In case you haven't noticed, the Army has picked up a new support vessel.  We have purchased a Venator-class Star Destroyer (info or look it up at IVE) and need to give this bad boy a name.

Rules:

1. Only one entry per person (re: NOT character) which will be composed of up to five suggestions.

2. I am not limiting this to only the army because if you grunts can't come up with a better name for the ship, you deserve to lose the contest.

3. Any violations of the rules results in immediate disqualification even if we end up using your suggestion(s).

4. Most of this is subject to my personality quirks and the votes of the Corps leadership. If you find the end results "unfair" don't bother complaining to me.

5. Grand prize is $1,000,000 credits and probably a neat gift from Imperial Center to be named later.

1. Um, actually its a launch path with interior bays along the way.  Seeing as most SW craft exhibit VTOL-like tendencies, I imagine anyone using the length of an SD, especially along a narrow launch corridor, is likely to slam into another craft in fairly short order.  That's not to say it's not possible; just really improbable.

2. Some of these names are very similar to one another.  Keep in mind that the first one stated will get credit; there will be no split prize.  That said, for example, if we pick Shadow Puppet instead of Shadow, the latter - ever if entered first - gets squat.
