Erm...yeah, i think the VE fighters are fitted with shields and missiles, etc...

You have extremely light shields (not much more than enough to stop one or two direct hits from an A-Wing, and you won't survive one direct hit from an X-Wing...so don't get shot) and you all have four concussion missiles.

Just a quick Heads-up - Hunter will be posting as part of one of the NPC squadrons, although he'll end up fllying with us for the story.
Once the mission is over, he'll be "transferred" to Viper - but for all intensive purposes, he is a Viper.

Yes. But i'd rather you didn't go taking captial ships down single handedly :P
Viper Squadron may assist in taking down the shields, and taking out gun emplacements, hangars etc.... but stuff like the bridges are out of bound for the moment.
Let the support ships deal with the final blows.
Another headsup:

AnnouncementAs we usher in a new era for Viper, it's time to usher in a new command staff too. Along with me as the new Squadron Commander, Anden Beliam is now officialy XO, with Sicario as the new Flight Leader for Flight 3. Please congratulate them on their new roles. Hopefully together we can reclaim our title  Now some more admin: In terms of reports, everyone must send a report to me. I'm going to try something different for the moment, and say that you only then need to send a report to your Flight Leaders. So the break down is as follows: Flight 1 - you just send reports to me. Flight 2 - you send reports to Anden and me. Flight 3 - you send reports to Sicario and me. Gshlecc and Rogue, who are technically on the roster, don't have to do anything, since they are just here for admin purposes. They'll be moving on soon enough i suspect. If i think of anything else, ill let you know. Kepp up the good work guys.
