I was referring to archives on an individual basis, per squadron or ship. However, we do probably want to get together a Navy-wide archive of official actions. That'll wait untill we've finished that project for Raz, though, since it can stem directly out of it.

I'm thinking I'll split the page in two: First, a written summary of the actions, going from major event to major event. No need to get details on every mission. Indeed, it'd be way too long. The second part will be a timeline of missions, with links included if I can get them to work.

The hard bit is deciding how to organize said timeline...though I'm leaning toward straight chronological order, since most units' missions are covered in order on their own pages.

Great job so far moving to the new reporting format, guys. Let's try and shorten that list of members on report, but it's definitely good to see that we're not getting a lot of repeat names.

To the new blood who joined in the past week: Welcome to 2nd Fleet, guys. I look forward to seeing your posts on the various stories we have going at the moment. Remember that you're very welcome to write on some other units stories as NPC characters. If you have questions about that, or anything else, I or any other commander will be happy to help you out.

On to official business: 

A reminder to all of our Interceptor pilots: Your ships do not have hyperdrives. We've had several issues with this of late, so I wanted to clarify it for everyone. While Avengers and Defenders do have hyperdrives, the Interceptors are not equipped with them. This is to give an appreciable difference in writing style when you're using the more advanced ships, among other things. This has always been the Navy's policy, and it has not changed.

Any completed stories in which you've depicted Interceptors as having hyperdrives in the past need not be changed- they can be read as individual writing mistakes or mission-specific modifications as needed. However, any mentions in a current story must be edited and commanders need to pay attention when reading through from now on to catch any mistakes made. Commanders who feel that editing a current story might confuse things too much may PM me a request for exception.
