What do you guys wake up to? Like what kind of alarm or does someone else have to drag you out of bed to get you up?
I wake up to the voice of Hellra shouting "Teksies... GET UP!!! I SAID GET UP DAMN IT!!!" on my alarm.

Most of the time, i wake up because i just know im late, and TK you know that voice thng i sended you, well i owed you it, so don't think its an gift. Hehe, in the hostel my friends usualy leaves me to miss breakfast, i remember once though wakening up shaken, as the tried to wake me, and other time my freinds just shouted "breakfast Nadia!"
Im a really deep sleeper so, i kinda sleep through everything... -----------------------

I wake up twice everyday. The first time I wake up I'm highly charged and refreshed at 5 AM to an alarm. Then I wake up about 2 hours later when the alarm I've put near my desk goes off and gets me moving to work. Somewhere between 5 and 7 I go back to sleep. -----------------------

I set my shortwave radio (which has an alarm), to either the BBC World Service (depending on the season as at different times of the year reception varies), or CBC Radio 2 which plays classical music, or CBC Radio 1 which has news in the morning. All depends on my mood the night before. -----------------------

My alarmclocks don't wake me up anymore... I think I got used to them. By now it's mostly my stereo playing one of my cd's. Experience tought me by now to check what cd I've listened to before I went to bed (Svedish Lounge Jazz is not that good for getting up, neither is Aimee Mann ^^) -----------------------

I got an old alarm that actually rings two metal bells louldy, when i first started using it i had dreams where my friends would open their mouth to talk but the ringing would come out... needless of saying it gets me up all the time. -----------------------

well, nothing can wake me up, unless i slept at 4 am then I wake up at 5am refresehed, or if somone starts jumping on the bed and beating me up with a pillow. My brother used to that when I was younger. He would sleep over and wake up wanting to play basketball with me so would do that. He was 25 and was acting like a little kid. Then when I woke up after a bucket of hot then cold water on my face, he would really beat me up so i would have to wake up to fight him off.... -----------------------

I normally set one of the music videos I have on my computer to run, then my cell phone 5 minutes later. I can't really get away with being late. Do it too much and you'll go to Captain's Mast.. could lose money and/or rank. Not such a fun idea, considering I'm about to advance to E-5 (quite a nice pay raise). -----------------------

When i first start using alarm, u used to think it was a phone, so i would grab the alarm, and use it as a phone, i stopped using those alarn when i had to pay my dad a few rands for thowing the thing. Now, i have to get up and walk to the other side of my room to get my cell alarm, to prevent my self from throwing it, thats if i hear it even. -----------------------

Alarm clocks anger me.
During the school year, someone knocks on my door to wake me up. Other wise, I get woken up either by; Kids screaming at the daycare center across my street, a garbage truck emptying the daycare's dumpsters (damn, I hate that daycare), my cell ringing because I'm being called into work, or just whenever I so happen to wake up. -----------------------

I always set my alarm to the radio. Otherwise, if I accidently set to the buzzer and it wakes me up:
A: It always freaks me out
B: I wake up very angry
And me grumpy and waking up early doesn't mix, so I try to spare both my family and myself from it. ^-^

old person? wow you cant be that old well I love the mornings like at dawn and getting out to exercise running playing basketball, working out, but that was the old days. Now I sleep till late, Im out of shape, wow Im a mess. Well better clean myself up then. Now I wake up at 5:30 every morning I dont know why so Im getting bakc in shape to fight random people on the street again. yay i feel like rocky....

I set my radio to a classic rock station and crank it up really really loud, and put it right beside my head. I listen to that for about a half an hour before i get out of bed. Unless its a crap song in which case i get out of bed right away. -----------------------

One of these days I'm going to find a wav or mp3 of a submarine's general alarm (the one that gets us out of the rack the easiest because that means something's going down) and scare the crap out of my roomie one morning. The sad part is, it'll probably work just as well on me. -----------------------
