Please use this area for any questions you have regarding the story, it's background information and how it is proceeding. Also use this thread to coordinate action with the other squadrons. Each squadron has a separate discussion area for internal coordination with this to be used for general coordination.
Thank you.

A couple problems...
1. This isn't a problem really, more of a question: How come for every flight one person's name is listed twice?
2. Our second PO, Gemini, is dead. She died in our last mission.
Also, this isn't really a problem but again a question: How come we're are using WORSE fighters for such an important mission? I'm at school right now, so I can't check to make sure. but aren't our gunboats actually BETTER than these bombers? Our gunboats are faster, carry a bigger pay-load, and are equipped with hyper-drives.

As for the roster: that's still being figured out because I think it'll be changing pretty constnatly through the story- people will be joining squadrons at which point NPCs will be killed off.
Templar- The Roster is fixed, but the equipment stays the same.
Why use what we use? Yes, it is more challenging, but is also more reasonable. This plan that is created is really made out in about a day, so supplies were gathered rather quickly and allocated to what was thought to be most suitable. You can't just send a fleet to one spot- everything else becomes exposed. Plus, these will get the job done as well as everyone else does there job. For instance- why the heck would we need hyperdrives if we have so many cruisers? You could say- unless it got bad... No offense, but the VE is still Imperial- they'll use the cheaper end if they think it'll get the job done so "just in case" won't cut it in this situation. The plan isn't perfect right now, but it's shaping up pretty darn well, so you'll see. Rock On. ----------------------- *Flash Was Here...*

Templar, on the surface Gunboats might be better but consider this. This mission (which will be posted shortly) is not a space mission entirely. You will be performing ground support operations. The Scimitar has a bomb bay for ground strikes making you extremely useful. Also, read the website link I posted, your bombers are faster than Gunboats. ----------------------- ESN Corran "Arturus" Hargraves/M-SSD Atrus/VE/VEN/(=A=)(=SA=)(=*MA*=)(=JCPA=)(=SCPA=)[MC:1](x2)[SV][BRC][VC:B][LSM][LoC]

They have virtually no shields. For this mission, modified gunboats with 100kg bomb bays installed would work better. you'd still have 90 sublight speed and you'd would have 100 shield instead of 30. it would still be faster, stronger, and have more weapons. they would be better than the cloakshapes.

Dude- we were assigned Scimitars and you need to capitalize on that instead of asking for better ships, because you are most likey not going to get them. Take advantage of the situation instead of thinking about flying better craft- we got what got. Not trying to quash you or anything, but sometimes we have to work with what we have. ----------------------- ~Cailis "Zharyn" Kaz~

It`s tempting to ask for a temporary transfer to Aegis just to fly bombers....
But then again......That would mean being with Raigen...And I`ve heard he smells funny....
