Let me be the first to say, that I was quite distressed upon reading the newest post on the Domain. Kip helped me out quite a few times whenever I needed a password or anything, and he never complained. I will miss him, his funny quit messages, and his jokes. Kip, if you ever get a chance to read this, please at least come chat on the channel every now and then! Well that is all I have to say and I hope that maybe....someday.....good 'ol Kip will come back! -----------------------

Without knowing most of the details, I know a lot of us will miss Three's presence. I can personally say that he helped convince a lot of us to stay many moons ago when a lot of events looked to drive some of us members away. Aside from that, it was fun to pop in the IRC channel in the morning and have him there as one of the cast of characters who are ever-present.
For now, let's just respect Three's decision to disappear and attend to his own personal business for awhile. I know most of us feel the same way sometimes.
As for Jedi's comment, I would like to keep in touch and see the sarcasm in the channel from time to time. If not, I may personally have to drive about a thousand miles, buy a sandwich and make him stop by and say hello

Threeof4, Kiption, Kip, Three, 3, and many more names that other people have addressed you by, I may not have known you that long, only 1 year and one month, but you were the person I looked up to. You were the most serious person in the VE, for me anyways. You did have a comedian side to you, and I always had a great time trying to make you laugh...even though most of my jokes were stale. I don't want to make this sound like a funeral service so I'll try to make it more Alive.
All make this short and brieft. Kip, maybe you didn't know it at the time...and maybe even I didn't know it at the time, but I've always tried to gain your respect. I hope I have succeeded in doing so.
Well, that's it from me.
At least I made you laugh once Kip

Even though I was not in the VE long enough to truly get to know Kip I know that when we were on IRC there were some funny times and Prozack and Aflack will alway be his and I request that like the MLB we retire his quit message, unless of course he comes back. Which I know that we all are hoping that he'll do. Well that's really all I can think of with out making this an essay to the memory of an old hero. We'll miss you Three. *Salutes*

Well, Kip once told me that if he ever died, he wanted me to tell people how he was, not the nice things people say about other people when they died, but the truth. A Speaker for the Dead of sorts, if you read Card.
Kip... was a man. He was seen by many as an asshole, and he was, but that's what I liked about him. And He's not dead.... yet. But he has a really nice apartment, just a little messy, but nice. And a nice computer.... two LCD screens side by side.... so pretty I got an erection.... too much?

Wow. I really can't think of anything else to say about the age of this thread. I mean, I was a PFC when I last posted in this...
What did happen to 3 since he was NCC? I mean, I know he's no longer a part of the VE and living with a pretty computer that gives people erections, but I was gone when his activity level dropped. Just wonderin why he left is all. -----------------------

I remember some of the last conversations I had with and some of the last arguments I had as well.
He was tired. He was dealing with a lot, including me.
He had said he wanted out in such a way that no one would come to hime to ask his help anymore. If that was true I cannot say but I remember he said it. -----------------------
