If there is one thing I have heard time and time again from the new members to the VE, it would have to be "As a new recruit, we don't get enough money to last for the first month." So, I am proposing that one of the following be done.
1. For the first month or so give them a weekly paycheck of 250 ICs. It still adds up to the same thing. This way though, they at least get some spending money.
2. Increase the starting amount to maybe 1500 or 2000 ICs. This way they should have plenty to last them the first month.
This is only a suggestion. I know they get more as they move up, but this might help during their first month. I also agree that the first month can be tough when you cannot openly participate in some things due to IC shortages due to lack of profits. That is all for me, and I will see you all next week. -----------------------

I personally find nothing wrong with the channel. In fact Ive seen a good group of members from both clubs in there at times. The trivia that goes on at times is indeed enjoyable, infact Anakin and Fury have both participated in it. -----------------------

Bringing this topic around to the original post, What exactly do the new people need all these IC's for in their first month, I know I had no idea if I was supposed to buy anything, I spent my ic's on entering the contests and such... thats all, I didnt use all my ic's up... had to sacrifice getting those pink bunny slippers my first month, but hey, thats life... I did spring for a nice Imperial urnial cake though... -----------------------
