I dont mean any offfence to anyone by saying this, but im a Brit. And if i was going to collect enough money together to actually go over to America despite the next five years of hard studies, i would not be going over just to meet people that ive said no more than a few words to.
And the convention, I admire your dedication Raigen but it wont work. You have Aeos from South Africa, a number of us from England and the rest of you are spred over an entire continent. The costs are going to be through the roof, and all this to meet people you might share just one interest with?
EDIT: However, i would collect enough money up just to see Yillis pushed off a boat....

Hmm...Well. We can at least do it along with some other worthwhile convention...maybe Comic Con? And start a fund that would go toward a lottery or raffle that would select some reps to go to those places and recruit or just have fun. -----------------------

Unfortunatly, for too many reasons, a full-blown Vast Empire Meeting/Convention thing is a little over-ambitious; not that it is a bad idea though. 
However, if any one from the more north-eastern corner of North America was to throw a gathering party of sorts, I'd definatly make an effort to be there.  -----------------------

Like I said earlier, I know Wicket is going to be in Iowa around the 3rd of July in Mason City, I'm going to be in Urbandale(Des Moines) Iowa from the 30th of June until atleast the 3-4 of July with Shazam, then we're stopping by Toki and Jen's for about a day or so, hanging out with Cosmic, and then heading home.
I'd love to travel up to Mason and see Wicket...just don't know where he lives.. 
But I'm up for Montreal, I'm sure Shazam would be up for it too. Just drive up to his house and head out from there. -----------------------
