History:

Born on one of the farms of Ukio, Steve Kolzak was raised as a substance farmer. He had never heard of spectacular space battles and was taught that space was too dangerous for a farm boy. As a child, Steve wandered in ?his? fields dreaming of more exciting jobs than the doldrums of farm life. After managing his father?s farm while he was away. Steve happened upon the organization know as the Vast Empire. Intrigued by the opportunity to find power and excitement, Steve enlisted. Borrowing an available shuttle, he flew to Rheagent system to enlist. On his way he heard a song on subspace radio that reminded him of steel driving man back home and a popular quartet. Using their influence Steve choose the call sign Hammerman as his own. Once enlisted in the Navy, Steve was tired of living on the ground, he trained at the Naval Academy and was assigned a member of Viper sqaudron, where he is currently serving.
