I feel like I have to exercise my Lance Corporal status, so I'm going to suggest a few things to you.
I'm not exactly sure if you can join at this point, but if you help us out in the competition. You'd have to clear that up with TJ though. If you can't, I suggest trying to get in contact with Rizzit about your Specialty. It'll get you writing and help you out for future missions.

Be creative...please.
Don't copy someone else's post, I have noticed people copying actions that happened in a previous post because they didn't have the imagination to do it first.
If you have done it once or twice, its fine, but four times? That's ridiculous and iritating.
And when you write, please, please, please get the rest of your squad's personality right. Dont make them do stuff they wouldn'tt do in reality.
They are REAL characters, not filler characters you can use in your post to enchance your own character.
And last but not least; DONT POWER PLAY.
You are not the only person in that story, so dont try playing hero, it piss most people off.

Erm, sorry if I'm coming off a bit rude here, but I find that not only offensive but incredibly unnecessary for LANCER SQUAD TOPIC.
Last time you posted, you said you were sorry for posting here and you were only trying to help Jenny, that's fine. But when you try to tell us how to write on our OWN TOPIC, that's when things get a little touchy for me.

When you take offense at constructive criticism, thats a big big sign of immaturity. Hellra is trying to help you write a good story. If you want to write a crap one, then thats your perogative, but don't jump all over her because she's trying to help. Everything she said is true, and obviously, you can't deal with it....which means you're either 1: already inescure about your writing, or 2: so ignorant that you refuse help.
I think it's really a mixture of both.
There's a reason she's in the DJO. She's proven her capability to write. Take her advice, because she's one of the few people nice enough to offer it to anyone.

Garet, I understand your anger. I did talk privatly to this person, and he simply continued after he said he wouldn't. I thought it might prove my point if i say this in public since this person has chose to ignored what i said to him in private.
I now realise, i should probaly should have taken it up with Slick or Darr-Rann, but that thought didn't cross my mind.

I leave for three days and fights break out. Lovely. Oh well. I have to agree that giving advice is good and I will allow it, but so many different people posting on the Lancer topic IS unacceptable. If you have problems with one of MY soldiers, then it will be brought to ME! Garet did go a little out of line, but he did bring up a point. If you are going to criticize the writing of Lancer you will bring it to the Lancer command FIRST. Then to the trooper in PRIVATE. Nothing wounds a trooper more than being reprimanded in public. -----------------------
