ok, here are the rules...lol. No huge packages, no bombs, no pornography, u must list the contents of a package on the outside with clear tape over it, and if you make cookies or anything, put a couple slices of bread in there with them to keep them soft, and make enough for my platoon, no bibles, no weapons, and the package or letter must have a return address......sorry, lots of rules, but relatively easy to abide by.

anyways, here it is..........Baby Wipes, jolly ranchers and chips a hoy cookies would be greatly appreciated. ADOPT MEGADETH type thingy....errrr right...

Not sure how big a medical platoon is but ballpark guess, try to get 40-45 of whatever just to cover any overhead...and to pay off the mail delivery guys so they keep bringing the packages over.
As to you MD, I know we got to cover the goodbyes in IRC, but best wishes to you bud. Stay as safe as humanly possible. I know you want to do the best damn job possible for our folks and their's but it is okay to save your own skin too. And if you get some Spec Ops boys heading to the rear for some R&R, find out if Sokudo is in that bunch and give him a shout from the rest of us. |

MD, If you get to come back on here before ya get back home... Just wanted to give you my best of thanks for all that you and the rest of the medical and support units do. Keep up the awesome work, and stay safe. When's your unit due back? Ours came back as one of the first...  just didn't have much use for us anymore after the majority of the opposition was decimated.

Anyways, glad to see that you got home alright. As for me, I have no word on a return date as of yet. Our mission is to support all the medical units in Iraq and Kuwait with supplies and medical personell. Alot of our ppl are gonna be heading north tomorrow, I won't know until tonite if I am in that group. Its 112 degrees F right now, I am soaked..... But its all for the good of the nation. I have seen lots of cool stuff, and I will tell everyone about it when I return. If you have any questions, just drop it in this thread and if I get the time and access, I will do my best to answer it for you.

No APO does not have anything to do with the Army post office... all branches use the APO addys, we always put the branch of service after the name when sending a package, makes it easier for the mail to find them -----------------------
