Jedi had been on a winning-streak lately among the Raiders, probably because he was so strong in the Force now that he could get the sense of what was going to happen right before it did. Most of the card players wouldn't play with him anymore, but Grizzly never seemed to give up and Otto was almost good enough to beat Jedi even if he could feel the Force.     Now whether Jedi was cheating or not was a different matter. The way he had explained, he wasn't trying at all to read the others' thoughts or get some sense of the future. If he seemed to know their next move before they made it, it wasn't intentional - only the Force guiding him.     Not that that really made a difference. He still had won every sabaac game that had been played among the squad for the past eight evenings. And from the grimace on Otto's face at the moment, it looked Jedi had just taken another small slice of next month's salary away from him.     Shadow almost laughed. The atmosphere among his fellow troops was one he really liked. They were calm, friendly, optmistic, even right before they went into battle. He almost Snake was there to see it, too. This kind of attitude showed just how high the army's morale had risen lately. Those Navy hot shots didn't seem so high-and-mighty now.     The young man sighed and stood up from his chair. He shifted around a little, stretching, then nodded slightly when D-13 raised his eyes from his book again. Cracking his knuckles, Shadow made his way over to the bar, grabbed a shot of Corellian whiskey, and headed over to the card table. Sabaac wasn't really his game, but he hoped that maybe one more player would throw Jedi off enough for someone else to win. After all, Grizzly would might start crying if he didn't win soon enough. Now that did make Shadow laugh. The other three looked up at him as he sat down and set us glass on the table.     "You in, Shadow?" Otto asked.     "Sure, why not? It might be the last time we get to play cards for awhile."     "That's the spirit," Jedi replied. "You want in, too, Dee?"     "No thanks," the younger troop called back.     "All right then. We're using the Kuat-variation rules. You know them?" Shadow nodded. "Good," Jedi responded. "May the best man win."     "As long as it's not you," Grizzly muttered under his breath.   ----------------------- TRP/CPL Shadow/3SQD/1PLT/1COMP/1BAT/1REG/VEA/VE Leave us . . . the dog eats strangers.

I have no idea why this is a problem as all squads have been attached to the same vehicles since somewhere around late November or even earlier. SO............ When I say Dominion, I currently mean Iron Horse, Dark Dragoons, and Raiders squads. Once again, if you are in Iron Horse, Dark Dragoons, or Raiders, you are onboard - or attached to - the Victory-class Star Destroyer Dominion.  This would also include CPT Cosmic and his gang of roving trainees and veterans at this point. If you are in Wraith squad or the Dread Knights apparently, you are still attached to the Maurader-class Corvette Scythe.  I hope that clears things up.  If not, supervisory factory droids will be sent to your house and your current assignment will be branded onto your foreheads. That is all.

Argon Viper and Ramon Stonefish were on their way to Tadath, and they were ready to do anything. All their supply requests had been granted, much to their suprise, and their fighters were well tuned and waiting in the hangar of the Scythe. They had launched toward Tadath and arrival was happening in two hours. In the meantime, they were on the bridge, figuring out how Argon would be able to run the ship in battle by himself. "All right,"said Fish,"try it now." Argon pressed the button to remove power from the port shield as if it had been shot. Power was instantly moved by the computer to keep the shields even. "Turn down the port shields to 30%,"said Argon,"ventral shields up 30%." It happened, the program had worked. "All right,"said Argon,"now we just need to work on getting the weapons simplified enough so I can just punch in targets and the order I want them hit." "I already did that,"said Fish,"while you were checking out the shield program." "All right then,"said Argon,"I guess we're ready.  You gonna wait in your fighter?" "Yup,"said Fish, already out the door,"this is gonna be fun."

OOC : This is from Matok's file. As some of you know he is unable to post right now due to circumstances beyond his control. Ok here it is... ------------------- Capital World ------------------- The walker force had finally completed its perimeter defense, blocking out the tank droids from further assaults on the government plaze buildings. Matoks UH1 seems quiet. It has low on resources, engines seemed worn from combat and it was drastically low on ammunition. "Commander, " stated Matok to his retreval force near the reckage of the Galcura, "We need fresh reinforcements. Our equipment is weaking. We need it now!" Suddenly the transmission went dead. Small taps were heard along the ceiling. Matok grabbed his pistol, motioning his command crew to leave their stations and grab their arms as well. The taps followed along the walkway. Matok and his officers followed inside. Then suddenly the walker shook. "What that hell!" screamed an officer as a large machanical vehicle blew through the hull plating, busting into the cargo hold. Matok spun around, just as the drone crushed one of his pilots. He shot the drones back plating, no effect. The shot deflected. "Everyone back to the command pod, NOW!" screamed Matok as he rushed with his crew toward their stations. A few stormtroopers had setup heavy repeaters along the doorway, as Matok and his crew past them and entered the pod, the repeaters began their deadly attack. Shell casings hit the floor, seemed about 60 shots per second. Matok shut the heavy door as he saw the drone trying to burst through the walkway, realising its targets had vanished. He heard metal plates break, shots being deflected, shells hitting the floor. Then suddently two screams. "Eject the pod," stammered Matok, "We cant make it like this." His crew obeyed and the door doubled its seal. Then with a sharp movement, the command pod ejected from its casing, a remarkable sight if one was watching from below. The pod quickly fell, hoovered then hit the ground. "Hurry!" yelled Matok, "everyone out now!". They just left the pod as Matok pressed a button on a control console. He left the pod with the others, running toward the government plaza, shotting at enemy troops as they went. Then with a load crack, the UH1 exploded, shattering 30 stories of glass windows along the plazas north wall. It had self-destructed on time, just as more drones had come aboard. Matok smiled to himself, knowing that reinforcements would soon arrive. He would not be stuck hiding for long.

Kuroishi couldn't blame the others for not wanting to follow him anymore.  He himself didn't feel right following this course of action but the FA had no other choice if they were going to be able to continue operating as they wanted to without interferance. Kuroishi began the neccessary paper work to condense the now nearly empty second squad into his own.  With so many loses Kuroishi began to realize his own limitations.  He wasn't as old as Geist or Stonefish but he was older then most everyone else, VEA or FA. Kuroishi knew his path toward vengance would be a long one and it would not end at Varneck but he did not like how it had cost him so many good commrades.  First Narm Greyrunner resigned, then Jingo Yatani, Geist was retiring from active combat status and was recomending a tech by the name of Aniston as his replacement, Fish and Viper were staying with the Army though both had replacements. Kuroishi now after so much was begining to realize Narm was right when he said that they were not the same Fallen Angels they were in the Intruder Wing.  Kuroishi had hoped that by going mercenary he could bring some of that back but he was only deluding himself and he knew he must move on and make the best of what he has. The Sweetums arrived in Gererium and was greated by the rest of the fleet.  Kuroishi knew that one of the CRV's there was meant for the Dread Knights but now that there were so few of them it didn't seem to matter anymore. "Gentlemen our next stop is the icy high gravity world of Varneck.  Considering a lot of these people were at one time my friends I must leave the Death Wookie behind because I know he will kill civilians even if I order him not to.  As to the rest of you I will hunt you down and give you a fate worse then death if I found out you purposefully harmed any civilians.  The enemy NR garrison commander is our old friend Boo Wood, we all remember our meeting with him on Eridani now don't we?  Like I told you all before this will be a high gravity world so you'll need to pack light.  It will also be very cold down there so don't forgette heaters.  We'll make our incersion here, near where I used to live when I was staying on this rock.  The total population of the planet when I was here was about 11,000 people.  Primary industry which I owned until the NR came in and seized the planet was producing Varneck Citrus.  Secondary industry is the production and refitting of small craft.  The X-wings we had until the Empire replaced them with T/A's were just as good as the T/A's and a bit more durrable.  We'll have some support from the Varneck Planetary Defense force once we get them out of thier prison cells.  Two Varneck Royal Commandos are still on the loose causing havoc where they can though.  VRC's scare me and I know that doesn't seem like much but I'm only a marine and as such they outclass me in a lot of ways.  Time to make the jump."  Kuroishi said as his mind wandered back to memories of his home. He had waited a long time for this and finally it was happening.  Kuroishi just wished it was under better circumstances.
