Now moving on into the more complicated stuff such as: SITREPS (Situation Reports), LOCSTAT (Location Status), MAINTDEM (Maintainance Demands), Incident/Contact Reports, CASEVAC Requests and Lost Person reports.
INCIDENT/CONTACTREP
The Incident Report is to be used when an incident has happened (eg. Objective captured, Flagship destroyed). The Contact Report is to be used whilst in an outdoor environment when an enemy is spotted. Do not use whilst indoors as you will not have time.

ALPHA: callsign of station involved in an incident
BRAVO: time in local time
CHARLIE: location of incident
DELTA: number of persons involved in the incident
ECHO: description of dress/any other relevant details
FOXTROT: any specific details of persons involved
GOLF: direction of travel of persons involved
HOTEL: brief account of incident.

MAINTAINANCE DEMANDS
Maintance Demands are used when you are in need an item (or more) and require it to be delivered to a certain point. Despite the title, it does not mean vehicle maintance demands or anything similar to that.

BRAVO: items and quantity required
CHARLIE: earliest time required
DELTA: latest time required
ECHO: method of delivery
FOXTROT: point of delivery
GOLF: radio frequency used at point of delivery
HOTEL: callsign at delivery point
INDIA: any other appropriate details

CASEVAC REQUEST
Casualty evacuation requests are used when someone is need to be evacuated out of the area after sustaining a reasonable ammount of damage.

BRAVO: location
CHARLIE: degree of urgency, i.e. urgent, priority
DELTA: walking wounded or stretcher case
ECHO: type of injury or illness
FOXTROT: patient's callsign
GOLF: special measures, e.g. spinal injuries
HOTEL: any remarks

SITUATION REPORT
Situation reports are often requested by HQ to keep track of the squad. In general the squad is to send a situation report to HQ once every hour on the hour. Situation reports are also used within the squad to inform each other of the situation.

LOCAL TIME: self-explanatory
ALPHA: Situation - other party (other elements or other element members)
BRAVO: Situation - self (element or self)
