Howdy folks, I'd like to give you all an update on my current condition (I've miraculously managed to borrow access on my borther's computer).
My computer has (again) decided that it hates me. "System32/config is either corrupt or missing." Thus, windows refuses to boot. The guy who fixes the computers for my mom's office is taking a look, and hopefully it will be fixed in a week or so. Chances are that I'm only going to have access to the internet for two minutes a day, and so will not be able to log in to the VE. Hunter is in charge. I will let you all know as soon as things change.
Again, sorry for being gone, and some squadron renovations that I've been planning on for a while are going to be finished up when i get back (hopefully including the new flight leader for 3rd flight).
Oh, and try not to fight with each other too much. I don't want to have to knock any heads when I get back...  -----------------------

a squadron normally have 2 flight leaders and the commander, but you guys didn't have one probably because one wasn't needed due to lack of recruits to fill in the third flight. But, now that you guys do have enough member, hopefully, you'll need one. fyi, the more you ask for promotions in rank/position, the less chance of getting it. Hope that cleared up a few things for ya. -----------------------

JMac has disapeared (Having graduated HS with him, I should have known better than to expect him to stick around... ), which means Hunter has been promoted to XO, which means we need a new flight officer.
As to my own situation: my computer is being looked at, not sure yet how long it'll take him to fix it. -----------------------

ID lines are required. I intend to address that in the squadron regs I'm going to send out, as soon as I get my own computer back. We are in the defensive fleet, by the way.
Space, your's looks good, except the name you used. I'm assuming "Tarform Boggs" is your character name, but for the ID line go ahead and put your full callsign instead.
Raigen, you need an ID line. When you go to post on Reply Wars, all you need to do is uncheck the box labeled "Show Signature".
*Sighs* The computer fixer-people are fighting with each other. The Dell support people don't want to fix it, claiming it's a software problem. The office-fixer guy my mom took it to said to have Dell fix it, because he thinks it's a hardware problem. Hopefully they'll get it straightened out soon. Until then I'm stuck occasionally borrowing other peoples' computers... -----------------------

Thanks for the good luck Space; seems to have worked (see below). ID line looks good.
The computer guy called today. He slaved my hard-drive to another computer and was able to take a look at it that way. All my files and data are intact; it turns out that I had so much spyware and dormant viruses that Windows couldn't take it anymore (guess that's what I get for letting my McAfee subsricption run out...) With luck I'll have it back by late tomarrow night. -----------------------

Raigen, I sent you a copy of my post. That is all that has been written on the story, since your post up until now.

Well I was thinking of a way to get the Republic involved in the story. We're in the Thrawn saga right? That means the Republic rules the galaxy, and so they will probably have a better intel group than us right? If so I was wondering if I can perhaps have it turn out that their are a few republic angents on the planet as well. It's just that we're not aware of each others presance yet. I can do it after the whole interogation james bond style thing is over. -----------------------

It is my oppinion that we should stick with what we have for enemies. I mean, we are already in a mess, why make it worse.  I can be trumped on this, but I think we should try to achieve the goal of getting me an Gemini out and capturing a few pirates along the way before we add the element and if we add that element. It would just seem a bit too much to me. Just my oppinion on it though. You guys can do what you want this weekend, since I'll be gone. Free reign... well, Chip is still here. -----------------------
