Okay. Let's start a new policy. You need to post the report here, AND you need to submit it to me and my SL:A by e-mail. This will serve as a test for those SL:A candidates and it will also make things easier for us all to get the reports in. Also, this way there is no hassle over ID Line signatures. Hope none of you have any problems. Oh, to those of you who haven't: get your AWOL Check responses into Japer on the thread and e-mail him. -----------------------

You should have all recieved an e-mail from your Fire Team captains. I will be working on some competitions in the future, but in the meantime we're still getting settled with this set up. You will more than likely be competing against each other, but like I said: we're still getting settled. I am asking that you treat your Team Captain almost like an SL. Now both team captains have asked for an AWOL Check from you. I want you: like with everything else: to send it to your team captain and Cc it to me. I know TJ reminded you, but I'm not sure that Otto asked about it; so I'm going to remind you now. Reports are due on Thursday so that your Fire Team Captain may get their report into me by Friday. However, in the event that your Captain gets sick or something, and they can't get the report in: I still need to see what you did. I am therefore asking that you also Cc the reports to me. If I get the Team Report, I do nothing with the report, but if I don't I need to make up one for your captain. I am not counting on this happening too often, but I need to be prepared just in case something does indeed happen. Just a final reminder before I close here. Don't forget to post your reports this week. If most of you manage to post the reports, I will post the Team reports and/or the squad report. Okay here are the individual team reports. Again everyone: start posting your reports on here please.
Team One: Quoted by Otto Vox
This week I recieved two reports, from - can't you guess? - JR and the3Djedi. JR has "been more active this week" He hasn't posted yet, but will try to. He's also stated that he's tried to recruit many times, but it apparently hasn't worked. Jed hasn't been too active due to RL activities. But he has posted quite a few times and has been pulling what is needed. I did not recieve a report from Drogo however, and I am honestly not surprised. I will be emailing my team and informing them that they will be on a strict AWOL check; which will require them to email me back, stating that they are active, also Cc it too you, and post it on the topic. And then if they show any sign of inactivity that can't be explained, they will then get punished by means that you and I will think of; because honestly, I know that Drogo can be active, and I don't want to see him slaking off if he can prevent it.

Ok, as far as helping my team...so far I have sent out the e-mail, welcoming them to my team. I'm sure you already got a copy of it, so I don't think I really need to go into much detail about it. I have also posted once more on the story, hopefully to provide somewhat of an example to my team members.
As far as the rest of my team goes. Only Swomz has replied to the e-mail and none of them have actually sent me a report. I will have to look into this in the following week. -----------------------

Snipes, that's a good idea. However: I think it's even a better idea that you consider getting some kind of free e-mail for yourself so that we can get in contact with you. I can help you out with that, or just get one on your own. I also feel that you should come on IRC on a daily basis. Its really hard getting in contact with you when you have no e-mail, no AIM, and you're not on IRC. Do one of the following and you will have one happy SL!  -----------------------

No you're not the only one. It's always been hard to recruit, but like always you need to be patient. It's been harder than ever lately, but we still want you to keep at it. Both me and your Fire Team Captain know how hard you've been trying to recruit. Even though you may not be successful it does show that you're being active. I regret to say that I've been "too busy" to recruit lately, but the last time I tried I got nobody to even come in the room. I got dissed by those "VE" clan people, but we're not going to go there.... -----------------------
