We went ahead and had a Raider squad meeting. I chaired the meeting with Revan and Zar in attendance. We discussed a little of the squad story, as well as how specialty's were going. It was an impromtu meeting to say the least. I will be sending several e-mails to both of you shortly. The degrees of importance vary. The meeting was a success all-in-all. I thank you both for your time.

Worry about squad stories more than spec stories though.
Specialities are a way to build up your own characters abilities, squad stories are your way of joining in with the squad.

Let me elaborate a bit on what Raz said earlier...

Priority is set with your squad, or any other activity that someone else (or a number of other people) is relying on you for. In other words, if you spend a great deal of time writing specialties when there is something of importance going on that YOU are involved in...someone isn't going to be happy.

Remember: Specialties are also very important though, as developing your character in the VE has great advantages. Do your best to find a balance between the two, and use your time wisely enough to incorporate both.
