Ladies and Gentlemen, I would like every one of you to send in a weekly report. Reports may be made through e-mail, so that I can save them on my computer. If this is a problem, let me know *BEFORE* reports are due.

Speaking of due dates, I want every one of you to have your weekly reports in *no later than* 8:00am (Eastern Standard Time) on Friday mornings. This will give me the time I need to put together our squadron report.

All reports need to be sent to the squadron officers: Myself and Hunter.

Reports don't have to be complicated. Just give me a basic overview of what you have or haven't done in the past week. For example, have you posted on any stories? Participated in any games? Can you give me an approximate idea of how much time you've spent on IRC? What is your Pay-Per-Click count? Things liek that. Remember that even if you *don't* have any activity to report, send one anyway. A report of no activity is better than no report at all.

Feel free to post back here with any questions, comments, or concerns. Be sure to ask before the reports are due.

I vote against it. One of the previous army squads I was in worked like that. I disliked it. Flight nimber is easy and simle. If we change it, the whole navy should change prolly.

I was in one once, though it was on a down-hill slide by then. Viper squadron.

We used to have squadron competitions via stories. The winning squadron would be designated the "elite" squadron, and all members would recieve higher pay.

In order to become an elite flight member, flight lead, XO or SC... You must be an elite squadron and in order to be that there must be a competition stating that you are, in fact, elite and very clearly. This is the ESC (Elite Squadron Competition). There hasn't been one in a few years, and that's because we haven't seen consistent activity out of squadrons. IF, and that's a big if, we can get all three squadrons to remain active and really get into their stories- there will be an ESC. I guarantee it. It'd probably come around Summer though- so promotions and such for normal stories would have to come now- the ESC is all about direct competition with the other squadrons and I do believe it was very competitive.

(And before Viper even began its role as the Elite, I believe Aegis was number one every time before... Does my memory serve me correctly?)

Nice posts Gemini and Speed. Speed, keep up the good work. Your posts are starting to get a little longer. Just a helpful tip, use some dialog with people. Or, if there is no one around, like in your post, tell us what your character is thinking. You do that by typing< i > to start the italics and < /i > to close them. It looked like you were trying to do that in your post, but just forgot how to do it. When you see that in people's posts, whatever is written with italics is normally either what their character is thinking or flash back, in which case a couple of whole paragraphs are italicized. Oh, and I wasn't on yesterday, because I had like the 24 hour flu. Nasty little thing...

Uh Raigen, apparently you don't read very well. This was sent to you along with the story posts you asked for early yesterday.

Now, basically, how this has been set up for you. You are being held prisoner by some people that appear to be the law enforcement on the asteroid, and you are being pumped for information on why you are there. So, you should probably post about being tortured and asked about what we are doing on the asteroid and such. No heroics. Do not make some extraordinary post about how you took out ten guards and escaped. I doubt you would, but it wouldn't make sense. They have probably drugged you, so you probably can't move very well. Do what you want with it. You can even write about trying to escape, but you are in a security tight building, so you wouldn't get away. Don't worry though. The rest of the squadron and I are going to get you and Gemini out.


Now, to me, that seems pretty clear as to what you can write. I'm not saying you have to write that, but I at least figured you would get the point to not go >Heroic<. I wouldn't have really cared if you hadn't been captured or not, that was just me giving you ideas. I got the idea that you had been captured from Gemini's post. In it, if you had read properly, she had the people who captured her kind of insinuate that you had been caught as well. Not entirely, that's why you wouldn't have to post that way.

Also, I didn't say it was thugs either, so you can't blame that on me. I said people that appear to be the law enforcement. Meaning, they are the officials for all we know.

Also, THE REST OF THE SQUADRON ARE NOT IDIOTS OR BLIND. You can't just sneak onto the ship that has Chip and half of the rest of the squadron in it, grab your armor, some random paint, and get back out. We aren't stupid. Plus, there are only two entrances to the ship. The bay doors, which will let out ships out later in space, and the boarding ramp. The bay doors are closed and the boarding ramp is probably where some of the people from Aegis are waiting. Also, that must have been some good paint to dry in less than an hour on your armor.

So, that really means, no one fought the people who captured her. Really, it's right there. And if people had, Hunter-the person who has feeling for Gemini-would have been the first to kill them. He's just smart enough to understand odds. We aren't army. We're pilots. Chances are, you aren't going to be perfect at both, unless your character is in both divisions.

All in all, you really need to over hall your post. You can't really keep anything that's in it. You need to read more closely to people's posts and think about what you are writing. I've helped you before, and this is why I'm starting to get a little frustrated. Please, I'm not trying to be the mean guy here that thinks everything should be his way. I'm trying to help you be a better writer and write more logically. None of things that I stated above which are wrong about your post were personal feelings. They were facts. Now, if you can't think of anything else to write, use the tip I gave you above about being pumped for information. But please, in Gemini's own words:
