alright to bring the squad up to date
Our overall mission is to land on the planet and take the leader into custody alive.
Currently we are on the Dominion (flagship) about to disembark when enemy raiders board the Dominion with the aid of an internal spy.
The squad is together with the exception of myself basically making a bad decision looking for the squad. Heavy Weapons Specialist

alright more news,
I plan on ending the charade of the enemy boarding the ship because I have the odd feeling Rizz never wanted us to repel the little bastards. More for HC members to post on something while we do our thang.
So I'm planning on having Rogue meet up with the squad at the docking bay so the squad could re-gear and hit the slopes and follow our objective.
I think Snipes should give a better layout so that the whole squad is on the same page, yes you can bitch slap me after.
Basically what are we assaulting and what are we looking at? Or should we just go with improv and see what happens? Heavy Weapons Specialist

I respectfully disagree. The boarding is going quite well, there's plenty to write about, and the posts that do that might be deleted. Status Quo is god.

yes there is, who said they're direct hits? artillery is rather faulty and is more of a hit and miss. Now if we were in viewing range of aforementioned artillery you might want to type in godmode or something.
Also daisy cutters is a term used for artillery that explodes above in the air and rains shrapnel. Anyways WWI and WWII soldiers survived the same artillery with trenches and virtually no armour. Heavy Weapons Specialist

hell your telling me, I posted that a tad early 
currently we're waiting for one squad to board the Dominion before the plot can move along. Which means the HC needs to wait before they can post the continuance. Heavy Weapons Specialist

As Dante said post on the link he gave you, try not to post what we call filler or quote posts.
Filler is just that, wasting space without moving the story along or getting some CD (character development) done.
Quote posting is when you give your character or anothers perspective of an incident that has already happened.
Currently in the storyline we're aboard the Dominion which is the flagship star destroyer for the VE, additionally we're waiting for a squad to catch up so the only thing we can post is CD in the mean time.
So a suggestion; post your introduction to the squad and make your character make friends or foes with the other squad members. Heavy Weapons Specialist
