For the record Wraith has four open spots, although whoevers on roster duty hasn't removed the people from those spots. Anubis and Hunter are in the reserves, halsey7 is retired and Leonhart is AWOLed. Which means I'm killing him off in this story.

Background History

    I was 6 when it started. The rebels set up a base camp on our planet on our planet of Arkania. They promised peace and prosperity. They trained the children in the art of self-defense but I had an exception.

One day I was watching some rebels shooting trash on a log when I asked "What are you doing?" They responded "Target Practice" and I eagerly asked if I could try.

The leader gave it some thought and said sure why not. He passed me the rifle and showed me how it was operated. On my first shot I hit the dead centre. The rebels were shocked and impressed.

The rebel leader said "Did you guys see that? That is true marksmanship!" and from that day forth the leader taught me how to use a variety of weapons. I thought this is going to be great but not for long.
    
Then on that faithful day when I had turned 14 my parents gave me a blaster rifle and my instructors gave me a blaster pistol. When all had seemed good the alarm set off& 2 Imperial Star destroyers where about to deploy troops to capture or destroy the rebels. My parents told me to run off into the hills begged them to come with me but they just left and went to the rebel base to pick up their arms. I ran for the hills. I turned and watched as my parents, friends, instructors, and siblings were gunned down they were no match for the might of the imperial army.
I ran until I found my secret hiding spot in the hills then I pulled out my rifle and aimed my first shot maimed a stormtrooper's shoulder and then I shot again and hit his neck I shot and shot while saying this is for mother, father, brother&. Later on the main division of stormtroopers left. All that remained was the scouts. I ran down to the camp I saw the bodies of my parents, siblings, and friends I buried or burned them. Then I headed for the rebel camp I saw bodies everywhere then I heard a moaning. "Come over here boy" it was my rifle instructor he said "This is your final test shoot me". I couldn't believe that said that but he continued on "After that you must avenge your village but remember&" He gave a shout of pain and I shot him. From that day forth I shot all the patrols I saw until I went back to my house.
There a squad of stormtroopers met me there and the squad leader joked this is the little sniper we have been hunting. I kicked some dust up and attacked the leader with a forbidden attack the "Knee of Death". I was instantly pinned down by the squad a trooper checked the leader's pulse and said he was dead. The squad took me away to their transport. My village was becoming smaller and smaller until it turned into a speck.
Four years later I found myself enlisted in the Stormtrooper Corps. I wore the white armor that had overran my village proudly. I had found from the archives that the rebels had a large spaceport on the planet and were training the children to be the next generation of rebels. The rebels had wanted tot make the Imperial Army look bad by showing that they had destroyed a village. I thought you traitors I will destroy the rebels and get my vengeance. Since that day where I met my dying instructor I have never forgotten my mission. To avenge my village!

Well cosmic I would say your correct about all you said except one thing.No disrespect,but if you were dying instucter and one guy was around that you trained would you want to be out of your misery,or be tortured later.

Hehe. Very good.

The main thing I love about this story, and what kept me very interested during my read, was its originality. A lot of the bio's, as of late, have taken a similar form in story (I was a mercenary/bounty hunter, a runaway, etc.), but yours was more unique. I liked it.

The main thing I did not like was the choppiness of your sentences. Use commas more often to link your sentences together. Your paragraphs looked like this:

I saw a tree. It was big. It was red. I liked it. I walked over to it and looked up. I saw an apple. It was green.


In the future, makes your sentences flow a bit more smoothly.

Drill Update

Drill's training is going to change dramatically starting Monday (tomorrow - 2/26). The training is going to be more rigorous in order to ensure that our writers are well-prepared for the active squads receiving them.

    Aphamos was not born a normal child.  His mother and father was working for the rebels, and were found during an Empire inspection and shot.  Before his mother died, as her last wish, Aphamos was to live, and was taken by stormtroopers and thrown on the side of the streets of Nar Shadaa.  He was found and taken up to be raised by a newlywed couple, wanting a child but not too eager to have one.  This is his story.

    It was the morning of Aphamos's 13th birthday.  He had overheard his parent's plans for a surprise party the night before.  He knew that no one would show up, because everyone hated him for one sole reason.  He always won.  He was superior to everybody in almost every sense of the word, and was the epitome of what families wanted their boys to be like.  He lived by a strict code of conduct, and always got what he wanted.

    "Morning Mom.  Morning Dad." said Aphamos, who just got out of bed. 

    "Quiet!  Keep your voice down!" his mother said.  He could hear the panic in her tone.  She went to the vault that kept all of their valued possessions.  She pulled something out of it.  It was a blaster pistol.  Aphamos knew that something was wrong.

    "Aphamos, go to your room, and don't say a word." said his father.  His voice was very quiet, but was sharp and commanding.  This hurt Aphamos, for he was not used to his father talking to him like this, but it also angered him.  It was his birthday, and his father was making him mad.  This was unacceptable.
He stared hard into his father's eyes. "Hey, what's goi?"

    "SHUTUP AND GO TO YOUR ROOM, DAMMIT!" he yelled.  That was it.  This was the maddest Aphamos had every seen his father.  Tears filled his eyes as he turned to go back to his room.  These were not tears of sadness.  They were tears of hatred.

    "They're coming.  What are we going to do?" his mother sobbed.  Her hands were shaking violently as she dropped the blaster pistol.  Footsteps could be heard from Aphamos's bedroom.  They were all uniform, as if one giant man was coming closer and closer to them, but he knew that there many men coming.  Almost as is death was coming closer and closer.

    "Just stay calm and maybe we will get by." said his father.  This had confirmed all of Aphamos's thoughts and ideas about his parents.  They were traitors to the Empire.  They were spies. 

    There was a thump on the door.  CRASH!!  The door fell to the ground as stormtroopers rushed in and formed lines.  One forcefully grabbed his mother's arm and shoved her into the ground, while two of them restrained his father.  A man came through the ranks, an Imperial officer , and said," Ah, here are the rebel scum.  How does it feel to be filthy betrayers, you pieces of worthless fodder?"

    "YOU AND YOUR DAMN EMPIRE CAN GO TO HE?."  Before he could finish, the man pulled out his blaster, and shot Aphamos's father in the neck.  He fell, landing head first on the cold floor.  The man spat on the corpse.

    "Damn rebel bastard.  Always have to make a mess of things don't they?"  He kicked the body.  "And now for the woman.  Take her back to headquarters.  Question her.  If she doesn't comply, use your imagination.  I heard there is a Rancor not far from here.  Search the house and see if you can find anything.  Then destroy it."

    After hearing that, Aphamos quickly got to his feet and rushed for the back exit.  He was happy.  He knew they got what they deserved.  He wanted them to die, and Aphamos always got what he wanted. 

                                                                        10 YEARS LATER

    This was it.  The biggest mission of his life.  If he made this then it was all uphill from their, ranks, credits, life would be better.  He needed to be successful.  The Empire had traced a rebel outpost on an outer rim planet called Aduba-3, and had sent a regiment of troops to seize it.  Hostile take over.  He had done it before, but he wasnt ready this time.  He was nervous and his entire body was shaking.  They were told that this would be a very simple mission, but Aphamos knew differently.  He knew that training was nothing compared to reality. 

    "Alright men, prepare for landing!" said the officer.

    He knew that he and his fellow soldiers would be leaving in body bags.
