Anyone looking forward to the upcoming Superbowl and what are your predictions for the game.
Personally, I think that this is the year the Colts will win. I forsee the Bears winning by half time and the Colts mounting a comeback in the 2nd half. -----------------------

You'd think it'd be a good game but it won't be. Peyton Manning made a VERY good comeback during the Patriots game. You won't find that to happen frequently as mentioned in numerous articles. I mean, would it be nice for the Colts to win, yes? The reality of the situation is that the Bears, for the most part have crushed their competition so far and will most likely do the same with the Colts.
Personally I would have liked to see Dallas make it... -----------------------

Sadly, I'm saying Colts will win. I have a deep seeded hatred for the Colts, but I say this because the NFC just plain sucks. The reason the BEars did so well is that the NFC isn't as strong as the AFC teams. If you think of the great teams in this time of modern football, you think Chargers, Colts, Patriots, maybe even Broncos and Steelers. The only notable team i nthe NFC is the Eagles, and that's thanks to McNabb. -----------------------

The major factor in this game is definitley going to rely on the turnovers. If Bears play for field position and force turnovers on the Colts they've got that chance of winning. Considering how easily they did this against the Saints there should be no trouble doing this against the Colts. Keep the game away from Grossman... keep the game away from Grossman. Not much confidence in that dude, and screwing up a few major plays will cost them the game.
Not to mention the Colts aren't as adept when it comes to special teams. When it comes to returners, Chicago Bear's returner Devin Hester is very good.
Nonetheless, it will be a good game and I expect to see fierce competition. -----------------------

I favour the Colts, simply because they almost always lose to the patriots in the playoffs, and its good to see the underdog finally make it to the big time.
Still, being in the UK means the kick off wont be until about 1am, meaning i wont be getting bed until about 5am, if im lucky...
Still, got a day off the following monday so i can sleep through till about 2/3pm  -----------------------

And another reason why i beleive the Colts will win the superbowl is the Bears' quarterback. His throwing ability is awful, and i reckon Colts could really get plenty of turnovers off of them. -----------------------

You have to take into consideration the Bears' defence, though. It's considered the best in the league for two years now. (Baltimore was slightly better this year, but where are they now?) -----------------------

True, theres a good chance the game might get pretty deadlocked.
You make a good point, the Quarterback doesn't throw bad shots every single time. If the Colts cant break through the defence, it would only be a matter of time before the Bears score.
But still, i reckon the Colts offense could withstand it.

The colts cheated during a steelers game, by amplifying sound out of the speakers. SO I HOPE THE COLTS LOSE!!

This was alot better Super Bowl than many people felt it would be. The Bears had a chance to win it up until Grossman threw the interception returned for a touchdown. At that point they had given up about three times as many yards, but were only down five points. Next year hopefully my Packers will be in the big game so I can have a little more to cheer for. -----------------------
