Just curious as to what your favorite albums of all time are. Requirements are that you love all the songs. Greatest Hit's albums are excluded. My top 5 are: 1. linkin park: Hybrid Theory 2. Metallica: Black Album 3. Papa Roach: Infest 4. Top Gun Soundtrack 5. Green Day: Nimrod   ----------------------- §è®gèåñ† Jubèî Ñîmîîçhî ®ÅÎÐÈ®§ §QÛÅÐ: Army of the Vast Empire Master of the "Way of the Juu" TRP/SGT/Jubei Nimiichi/3SQD/1PLT/1COM/1BAT/1RGT//VEA/VE "Being challenged is inevitable...Being defeated is optional" -unknown "We may have to fight a battle more than once to win it" -unknown

I don't want to remake the same topic so I hope no one minds me bumping this.

In no order beyond Full Collapse

Thursday - Full Collapse. I'm surprised Fury likes this band. You like WATT Fury?

Thursday - War All The Time. It's the album that got me into music. I just love it.

Circa Survive - Juturna. Anthony Green's voice never ceases to amaze me. They're even better live too.

Portugal. The Man - Waiter: "You Vultures!" Although it came out less then a month ago, it's already in my top ten list.

Thrice - The Illusion of Safety.

honorable mentions:

Thursday - Waiting
Beloved - Failure On
Pink Floyd - The Dark Side of the Moon
The Mars Volta - Deloused in the Comatorium
At the Drive-In - Relationship of Command

whatever chip, it's nice to spread good word about the music you like.  As for my list.  It's always changing depending on what i feel like listening to at the moment.  But right now it is as follows:

1)Coldplay-X&Y best album i've ever heard, expecially the second half.

The rest in no particular order:
Coldplay- A rush of blood to the head
Coldplay- Parachutes
Oasis-What's the story (Morning Glory)
Led Zeppelin- I to IV as well as Houses of the holy

I was scared too... Also, in my oppinion, it might actually be better to just start a new topic. It isn't going to hurt anything. But I do believe that there have been a couple newer threads than this that pertained to music that might not have been so bad to have revived.

(Haven't gotten X&Y yet, JR- been meaning to)

I just put them in order to satisfy but it really just kind of depends on my mood although any of them can be played to dispaly the same styles and emotion so-

1.  Led Zeppelin: IV (Un-named)
2.  Coldplay: A Rush of Blood to the Head
3.  Led Zeppelin: III
4.  Coldplay: Parachutes
5.  Led Zeppelin: II
6.  Tak Matsumoto: Hana
7.  John Williams: Star Wars- The Empire Strikes Back

For those of you who don't know who Tak Matsumoto is- if you ever listen to the weather channel, its that type of music accept a whole lot better and really, really inspirational guitar music.  Look into it if you can, (go to Amazon and look up the album Hana for a free preview of some of his stuff).

And Led Zeppelin IV is easilly the greatest album of all time.  I'm sorry.    I just can't get away from that album- all the way from Black Dog to the Battle of Evermore and Stairway in between the two is just unbeatable.  Coldplay or otherwise- Led Zeppelin will live on forever in that album.  That's all I've got to say.  Rock On.
