Raziel sat down heavily on a log in their impromptu base camp. He sighed, before lifting his helmet off. He shook his head, the ruffled his hair lightly with his fingers, it had been matted to his scalp with sweat. He has sent a priority 1 signal out to all of his troopers, despite getting no replies, he was moderately confident they would all get the message at some point. He had picked up Jakireth's message shortly after arriving, unfortunately Jak had left no timescale for how long he and Hellra intended to be out fetching supplies. At this rate they would have to move base-camp again shortly and with messages being jammed he would never get in touch with Jak and Hellra again.
Slick looked up at Raziel, but quickly turned away. Something had changed there, he noticed. Raziel's eyes had a hard sheen to them and his jaw was clenched tight, it was rare for him to display any outward emotion Slick recalled.
"So, they want to play it this way 'watch from the shadows'" Raziel growled, he was opening his pack and unravelling a bundle of black throwing knives. "There are several scenarios that we could have walked into here.
"First of all the enemy could be working from a hidden base somewhere, organising recon and sending out waves of troops whenever they find some sign of our presence. If that's the case we're going to have to find their location quickly draw out their troops before striking as hard and as fast as we can.
"The scenario could however be worse, the enemy could be completely mobile moving around these woods searching for us. If that's the case we're in trouble, we need to find the commanders here and if they're using a mobile command centre they'll just keep out of our reach."
Raziel leapt for his rifle suddenly and twisted around. The sound of a distant speeder reached the soldiers and they all did likewise until the sound had passed. After deciding It was ok Raziel put the rifle down and continued.
"Either way we need to adopt a new strategy, things are going to get nasty very quickly. Four people can use the sleds as mobile repeater turrets for as long as we can keep them, but its going to be our ability to remain undetected rather than firepower that will get us through this one now. Troopers can work in teams of two, the teams can be spread out to minimise casualties and we'll get up close before engaging the enemy, we'll have to hit officers and use hit and fade tactics."
"We won't be safe here for long," Slick said.
"We'll wait for as long as we can to regroup. If the others aren't back soon we'll get moving," TJ said.
"What weapons do we still have?" TK asked.
"Basically all that we carried away with us when we got ambushed last night, the repeaters are gone, so have the missiles and explosives. I think we have a few charges and one mortar left." Slick said.

"Ok then, here's what I suggest. No matter how the enemy is working we need some more information before we can act. I say we make an ambush, let the enemy see the sleds and speeders moving through the woods, but have troopers in their pairs shadowing them. We use whatever stun weapons we have, we ambush their ambush then we make off with whatever weapons and officers we can find and go to ground." Raziel said.
    "A good feint," someone said.
"Not quite, as soon as we find out where the enemy is coming from we double back, slip past our pursuit and attack the enemy at its heart. A feint within a feint." Raziel smiled a determined smile. He didn't like having that Gotal telling him he had been duped. He wished he had his old Wraith squad with him, who had been trained for this kind of warfare. Raiders had been trained as an infantry unit, not spec ops.
"So, who's radioed in so far?" Darr asked.

Jakireth laughed softly, gazing at Hellra's stone-set face. She hadn't changed expressions since they had encountered the last batch of rampant idiots attempting to murder them, and with the glasses recently bought covering the majority of her face, the rest seemed to form one large frown, effectively creating a humorous image.

Slowly recollecting himself and flooding his entire body with the now calmed anger, they moved on, rushing through the nearest pathway and the large groups of unknown citizens. Nearly every one of the people the pair had passed seemed to be concentrating on another issue, or waiting for another event to occur. Of course, the normal stress and workload of an average person always distracted one, leaving them racing to accomplish something else.

At that basically random thought (especially for an operation that could allow for ambushes or firefights at any moment) Jakireth lifted his head, sighing into the wind that breezed over the surface. Taking in a deep breath and briskly returning his head to its normal position, Jakireth noticed the sudden diversion of Hellra's attention, leaving her with a fixed line of sight that was pointed toward the closest enemy guard.

As she tilted her head in his direction and indicated a plan, he tightly clasped the thick robe layering his body. Acquired earlier to prevent the natural arrest or outright battery that would occur if standard stormtrooper armor was worn, the heavy pieces of clothing tend to shift, revealing the garmets worn underneath, and reinforcing the need to close the opening.
"What do you see?" Jakireth mumbled slightly, moving his lips just enough to make the message clear, and remove the possibility of misunderstanding.
Hellra smiled as she prepared to speak, anticipating his inquiry: "There's a large amount of enemy soldiers lining the perimeter of that building, the one a few yards back from the guard making his patrol route..."
Realizing her point, he placed a grin on his face as well and added:
"Storage facility? Military stronghold? Weapons maintenance? Whatever it is, it's important enough to be under strict protection, and well worth a look..."

The two decreased their walking speed, immediately stopping to take a moment to set up a make-shift plan. Leaning on a storefront wall as they thought, Jakireth stared upward, his gaze filtering out everything except the designated building's roof.
"No security forces are anywhere close to the upper levels. . .but no access ramps or ladders to those points. . ." he placed his head in his hands for a moment, contemplating a solution, and resumed the statement, "The shop buildings and recreation areas in close proximity with that guarded structure might provide a point of entry, the nearest one even connects the two with an air shaft."
She crossed her arms for a moment, examining the possible faults that could weigh down the objectives, but eventually nodded in agreement:
"Sounds good, but, we need to move quickly. We don't know how long the others can go without a fresh set of field supplies..."

Taking in the idea, Jakireth slipped on his hood, pointing to the security guard Hellra noticed earlier. "Watch his movements, he might become suspicious. . .and, I hope you're not afraid of heights."

Garet woke up to an empty room. The food was still there, but the soldiers had left. He had a newfound strength, so he tugged at the chains trying to break them loose. No good. He tried pushing up off the ground, but he just couldn't reach far enough. He cut his intents short when the door began to open. Two soldiers stepped through.

"Hold still," one demanded, "your friends are trying a rescue attempt, you're being moved. Just stay still and this won't hurt."

Garet did as he was told: this was the best chance to escape. They lifted him up off the hook, put him on his feet, and walked him out of the storeroom into what appeared to be a hangar, or a garage. There were many speeders and small aircraft inside, and all the rebel soldiers were frantic. Garet overheard one yelling "We've got a squad not responding, send rescue teams." He tried to stop and hear more information, but he was being pushed into one of the smaller speeders. By the looks of the interior, Garet figured it to be a Gian Speeder. Obviously they wanted him out of there fast.

A driver, two gaurds, and Garet sped through an already open door. In the distance there was smoke lifting where a battle had occured. They sped away, and the garage went out of site. "Hold still," demanded yet another gaurd. He lifted a black sack and slid it over Garet's head. The gaurd went to punch Garet, and when he didn't flinch, he sat back down. The last thing Garet saw before the sack went over his head was a forest.

Garet heard the branches whipping past and the leaves being picked up. He waited for about two minutes before he tried his chances. He quickly stood up, and leaned his entire weight over the side of the speeder. His body hit the ground with a thud, followed by a roll that was interrupted by what felt like a tree. He laid on the ground for a few seconds, catching his breath. The sack had been flung off his head and tossed onto the ground. He could feel his blood running down the side of his face, and his arms.

Garet let his dizzyness subside before he ran into the woods, away from the dirt road the had been on. They would be back soon, and he needed as much distance as possible to be able to outrun them. Without having weapons, having his hands tied in front of him, and being outnumbered, he was in no place to fight.

He ran for about 25 meters before turning parallel to the road. He tried his best to keep a sprint, but the forest was restricting, and being tied up for almost a day had taken it's tole on his strength. He triped up on some dense undergroath into some mud. He picked himself as fast as he could; his front was completely covered.

For about three more minutes he ran, and up ahead was the edge of the forest. Bright sunshine seeped over the grass before him, almost like a wall was seperating the two terrains. He crouched next to a tree and looked out across the field. There was a small town ahead. Was this where they were taking me? HE looked behind him, making sure nobody was following. When he knew no one was there, he began a sprint.

About two thirds the way there he began to slow down. He heard a hum off in the distance, and looked behind him. Through the forest a silver bullet  glided through the trees at max speed. Feeling even more adrenaline rush through him, Garet pushed forward. He knew it was a matter of seconds before the speeder was out of the forest and into the plain. In an all or nothing fashion, instead of trying his luck and trying to hide from them on the ground, he kept running. He was 200 meters from the village. The speeder was out of the forest by now.

Blasters started roaring past him, hitting the ground all around him and sending dirt flying up. The hum grew louder and louder and Garet knew that it was coming up behind him. He flung himself on the ground just in time, and the speeder flew over him. It would have to take a large loop to come back, so Garet got up and started running again. He figured he was 100 meters from the village as the blasters started hitting the ground again. They're intentionally missing. They want me alive.

Garet stopped running. The village was fifty meters away, but getting there didn't matter: they wanted him there. He turned and faced the speeder. He got lucky with his guess because it pulled away to barely miss Garet, blowing him away in it's wake.

He lay on the ground as debris flew overhead. A couple screws hit him, but he took no injury. He got up and looked around. The speeder had run right into a building.

Garet almost enjoyed jogging the rest of the way into the village, unnoticed from the commotion.

Hellra smirked at Jakireth,
"Me, afraid of heights? I live for heights, come lets just retreat to the shadows. I think we should wait till nightfall, something tells me those guys might be there for a long time still.  Dusk is soon approaching, then we can move into action" Jakireth nodded his head though he was iritated at Hellra's sudden change of plans. He was the ASL after all between them. They strode down the street while slowly but surely blending in with the late midday shadows casting from the buildings. The decreased they're walking pace to a stop in a narrow alley. Hellra shred her robes, letting it drop on the ground before starting to rummage through her backpack. Seconds later a small spray can appeared in her hand.

"What is this for?" asked Jakireth curiously.
"Our armour screams Storm trooper from a mile away, I just want to blend in with the night, the white is a bit blinding" answered Hellra while she got rid of her storm trooper armour.
"Good point, mind if I borrow it?"
"Nope" said Hellra as she shook the can before positioning her armour. Seconds later the sounds of black paint spraying sounded through the air. Hellra was fascinated by it as the white turned to black where she sprayed her designated targets. The now black armour sported a new dull gleam, but white spots still seemed to stare at her from the edges. While getting rid of her leg armour, she handed the can to Jakireth.

--------------------------------------

Hellra leaned her head against the wall supporting her head. She scowled at the uncomfortable position she had placed her legs in causing them to cramp. She and Jakireth were making small chat as they for their armour to dry and for dusk to pass.
In the process of answering a question Jakireth's ComLink sounded softly, he quickly silenced it by answering it. Hellra listened intently while fumbling with her glasses.

"This is Jakireth over"
"You have a new recruit coming your way, we dropped him off not to far from here,-"
"How is it possible that you were not detected?" interrupted Hellra into the ComLink.
"A cloaking device can do wonders Corporal, PFC Marka will arrive shortly----"
"Where exactly? We're split up currently, Hellra and I are getting some supplies from a town, and inspecting something here" stated Jakireth,
"Ah, we dropped &&&. forest, he&arriving&& Raz&&. Short&." said the voice before the connection gave a final stutters and died

Hellra shrugged before relieving her self from her cramped position. She stretched as she walked over to her armour.
"Communication must have bin cut or blocked," she said.

"We should prolly get going," muttered Jakireth as he followed her example.
Hellra gave a simple nod, before her head disappeared through her armour, only to reappear on the other side.
"Ya, we should, nice and dark now"
Hellra walked to corner where the street seeped into the alley, she peered around the corner to see where the guards were with her binoculars. Jakireth slipped his armour on hastily.
"What can you see?"
"Mmnothing, much, most of them seem, lazy and sleep, means their shift should be ending soon, better get going now while these guys are still on duty, their senses are lax at the moment. "Mumbled Hellra before turning to face Hellra, she raised her eyebrows at him. His armour were fully sprayed, no white spots leered at her from his armour, as her armour seemed to do.

"Nice pain job,"
"Can't say the same for you" replied Jakireth while pulling om his robes. Hellra shook her head before getting her own robe from the ground&
"Lets get going, you said something about heights?" she said, while securing her newly acquired dagger to her side,

The search for Garet continued, as the Garage turned up zip, only thing to do was to search the surrounding areas. Yillis, Jenny and Revan went about their journey, finding the occasionally supplies and extra weapons (in case Garet is taken of his own weapons) until ---

"Well, well, well, look what we've got here," Yillis commented, making his way over to some cover near an armory, "armory, what do you think?"

"Sure, why not, we could find Garet or his weapons or some rebel to interrogate for information." Jenny said plainly, coming over too as Revan made his way over too, only when being tapped on the shoulder by Jenny.

There was the armory, surrounded by the occasional patrol guards, with the door slightly unlocked.

"perfect, let's go, stealth infiltration, we want these guys taken by surprise."

The stealth infiltration went off only with the occasional grunt or yell, so loud that once Yillis was forced to cut the guy's head off so as to shut him up. The only clue was that the commander inside, who was checking the weapons.

The door, of course, was another problem, barricaded and perhaps with a squad of rebels, it was a good place though to set a charge.

"Charge and smoke grenade, perhaps, go for stun?" Jenny suggested, setting her weapons to stun.

"Yeah, be careful, Jenny." Yillis muttered, staring at her for a moment as he readied the charge for detonation. When they were about a few feet away, Yillis holded his fingers up, counting from 3 to boom.

3, 2, 1, boom. Jenny thought happily as the door went the pieces.

A smoke grenade was thrown and for the next moment, Jenny only thought of stunning the squad of rebels and the officers. They looked panicked and confused, only few of them manage out a word before being overwhelmed.

After a few blastershots that went wild and an impatient rebel who got his arm bloodied up, they came upon the commander, who was forced to talk. He mumbled a few swearwords and told the truth, spitting a few rebels once in a while:

"Alright, he's in that village a few miles from here, probably went in hiding, don't expect no resistance, and also, YOU'RE DOOMED!"

Yillis quickly shot him, and Jenny asked some of the other people what they knew about the comm block. After the death of the commander, everyone was eager to talk about it, pointing to a big building in the distance, in the town where Jak and Hell was right now.

"Well, that wraps it up, let's go get Garet and inform Jak of what that building contains, shall we?" Yillis ordered quickly as me and Revan came with some ammo and Garet's pocessions. "Alright, Jenny!"

Yillis' team walked to the village with the occasional speeder passing by, they mostly took the approrach of quickly shooting the guy and getting to their destination.

Once at the village, they found a two rebel squad consisting 5 to 6 rebel soldiers with two radiomen carrying sniper rifles.

"So, search teams, well, our priority is to find Garet, so Jenny, you're up to it?" Yillis spoke quietly as they found themselves leaning against an iron fence near a house. Jenny quickly nodded, looking around for any sign of the rebels, "he'll probably be holed up in a house, try to ask some people, be nice, please. We'll lay down cover with smoke, machine gun, grenades. Revan, you ready?" a quick nod by Revan. "Well, let's go."

PFC Marka was wandering carefully through the forest, searching for any sign of life. The white armour that covered his body stood out amongst the brown and green of the flora of the planet. His vibroblade was slung tightly across his back, and his E11 Blaster was at his side while his left hand was moving the various branches out of the path. He wasn't sure where he was going, but he kept going anyway. A very faint noise reached his ears, and he stopped walking. He was unable to identify it, although it was getting closer. He looked to where he thought the noise was coming from. Then he recognised the noise as that of a speeder.

"Ahh.....some sport....." Marka whispered to himself.

He crouched, and placed his rifle on the ground. He cautiously removed his vibroblade from its sheath and waited for any sign of movement. Without notice, the speeder burst through a patch of bush and came to a halt about 100 metres left of Marka's position. The soldier, obviously a rebel, dismounted from the speeder and sat himself against a tree. He looked tired, and he was sluggishly drinking from his bottle, looking rather comfortable. Marka took this chance to make his way around behind the soldier, although he had to do this slowly, and keep his distance as his armour would surely be seen if he wasn't careful.

He had made his way around behind the soldier successfully, and was now on the opposite side of the tree he was sitting against. He crept closer until he was in striking distance. Marka raised his vibroblade over his right shoulder, stepped next to the man, and brought the blade down into his chest. The soldiers face changed from that of surprisement to utter agony within seconds, and then he was dead. Marka grinned, wiping his blade across the sleeve of the corpse.

Marka made his way to where he left his gun. He put his vibroblade away once he found it, and walked back to the speeder. He took some bacta, and some water from the bike and then left it, as he walked in a random direction.

After roughly 15 minutes of walking he spotted a fellow stormtrooper, and then another. They seemed to have seen some heavy action. Despite his preference of working alone, Marka was relieved to see something he recognised. He picked up the pace, and made his way towards the only two specks of white in a sea of green.

The two men jumped to their feet as they saw Marka. One of them, a shorter but sufficiently dangerous looking dark haired man raised his gun, but lowered it at the realisation that Marka was, in fact, one of their own.

"There was a rebel out there on a speeder, all on his own, grabbed this from his bike too, you look like you could use it" Marka said, throwing the bottle of water to the taller of the two, a man with short brown hair. He really looked like a soldier.

"Thanks...who are you?" asked one of the men.

Marka took a seat on a fallen tree and removed his helmet, "PFC Marka, reporting for Raiders squad"

Night had fallen on the village Garet had escaped to. He had hid in a shed (that he had broken into) until now, when he thought it was the safest time to be out. The village showed no signs of motion. Garet tried best he could to stay out of light and walk quietly.

There were maybe five major buildings and nine houses Each had a few lights on inside, and Garet could make out a few people: they all looked to be like regular citizens. He further inspected each house and building and found that all of them looked normal but one, which was gaurded by two rebel soldiers. They didn't look too energetic, or too aware of anythign around them, so Garet crept up to the side of the buiding. He peered aroudn the corner and heard them talking to each other.

"... So when are you going home?"

"I don't know. Whenever I get released I guess."

"Kid still have that disease?"

"Yeah, that's the only reason I'm still around..."

Garet couldn't care less about that, he just wanted to leave. He search the exterior of the building for anything, and hit paydirt when he got behind it. There were two Flare-S Swoops chained to the side of the building, just waiting to be stolen. Garet walked up to the chain and looked to see some weakness. It was rusty and didn't look very strong. Garet hopped up onto it. His ability to steer was limited due to the chains on his hands. He turned on the engine, and accelerated half way. The rusty chain broke without even shifting the Swoop. Garet liked the way it purred, and the night air rushing past him. The only thing he didn't like was no weapons. He was completely defensless if he encountered anyone.

He followed the same road the rebels had brought him on, trailing back through the forest. The forest was eerie at night, Garet couldn't see five meters in front of him. Low lying branches jumped at him from the darkness; he had to be on his gaurd. Not before long he came to a junction of four roads. This must've been why they blindfolded me." There was no sign, and no telling where the roads would lead.

He chose the one straight across from him. About five minutes went by before he saw anything. At that point he was out in the open, the night sky over his head again. There were lights in the distance. Campfires it looked like. As he approached he slowed the Swoop down. The scene before him was a battlefield, tanks lay blown up, debris littered everywhere. Miraculously, he had found his way back to the makeshift camp. He slowly dirfited to camp on his stolen Swoop. A couple soldiers were sitting around, looking like they weren't doing much of anything. Garet recognized Darr immediately.

"Garet!" Darr said in shock, and anger. "What the hell happened?"

"Well, I was attacked by some rebels for starters. They snuck up on me. I ended up escaping and luckily ended up here. Hey, where is everyone?"

"Slick, Raziel, TK, and TJ are all still in the base. Hellra and Jak are investigating that letter we got. And Yillis, Jenny, and Revan are looking for you."

"Well, here I am."

"Which is the problem, we don't have radio contact. Somethign is jamming the signal around here. There were two recruits that were supposed to get to us, but we never got a confirmation on where they are. Not to mention we don't have any way of getting your rescue party back."

"Well, this Swoop's got space for two, if you wanan hop on-"

"No, the best thing to do is wait here. That's on order. We don't want soldiers to come back and have nobody here. Everyon'es in a group, they can handle themselves."

"Well, what about my equipment?"

"Garet, I'm not your 'lost and found', that's your responsibility."

Garet sighed. "Well, if the rebels followed me I guess I won't be able to help you fight them."

Darr gave an 'I'm annoyed with you' glance at Garet. "Let's see what we can do."

Darr-Rann loaded the blaster rifle, tossing it over to Garet. He shook his head and sat down, taking out his datapad.
"If you have the chance, grab it next time before you leave."
    Garet looked at Darr-Rann's rifle.
"You're using a replacement weapon too." He said, sitting down and examining his weapon.
Darr-Rann glared at Garet, and he shut up quickly.
"We were ambushed, my gun was destroyed in fight."
Garet sighed. "Thats not what I meant... No one gets me." He got up and walked away, leaving Darr-Rann to his work.

Slick walked over to Darr-Rann, sitting down beside him.
"This mission sure has been fun, eh?" He asked, taking out his own datapad.
"Yeah sure, expecially the parts were we keep nearly getting killed." Darr-Rann said without looking up, busy in writing up his report.
"Anyways Darr..." Suddenly he stopped raising his hand in warning. Darr-Rann nodded in understanding, his hand going to his rifle...
"Put your gun's down, its just me and the others." Yillis said, raising his hands in a mock sign of surrender. Slick sighed and lowered his gun. Darr-Rann rolled his eyes and got back to work.
"We didn't find Garet." He said, dropping his stuff and sitting down with them.
"Don't worry about it, he's back already."
Yillis sighed. "So all that fighting was for nothing..."
"Pretty much." Darr-Rann said, a smirk coming across his face. Yillis grumbled and shook his head.
"It's just Hellen and Jakireth to wait for now. Anyone want a game of Sabaac?"

A short post, but I had writer's block, and I wanted to try to get some writing done, trying to get the story moving

((Wanted to fill in the coming back part of the story, for our team. You can ask questions on friday morning or friday evening for me on IRC.))

Meanwhile, Yillis' team, not realizing that Garet was still safe back at camp, was engaged in a battle with the local rebels and the search teams, who now sought to the new threat.

Jenny, under cover by Revan's machine gun and Yillis' grenades, including a smoke grenade, made her way through the various houses and buildings, stunning rebels and questioning them, taking in the blasterfire and almost a target at every turn. Only one thing from a rebel officer at a local bar seemed to snap out at Jenny, who was now applying two bandages on her legs, which had gotten hit in the search. The rebel officer merely muttered loudly:

"The garage, that's how they always escape, the garage. I think those dumb guards at the garage didn't realize that an imperial slipped right past them, got on a speeder bike, and supposedly escaped to his camp. That's how they told it." The officer was shot to death by Jenny as he took up his rifle.

Jenny, going from cover to cover, taking in the blasterfire which now where taken to her side and right arm, went to Yillis and Revan, who was now killing off the last of the rebels, to tell them the news. The two dumb guards, the only rebels left, ran at them in a last desperate charge, and Yillis quickly cutted both their heads off in disgust.

"So, Jenny," Yillis replied, grunting, as he turned back on Jenny and Revan, reloading his clip. "Garet's back at the camp, well, we should head back per our orders."

"Yillis, I think ---" Jenny quickly said impatiently as she went to collect the ammo and other supplies from the dead surrounding them.

"Jenny," Yillis quickly said in a orderly and ASL manner, "I know you are a dear friend of Hellra and would like to help her gather supplies, but our orders are to go straight back to camp. We have our orders." He tapped Jenny on the shoulder, who looked up with some blaster clips and extra rebel weapons from the dead, and looked at her in a very I-think-you-should-follow-them look. "Jenny, the only thing we could do is to pray for their safe return, nothing else, Just pray."

Jenny put the supplies she had gathered in her bag, which now contained lots of supplies from the dead rebels (mostly from the armory that they assaulted) and Garet's pocessions, in a small backpack on Revan's back. She turned to Yillis and simply said in a quiet manner:

"That was all that we ever did, to pray for the safety of our family, Me and Freje." Tears started streaming down her face."And look where that got us, no parents, and only each other for comfort. Plus our boyfriends and girlfriends. Yes, I did forget to tell you guys that me and Freje have a boyfriend."

At this she burst into tears and was crying for over a minute. Though a tough woman, Jenny couldn't help but feel the emotion she would felt if anyone else that was a dear friend to her died. Yillis and Revan just stared, suprised not because that Jenny and her sister had a boyfriend, but suprised that she was trying her best to contain her emotions and just broke down.

Yillis then said in the best politely manner that he could muster as he made his way to pat Jenny on the shoulder:

"She'll be fine, I promise. Hellra will be fine. Don't you worry about it. Now come on."

They made their way to the garage, with the civilans watching with interest, even in the midst of the conflict, you could see that they had a deep pity for the imperials who had died and all the friends you lose, and the civilians tried their best to hide it, by revolting. Yillis just shrugged it off as if it was nothing.

In that one moment. Jenny thought as she kept staring at Yillis, who kept looking back, worried. I almost, in anger, abandoned my squad and obedience for a friend who from the killhouse was one person I always loved working with. Sometimes in war, we just want to abandon our leader and do things our way, but we find that is turned down, even by the most angry commanders (they hate the orders too). Maybe that's why so many things go wrong and other things are to be let in, like this rebel rebellion for example.

"We're here," Yillis' muttered as he went to check out the garage. He said from the inside: "Well, looks like the two guards that was last shot dead were the guys guarding this garage. Hey! Two speeders, alright! Come on! Jenny and Revan! Get on!"

Jenny got on a speeder with Yillis, and Revan rode on the other speeder. They both rode off quickly to the camp where the 2 SLs were gathered, waiting on the rest of the squad.

----Ten minutes later, back at the base camp.----
"Finally, Jenny, Yillis, and Revan, where the hell were you guys?" Slick asked angrily as Jenny explained the whole story from when Yillis' team split with the rest of the guys to now, including her thoughts on the matter with Hellra.

After a while, Garet spoke up and exclaimed, pointing at the bag that Revan is carrying:

"Hey, that's mine! That's my stuff! Thanks, Revan!"

Revan was taken back a bit as he quickly handed the bag over.

"Jenny? Are you okay?" Slick asked as he looked over at my grim face.

"Look, Hellra and I were friends and friends don't abandon each other." Jenny said plainly as Slick quickly said, trying not to get too angry:

"And the squad has to hold together too, now let's just wait. Come on, have something to eat, you guys look really hungry."

Hellra sat huddled in her robes, hugging her self, as Jakireth stood on the roof studying the guards. Mere moments just after they got on the roof, the guards shifts ended. She stood up, keeping her arms folded to keep the robes closed, keeping the blustery wind out that bellowed around them. A shiver ran down her spine as slight howl sounded as the wind rounded corners, and rattled the loos doors from their hinges, and made the peasant windows flap open and shut. Her exposed skin burned in the icy temperature.

"Jak!" she yelled, knowing it would be impossible for the guards to hear her voice over the wind. He turned around, his calm face, setting in a frown.

"Lets just get down the shafts, the only good we re getting outside, is freezing to death!" she yelled, though not angrily. He gave a slight nod, and strode over to the nearest ventilation shafts they spotted earlier.  Tugging at it, it slowly wriggled lose, he shook his head in amusement at the way rebels seemed to guard their fortresses, and buildings...pathetic.

"Ladies first" he said motioning Hellra to the now open shaft. Hellra scoffed.
"Coward"
He simply smirked, before long she found her self-crawling through the narrow shafts. Her spine crawled with anticipation, her senses were more alert then it has been in months. The last times her senses were so sharpened, was when she was siding with the rebels. Now she was against them, and she didn't even know why.

"Move your ass Hell, we have to get out of these vents quickly, they might spot us, and fry us in here" muttered Jakireth. Hellra had no problem quickening her crawling pace, the idea of being fried alive not in the least appealing to her.

------------------

Hellra peeked around the corner of the wall, her head snapped back quicker then a heartbeat.

"They spotted me," she whispered barely audible to Jakireth who stood next to her. His stature towered over her, intimidating her, a slight bit. Seconds later the sound of cautioned steps neared them.
"Well, shoot them" he ordered. She meekly gripped her DC-15 blaster pistol. If her hands weren't gloved, the pistol would have slipped from her sweating hand. She stepped away from the wall, to halt them in the hall.

"STOP", her voice quivered in fear of shooting them. They stopped immediately gazing at her in fear. Her weapon was in her hand. Theirs were not. Her fingers were curling around the trigger, in case one of them moved...She felt Jakireth stepping behind her.

"What is blocking the communication?" he asked, calmly while unclipping his vibroblade. The two rebels eyes widened at this small motion, it had a powerful impact on the mind though. Hellra's lips twitch into a slight smirk. Jakireth certainly had ways off making his points clear. Hellra studied the two rebels, the taller one of two she nicked Red, his red mane of hair sticking in all directions from under his helmet. Red seemed to be in his late twenties, his lanky form had a slight robust build to it, indicating his experience and training as well. The smaller one of the two had thin black hair, or where used to be as bald spots danced across his uncovered head. Baldy was the perfect nick for him.

"Now comes the part where you actually open that damn mouths of yours, and give us the answer" ordered Hellra, she stepped forward, unclipping her nearonic whip from her side. A low hum filled the air as she activated it. A bolt flashed and curled around the whip. She let hung limply at her side, though careful not to get stunned by it.

"We are wasting time," muttered Jakireth, softly, yet loud enough for Hellra to hear. She nodded and lifted her hand, her arm was poised in the air, and ready to strike when Red opened his mouth. She stopped her swung, and gazed at him expecting to an answer.

"Its just the current area where your squad mates are, that's cut from communication. We have posts every few miles, monitoring?"
"How much posts is there?" asked Jakireth. Red closed his mouth as Baldy jabbed him in the ribs.
"Shut u---"
"You shut up old man!" yelled Jakireth stepping forward as well, and raising his hand to back hand the rebel. Before he how ever could execute the movement, several voices and the sounds of boots running, sounded up.
"Come on, lets get out of here, get rid of these men," ordered Jakireth. Hellra stood, shocked to the ground, not able to move. The same to happen with the rebels standing in front of them, Their faces paled as their eyes widened. They should have expected it.
"Can't we just knock them out?"
"Dammit Hell, you didn't sign up to knock men out, you signed up, to serve the Empire, now do it, or are you still one of them?" muttered Jakireth. Suddenly the sounds of approaching rebels were forgotten. Time seemed to freeze,

He's testing my loyalty

Red looked up surprised,
"One of us? You were one of us?" hope lined his words; maybe he would live after all.
"Not any more" she whispered more to her self, Baldly's confidence heightened, not hearing her words. He gave a bark-like laugh turning his gaze to Jakireth while stepping forward.
"She wont shoot her own people, you're and idiot thinking that you're b*tch will kill us, once a rebel, always a rebel, you fu--"
"I'm no one's b*tch" muttered Hellra interrupting, she glared at him while raising her pistol. Red and Baldy collapsed at the same time as she and Jakireth both pulled the triggers on their pistol. For a moment shock went through Hellra, she shouldn't have shot him because she lost her cool. She felt Jakireth grabbing her hand and dragging her with him.

"Dammit Hell, get over it!" he yelled pushing her through a door. Her senses returned to her, as well as her control over her legs. She pulled her self-free of Jakireth's grip, and sprinted to the next door. She opened it, waiting for him to slip in.
"Atta girl, lets get to the control room now" he said as she closed the door behind him. Hellra nodded, not finding the need to talk.

After running around the building what seemed like hours, but was minutes in reality, Jakireth and Hellra became frustrated.
"How...the....hell...are...we...supposed...to...get...to the...control room?" gasped Hellra while clutching her side as they ran from the thundering footsteps following them.

"One of us has to play bait, they will obviously take us to the control room to the big boss" muttered Jakireth.
"Okay" said Hellra shrugging before she unclipped her whip, and blaster pistols on the ground and gave it to Jakireth, she turned back, aiming to sprint right into the enemy's midst. Jakireth groaned, what is she thinking?
"Damn girl" muttered Jakireth, as he came to a halt.
"Typical of Hellra, be impulsive!" Jakireth turned around; he grabbed her by her collar before she could step in their light.
"Are you stupid?"
Hellra flushed, but kept her head up.
"We need to go over our plans, and strategise&Hell?" Jakireth looked at Hellra who was smirking.
"Okay, what are you thinking?"
"We capture a rebel that is my height more or less-"
"And have you escort me in the control room as a capture" finished Jakireth.
"But, you cant pick a rebel like you would pick eggs on a farm" he muttered.
"Lets think on some other place, we're gonna get caught" whispered Hellra as footsteps thundered towards them. Jakireth nodded, and they continued their previous sprinting session.

-------------

"Where are you off to with this?"  a rebel stared at Jakireth in his blackened Stormtrooper armour with disgust.
Hellra looked up confidently, staring at the rebel straight back.
"I caught him wandering here around, was a bit slow with reaching his blaster pistol, mind escorting him with me to the control room?" inquired Hellra, her insides twitching nervously.
"And why would you need help,?" asked the rebel stiffly, folding his hands behind his back.
"He might over power me, and I am not taking a chance with that" muttered Hellra.
The rebels gazed for some time at her,
"Lets go"

For a few silent minutes they walked through the doors and halls leading to the control room. Hellra tried memorising every turn and nook, but gave up knowing that it would prove futile trying remembering it when running away from blasters. She noticed that the area around them was richly decorated in comparison to the greyish halls they occupied hours before. They stopped in front of a rather large durasteel door guarded by one rebel who shadowed Jakireth in size. Hellra gulped
"Your identification code please" he inquired. The rebel who escorted her gave his card. Hellra raised her eyebrows as the rebel guard held out his hand towards her expecting the same object he got from her escort moments before.

"I guess, you wouldn't believe me, if I said I forgot" Hellra gave a angelic smile, but it fell as the guard's hand went to his side.
"Come to think of it, I don't remembering seeing you here, ever" muttered the escort. Two gasps sounded as Jakireth plunged both his vibroblades in their hearts. Their confused expression faded as life left them.

Hellra gave a small shrug, and stooped down to get the identification card from the rebel who escorted her and Jakireth. She slid the card through the security pad in order to get in the control room. The door hissed open, various light soft the rainbow colour filling their faces, as the control room beeped and flickered with light and life. Hellra walked in casually, and mixed in with the bustling monitors and operators. She aimed her walk towards where she though the leader in command would reside. Just as she expected, there he stood. Tall and pride. He was gazing towards the small windows. Hellra walked right up to him, surprised that he didn't have guards placed around him. He turned around with a friendly smile. It flickered when he saw her.

"Hellen?"
"Hellra, and you are my hostage till this outpost is ruined," said Hellra coldly raising her blaster pistol at him. His face whitened. A scream sounded, and suddenly more then one rifle trained on her.

"Come closer, or pull a trigger, and this one dies," she said softly, though her voice reached all the ears occupying the room.
"And, if she fails to shoot before you shot, then I will shoot him" sounded Jakireth's voice through clenched teeth. The rebels head shot towards the source of his voice. He stood in the doorway, the rebel guard's rifle against his shoulder, trained on the rebel target.

----------------
"Raziel, come in, this is Jakireth over"
"Jak, where the hell are you?" sounded the voice of Raziel over the ComLink. Hellra and Jakireth gave a relieved sigh. Their squad mates were in good condition it seemed.
"We took over a small rebel, hide out, or outpost, according to the rebels here, there is three or five more outposts stretching some miles, we are not entirely sure what they are fort, except cutting communications, I suggest you guys get over here, I have activated my tracker, so you will find me. Hell and I cant get out of the building safely. Jakireth over."

ooc: Sorry ppl, but typing four pages and thinking of what to except filler, is quite dificult, and it kinda rushed towards the end.

"Jakireth and Hellra are inside a rebel base in the city, they seem to have everything under control at the moment, although they will need our help getting out. Suit up, get ready, we leave in 5" stated Raziel as he slid his helmet on. The rest of the squad did the same in perfect harmony.

Marka, who had been sitting sharpening his vibroblade, got to his feet, slid the blade into its sheath, and loaded his rifle. He looked around the small area of forest they had made their camp and watched the other members of the squad preparing. Darr-Rann was putting away the Sabaac deck, replacing it for his rifle. Garet was excitedly rummaging through his bag that Revan brought back to him. Not one of the men seemed to be scared or nervous, they were all ready. They were soldiers in every sense of the word. The already high respect Marka had for these men had risen once more.

"Is everyone ready?" asked Raziel, his question met with nods from all of the squad, "good. Time to leave"

Raziel lead the squad into the forest. They were in a scattered formation, although only an arms length from each other. Marka was on the right flank, his E11 at the ready. Directly to his left was Garet.

"When did you get to the camp?" asked Garet. He was taller than Marka, although not by much. His medium build suiting him perfectly.

"Not long before you arrived, although I managed to test my vibroblade before I got there" Marka replied, giving a light smirk as he remembered cutting down the rebel who unwisely let his guard fade away, "I wonder if there will be any more rebels out here..."

"It's a possibility. I am just glad to be reacquainted with my gear"  Garet sounded satisfied as he said this.

The squad continued their journey through the forest. Each soldier was as alert as the other. It was time to go get Hellra and Jakireth...

Raziel marched alongside Marka for a short while, it was always best to get to know the new troopers even if it was only to find out what equipment they were carrying and what to call them in a fire fight.
After only a moment of brief chatter though, Raziel picked up his pace to walk alongside Slick. They were nearing the edge of the forest quickly and they needed a plan. The only real asset they had left was speed, four speeders and two stormtrooper sleds to be exact. Currently Darr was driving the sled slowly alongside them, with the other vehicles all slaved to his. A slow procession of speeders piloting themselves behind Darr was quite an interesting site.
    "Got any ideas?" Raz asked.
"We don't want to be out in the open for two long, approach the bunker fast and hard, get them out of there and back to the forest."
"They have prisoners though, I want to use them. This might be our best opportunity. If we can find out where the rebel commanders are we can finish this."
"We can't hold any outpost for long, if we double up on the speeders we can get the whole of our team moving fast, but not combat efficient."
"Ok let me get an update quickly," Raz said. He lifted his comm up and tried to get a link with Jakireth again, whether Jak had disable the comm jammer at his station to get a clear signal he could only guess.
    "Jak you there?"
    "Yup, holding on,"
    "What's the exact situation?"
"We managed to gain entry to this hide-out, we've secured the commander centre and locked ourselves off, but there are several more squads around the base. So far I don't think they're aware of whats happening."
"Good what prisoners have you got in there?"
"NCO's mostly I'm afraid, we've got just about everything we can out of them. They don't know too much, only the locations of the bunkers and that their priority was to take as many imperial officers alive as possible."
"Ok, hold out for as long as you can, we'll be there soon. I'll see if I cant get any more out of the captives." Raziel stated.
    "I'll do my best sir,"
"Oh and one more thing, as soon as you hear us coming, have one of those NCO's send out a distress signal,"
    "Sir?"
    "Trust me."

The imperials were soon at the edge of the forest. The men were busily consolidating their ammunition. Several members of lancer were scanning the settlement and picking out their target.
"There it is sir!" Jennabelle shouted. "That one right at the edge, I cant see any guards posted."
"That means Jak and Hellra could be in trouble," Slick replied. "We'd best move fast."
"Ok Listen up!" Raziel shouted, cutting through the chatter. "We strike hard and fast. TJ, TK and Yillis, take Napleon, Revan and Marka. Drive the sleds down there first, plaster that place with suppressive repeater fire then make a perimeter either on foot or using the sled's guns. The rest of Lancer will be going into the bunker and doing your usual job, clear the place out from the inside and get me to the control room. If you see any officers on the way stun 'em and bring 'em to me. You guys will follow in as soon as Raiders have cleared the surrounding area, double up on the speeders and pull up right on their doorstep. As soon as we have Jak and Hellra we're going to hold position for 5 and try to get as much info out of them as possible.
"The enemy will quickly send its main force in this direction to try and pin us down, we don't want to be here when they arrive. If we can find out where the enemy command is we take the speeders and move there, whilst their main force is coming here. If we cant find the location of enemy command we hit the next bunker in line, then the next one until we find some damn Rebel commanders so we can get the hell off this planet! You know what to do, now move!"

The troops were in order in moments. Yillis, Napleon, Revan and Marka took the sleds and raced down out of the forest towards the bunker. TK and TJ followed on foot. Raziel watched for a moment as scared civilians ran screaming from the area at the site of stormtroopers. The sleds circles the bunker, and Raziel thought he could see some Republic soldiers emerge from the roof of the building, but before he could tell repeater fire lanced out from the Stormsleds and the roof was obscured in a cloud of dust.
"Ok our turn!" Raziel shouted. He jumped on the back on slick's speeder, holding tight to Slick's back. The four speeders shot forwards, out into the open. Raziel had to shield his eyes from the evening sun.
Lancer squad made no diversions as they headed towards the bunker, their objective was clear. Raziel watched as Raiders pulled away from the building and started to form up around it. His stomach lurched as Slick pulled up the bike in a heartbeat. And then it was time for action . . .

He wasn't familiar with Lancer Battle speak, or any hand commands so he stayed back and let them do their work for a moment. An explosive took out the main doors, and was followed by a pair of grenades. Slick issued some orders and they were all inside in a flash. Raziel couldn't see much what was happening ahead through the smoke, but he heard a flurry of blaster fire, followed by shouts of "clear"
Lancer squad moved through the bunker at speed, what little resistance there was, was crushed in an instant.
"We're nearing the command centre now!" Slick shouted back to Raziel. "They've managed to barricade themselves ahead, we'll be through soon. Raziel decided to take a more active role now and moved forwards, up with the rest of Lancer. Sure enough the squad was halted at the next corridor intersection.
"Can I have a look?" Raziel asked.
"By my guest?" replied Darr. Raziel poked his head around the corner for a fraction of a second.
"Yup looks like they retreated to the command centre to find it sealed shut." Suddenly Raziel realised something, he leant around the corner again to confirm his suspicion. "That one in the grey uniform! That's an Intel officer, we want that one alive!"
"I'll tag him!" Slick shouted, he moved to the front of the group, replacing Raziel. "On three give me covering fire, one, two three!"
Darr crawled forwards and opened up with his blaster, firing blindly around the corner. Slick stepped forwards into the intersection and fired one stun shot. He stepped back into cover, followed by a hail of blaster fire.
"Got him, right, Formation three, smoke 'em out!" Slick shouted. There was a jingle of grenade pins being pulled. And Lancer moved into action. The corridor was smoked out and the whole squad charged round the corner. Each of them ducked and weaved as they rushed down the corridor at the barricade. The sound of close combat reached Raziel's ears, their were a few cries of pain and then it was over.
"Clear!" Slick shouted. Raziel stepped round the corner and approached what was left of the barricade as the smoke cleared. The floor was littered with corpses. It was rather messy. Slick was propping up the unconscious body of the Intel officer, completely unharmed.
"Nice Work," Raziel said as he approached the command centre doors. "Jak, open up!" he shouted into them. Without a moments pause the doors slid open. A huddle of NCO's tied to their chairs were in the fair corner of the room, with Hellra keeping a pistol trained on them. "How long do we have?" Raziel asked.
"When we hit the panic button a rebel officer called in and said we had to hold out for around fifteen minutes for reinforcements." Jak replied. "Oh, nice catch," he said, noticing the intel officer.
"Right, Slick have someone tell Raiders we'll be leaving in five. I'll need a few minutes alone with this one," he said indicating the officer "And we'll be set to leave." Raziel took the body off of slick and dragged it to one of the neighbouring rooms, this intel officer was going to wake up to a whole world of pain . . . .

Five minutes later and Raziel burst out of the room. "Get moving, we have a location for the Republic command centre! It's back in the forest, its not one of the bunkers they told you about Jak its on the far side of the forest, no-where near any of the action. We can get their in half an hour at full speed on the speeders. Leave this place in tact, we want the rebel force to take as long as possible securing this place. now move it!"
Lancer quickly exited the bunker, Darr was left with the grizzly task of systematically executing any of the rebel staff who had overheard their plans.
Outside Raiders squad had already got the sleds and bikes powered up. Four bikes and two sleds meant twelve spaces, unfortunately there were fifteen troopers so that meant squeezing four people into the sleds. It didn't look conformable.  The speeders and sleds raced away from the bunker and back into the forest, in a few minutes an overwhelming force of rebel soldiers would be arriving and they wouldn't want to be around then. It was time to finish this mission and get off this rock.

OOC: ok that was without doubt the worst post I've ever written, with the simple hope of giving direction to this story and getting it over and done with.
Short summary: attack the hidden command bunker with the sole goal of capturing any more rebel intel officers and getting off the planet

"This mission sure has been hectic." Darr-Rann thought as he jumped out of the speeder as they arrived just outside of the command bunker. "Hopefully this next attack will be a bit less 'exciting'."
Raziel and Slick talked for a few moments, then the Lancer SL turned to face the troops. "Okay, we're going to break into two separate teams, one attacking from the front, the other attacking from behind. Raz's team will take the front. It will be made up of Marka, Jennabelle, Jakireth, Bullet, and Yillis. My team will take the back, and will be made up of Hellra, Garet, Smithy, Darr-Rann, Napleon, and Revan. Alright, lets move!"

Slick smiled as the sound of blaster fire filled the air from the other side of the building. He watched as Darr-Rann and Jennabelle took down the two guards who ran to see what was going on, while Revan shot the last one.
"Okay, lets move in..." He whispered to them as they formed up again, proceeding towards the small door.
"Hellra, if my records are correct you were a combat engineer while you were with us, are you still?" He asked, facing the trooper
Hellra nodded in understanding, taking out a low-powered explosive and setting it to the door. He nodded to Garet, who took out a flash-bang grenade.
    "Go!"
Hellra detonated the charge, blowing out the door. Garet threw the grenade inside, everyone averting their eyes to avoid being caught by it's effect.
"Neutralize all guards, non-lethal on any officers!"

Darr-Rann patched the small burn on his SL's arm while he interrogated the officer for information.
"The upper levels can only be accessed by the front entrance, the lower from the back." He said, clutching his side from were a stray shot had hit him. This particular was fairly easy to break, telling them everything as soon as a gun was pointed to his head.
"Where are the officers?" he asked, gesturing with his weapon.
"Um... The panic room! The panic room is in the center of this floor, enterable from either side."
"How do we access this panic room?"
"Just shut down the generator on the bottom floor to knock out the security systems to the computer control room. Hack the main server and you should be able to get inside."
"What else aren't you telling me?"
"Nothing, I swear, I don't know anything else, I'm just an assistant."
Slick pulled the trigger, the blaster rifle burning a hole in the man's head.
"Too bad for you." He said. He activated his comlink. After relating all he had heard to Raziel, he turned to face his troops.
"Looks like we're going down. Lets find an elevator or some stairs."

It seems all I've been able to write is short posts, unfortionatly. But we're moving now.

They found a working elevator leading downstairs, with one grenade and some quick shots, the rebels inside were dead and the teams went inside.

When the elevator reached the bottom level, they came on to an intense firefight. The rebels, two squads of support gunners, snipers (carrying radios), and riflemen, in cover and fighting hard, made Raz have to come up with a plan.

"So, what do you think, Raz, smoke grenades and an all-out offensive?" Slick asked, suggesting, as Raz thought about it

"yeah, that's a good idea. Smoke grenades and attack!remember, everyone, neutralize the troops and stun the officers!"
Yelled Raz orderly as 2 smoke grenades came and smoke started filling everywhere.

After a few seconds, the smoke filled almost the entire room and Raz ordered the attack.

By the time the smoke cleared, the only rebels left alive were the officers. The officers were forced to lead them to the generator shut down room. Hell and Garet worked to quickly shut it down.
Raz then turned to the troops and said:

"let's find out where the control room is." Raz turned to the rebel officers, "WHERE IS IT?"

"Near the panic room, I can get you there, now ---" a rebel officer answered, panicking, as he and his fellow officers were shot in the head.

"SNIPERS!" Jenny yelled, pointing to the troops near some generators.

"Quick! Someone take them out!" Raz ordered angrily as he shot at the snipers.

Jenny quickly took out a looted rebel sniper, took aim and fired some shots and hit two snipers before taking she herself took a hit.

"I'm hit!!" Jenny yelled as Darr came over and dragged my behind cover and began patching me up.

"Hell, how about you?!" Raz yelled to Hell as he continued his fire upon the remaining few rebel snipers.

"Alright." Hell quickly replied as she turned to Jenny. "Jenny, give me that rebel sniper rifle that you looted."

"Here, take it, it can zoom twice and has a pretty accurate shot, go ahead!" Jenny said as best as she could over the gasping on Darr mending her wound.
Jenny tossed the sniper rifle and Hell catched it, quickly aiming and killing the remaining snipers with 4 shots.

"Wow, not bad, for first timers," Raz commented as he gestured, "come on, let's find that control room."

((Sorry for ending the post so quickly, but I've got to go. later, guys!))

"Where do you suppose this 'panic room' is?" asked Marka curiously as the squad turned a corner.

"I think it is..." Raziel stopped talking, motioning for the squad to halt. A group of rebels had congregated at the opposite end of the hallway. There were four of them, looking panicky. They slowly turned towards Raziel's team although still unaware of their presence. One looked up and saw Marka. Marka waved to the soldier momentarily then raised his rifle and opened fire, followed by the rest of the squad. The 4 rebels had dropped to the ground before any of them could get off a shot.

"Jennabelle and Marka search those bodies; see if you can find anything of use" ordered Raziel.

Marka and Jennabelle moved cautiously towards the T-intersection where the four rebel corpses lay. Jenny took the left side, Marka the right. There were no more troopers to be seen, so the two began to search the bodies. Marka froze suddenly. In his hand was a small medallion that hung from the neck of one of the rebels. A small, silver dragon with large wings and its head tilted to the left sat in the palm of Marka's hand.

"Marka what are you doing?" asked Jennabelle.

Marka did not say anything, but slowly removed his vibroblade. At the very bottom of the blade, the blade he had used for so long to bring about the death of many people, including his mentor, was the carving of that exact same dragon symbol. He slid the vibroblade back into its sheath and once again observed the dragon in his hand.

"That's interesting...that's very interesting" whispered Marka, snatching to medallion from the limp neck of the dead soldier.

"Huh? What?" asked Jenny, the tone of her voice now becoming frustrated.

"Never mind"

The two finished searching the bodies and returned to the squad. Marka removed his helmet and placed the medallion around his neck, then replaced his helmet. Where had this soldier come across this medallion? Marka wondered. The blade strung across his back had been given to him by his mentor when he was very small. It had never broken, its black form had never chipped nor faded. He felt that it was a part of him, and to find the same insignia somewhere else angered him. Had his mentor trained another before him, or at the same time, in secret? Questions filled his head, but he was quickly snapped back to reality by Jakireth.

"You alright there Marka?"

"Yeah, I am fine...are we going to keep moving?" asked Marka. He needed some action, some more bloodshed to take his mind off the recent development.
"Let's move people" ordered Raziel.

An explosion ripped through the durasteel door, hazy smoke filled the backdoor corridor. The silhouettes of three figures stepped forward soon accompanied by several other. Hellra had her neuronic whip ready in her one hand, DC-15 pistol in the other. The gazed around for several seconds waiting for the smoke to be whisked away from the wind, that bellowed in the new entrance. Shadowy limp figured littered the floor in front of them.

"Inspect them for any additional documents and stuff" order Slick strutting of to the closed body that caught his eyes. The task was gruesome as most of them either had limbs missing or were scorched behind recognition thanks to Hellra and Revan's grenades. Hellra's throat closed off all air, the iron taste of blood filling her mouth as she bit her lip to keep the bile down. She pulled a bloodied data pad damaged severely from the officer's arms. It could still work if they repaired it...hopefully. Not able to contain her self Hellra sprinted outside to get rid of the sickness rising in her throat. The rest of the squad all waited awkwardly as Darr-Rann chased after her. Hellra felt a hand giving her shoulder a squeeze; she gave Darr-Rann silent thanks before she got sick again.

"At least your head is outside a helmet" he joked trying to cheer her up, Hellra didn't lighten up but took the water bottle from his extended hand.
"Ready to go back in?"  She gave a nod, fearing if she opened her mouth, she might get sick again.

"You good to go?" asked Slick worried, Hellra nodded again caught up in embarrassment at her display of weakness in front of the Raiders and Lancers.
Slick took the lead without a word leading them into the further depths of the compound. Small floods of rebels stormed them at every door. Their physical and mental stamina were wearing down. Their reflexes slowed. But still standing together made the squad compromised of Lancers and Raiders a formidable foe.

Their were running out, Hellra could have sworn they ran through every nook and corner of the building, and yet not even one officer in sight except for the rebel flies that couldn't escape their wrath quick enough. By now alarms blared through the building emitting from several sound systems in the corridors. Hellra made it her personal job to get rid each one as they chased the halls down.

They halted and raised their guns again at the oncoming figures that flickered into their vision. Hellra shot without thinking, despite the warning shout that Slick gave to her. To her utter horror she shot one of her own accidentally. She shot from her crouched position forward to see who has fallen to her blaster's shot. Suddenly blasters erupted from around her, surrounding both groups. Raziel sprinted forward and threw his one blaster pistol to a rebel who raised his vibro blade to slaughter Hellra. Hellra gave him a nod of thanks before lashing out her activated whip and bringing it down across the rebel's who stormed them. It was difficult seeing who was who through the haze of the battle. She forgot about the Raider or Lancer she bought down, her thoughts directed in something much more disturbing.

Why so many at one, it more of distraction...it's a distraction! Hellra sprinted forward back in the direction of the back door; these were rebels were a mere distraction to get the officers away! She wasn't the only who must have realised this, soon Slick and Darr-Rann were sprinting with her down the corridors chasing after their suspicions. Hellra stumbled outside in the blinding sunlight to see several officers jumped on swoop bikes and activating them.

"Oh no you don't" she muttered and threw a grenade in swoops midst that sped away. A massive explosion followed, ignoring that the air may be toxic since she didn't even know which explosive she threw Hellra darted towards the newly created scrap yard. A severely injured officer seems to have been the only one fortunate or was he unfortunate to have survived.  He spotted her nearing them and quickly tried to scramble away. Hellra's whip curled around his ankle yanking him to the ground. Slick and Darr-Rann immediately both raised their blaster pistols on him.

The smoke was still lingering and the blasters were still firing. Garet was lying on the ground, barely holding up his Pistol. He was completely confused. A blaster shot had hit him in the back, but he could have sworn the enemies were in front of him. Though he couldn't be certain, because following the blaster shot he blacked out for what felt like at least fifteen seconds.

He was able to pick off two rebels with his pistol before he lost his strength and dropped it. His own blood was spreading inside his armor, he could feel it in every crack and around every curve of his back. He was having trouble breathing, too. His only thoughts were, Did it get my lung? I gotta get to someone.

With whatever energy he could muster up, he started crawling towards who he thought his allies were. He managed to go three yards before stopping, and breathing heavily. His blood had managed to wrap arount to his chest now, and the warmth of it was somewhat soothing.

"Darr..." Garet murmered. "Darr... You out there?" It was an act of desperation, he couldn't move any farther. "Medic..." Unfortunately-unbeknownst to Garet-Darr had ran off with Slick and Hellra.

Garet did the last thing he could do to get someone's attention. He tilted his blaster towards the ceiling, and shot up three times. Garet lost all feeling before everything went black.

"Dammit!" called Hellra out, she soun around and sprinted back towards the compound building.
"Can you manage the guy Slick?" asked Darr-Rann, they were both keeping a firm and planted on the officer they just caught. Darr-Rann was carrying a makeshift duffel bag that seemed that it would tore open any moment. Inside were various datapads and other documents that looked important to hand over to the authorities. Slick gave a nod while jabbing his pistol his captive's rib cage to urge him on.

Hellra cursed the whole way she was running back to where the assault took place earlier. The sounds of blasts haven't cleared yet; Hellra gripped her pistol firmly and bolted in the midst of the battle. Several Raiders and Lancers were severely injured it seemed, and one was down. With Hellra and Darr-Rann arriving in the heated battle they fought with newfound strength. Hellra peered around from an damaged pillar, she lashed her whip out towards the rebel who was on the verge of killing Darr-Rann with a vibro bayonet, Darr-Rann had his back turned unaware of his seemingly nearing death, his mind to distracted to keep the rebels in front him at bay. The whip curled around the rebel's neck, Hellra tugged it backwards bringing the dumbfounded rebel to the ground. A blast in his head finished him off, and helps him out of his misery with his snapped neck.

Hellra darted over to the fallen Lancer. His breathing was ragged and laboured. Hellra could only hope and pray she wouldn't get shot as she tried positioning him in a more comfortable position.
Sh*t, did I do this? she only knew the basics of medical treatment, she didn't know how to rid him of his armour, she came up with the best solution she could think about. Cut it off, hopefully it didn't withstand vibroblades. She struggled for a few minutes as she applied pressure in a saw like movements at his shoulder caps. With relief she took his armour plates off, allowing him more breath, she turned him on his side for more effect as well as getting rid of his back armour. She gave low whistle of surprise. It seemed the blast in his back not only cracked his armour, but the broken bits broke through his skin managed to puncture his one his lungs or some sort, she looked up to find Darr-Rann. She needed his help, Garret could die, and it would be her fault. She inspected him further, several ribs were broken as well, and Hellra would be surprised if one of them had a wholly healed ribcage after this mission.

---------------
"Will, he live?"
"Not if we get him to a medical facility" muttered Darr-Rann feverously while applying bacta treatments to Garret. Hellra collapsed on the leaf-carpeted ground of the forest. It has been hours since they got back from the rebel compound. They had their captive to a nearby tree; Darr-Rann treated him as well intending to keep him alive as well.

Hellra left Darr-Rann in peace and trudged over to Raziel and Slick, even though she a complete greenie she felt very comfortable in their presence, although her mind was not at ease about the recent situations.
"What's happening?" she asked leaning against a tree allowing the wind to ruffle her hair,
"A ship is picking us up in a hour, better get your stuff packed," muttered Slick, Hellra walked away to do as Slick suggested, but not before visiting her squad mates again. Jennabelle wasn't to badly injured except for a large gash running from her arm, Darr-Rann had a few cracked ribs as well as broken ones, suddenly she felt a burning sensation spreading from her shoulder as well as something war dripping from her hands. Directing her gaze towards the source she notice her shoulder wound reopened. Ignoring the threat of infection she turned to her small space in the camp to pack her left over or unused gear.

The low vibration of the ship starting up lulled Hellra to a light sleep, she leaned her sweaty head against her seat's leaning. It felt alien to be comfortable and not on guard. She winced as the ship shook once, forcing her to shift her position in attempt to stay on her seat. Her shoulder ached unbearably, the pain killers Darr-Rann gave when she received the wound seems to have lost their effect.
After the ship seemed to have taken off, she got up, she needed to check on Garret, guilt still overriding her emotions. She felt her fever return as well. She turned her gaze toward Garret who was now sound asleep on a pallet, though attached to many monitoring chords.  His condition was stabilized now that they were on the ship. Lazily her eyelids dropped, even though she struggled to keep them opened. Not able to resist the fatigue and fewer overwhelming her, she collapsed.

Darr-Rann walked down the hallway, pondering. Much had happened during the mission, but one thing in particular was bothering him a great deal.
"Who was the man who attacked me?" He thought to himself, furiously racking his brain for the answer. He knew him, that much was known. But who? The answer seemed just out of his reach, so he put his mind off it.

"Two patients, how lucky am I?" He said aloud, walking into the hospital bay room, striding over to the only two patients in bed. Garet was fast asleep, recovering well from his injuries. The other was Hellra. A crewman had spotted her collapse and brought her here, to rest.
Darr-Rann shook his head, muttering to himself.
"I told her to be more careful with her injuries... Stubborn as ever."
Darr-Rann smiled. "Good old Hellen." He thought to himself. He missed working with the quick-tempered soldier. She had proven to be a good friend in his time in the Vast Empire, and he missed working with her.
"Darr-Rann to the cafeteria." a voice rang out over the intercom
Darr-Rann shook his head. "Probably Slick wanting me to help him get through all the reports." He grumbled to himself, setting off.

"Hey Darr-Rann." Slick said, looking up from his datapad. "Take a seat by me."
Darr-Rann sat down, taking out his datapad.
"Put that away, I'm not going to make you work, not right now anyways."
Darr-Rann shrugged and put the datapad away.
"So, what's up then?" He asked.
"Darr-Rann... I want you to take some time to rest a bit. You've been running around the whole mission without rest."
Darr-Rann shrugged and got up. "Sure then, I guess." He stood for a moment.
"Only now I don't have any idea what to do with my time."
Slick laughed. "Go play sabaac or something, really, we don't need you dropping due to stress."
Darr-Rann sighed and set off to pay another visit to the injured.

Marka was sitting lazily in his seat, still tired from the final battle. He winced as he shifted his elbow. During the battle he had to throw himself against a wall to avoid being shot, although as he hit the wall, his funny bone was smashed against it. He didn't laugh though. It was a hectic battle, extremely bloody. Blaster shots had filled the air, accompanied by screams of agony and despair. But it had finished now...and all that could be heard were the conversations of Marka's squad mates, their dampened spirits not helping the depressing mood of the flight.

"Well...that was an interesting first mission" Marka thought to himself. Five kills...not bad. One with his vibroblade, the rest with his blaster.

Currently both Hellra and Garet lay in the hospital bay, recovering. Glad that he wasn't one of the more injured soldiers, he closed his eyes and let himself relax. After inhaling deeply, he let out a long, satisfied sigh. Images of the dragon medallion and the carving of the symbol on his vibroblade filled his head immediately. Possibilities ran through his head at full speed, but these were soon replaced with strange flashbacks of the childhood he spent running, training and taking life. Dark, ominous corridors...blood soaked blades, his soul stained and darkened with each kill. A child, begging for his life, only to be silenced by the blade Marka still possesses. His complete disregard for life made him an efficient killer, and he was proud of it.

Her hazy vision blurred, it swam in unnatural proportions in front if Hellra' eyes a low groan escaped from the back f her throat. But it wasn't low enough to be missed, as a shadowy figure popped up in front of her eyes. Groggily she forced her eyes open.

"Easy Hell" said Darr-Rann's comforting voice; Hellra felt a hand pushing her back down easily even though she struggled against it. She pushed her self up again, but in now time she felt him pinning her down again.

"Now, what do I have to do, to get my patient to rest? Strap her down?" asked Darr-Rann good-heartedly. Hellra grumbled a reply but obeyed Darr-Rann's orders. She how protective and worried he got over his patients. Just get him relaxed, and then she could take her chance and sneak away. Gathering her strength she sat upright, ignoring Darr-Rann's protests.

"Take some of this, not the same as a pain killer, but just as effective," said Darr-Rann handing her a spoon with a metallic like liquid in. Hellra raised her eyebrows at the spoon that was nearing her mouth.

"You seriously think I am drinking that? The smell is revolting enough thank you," she muttered turning her head away while crossing her arms in a stubborn manner. Strands of her messy blonde hair fell in her face while she glared at the wall.

"Oh come on Hell, this is so childish, only children act like you do now" said Darr-Rann frustrated.

Darr said he will pick it from here

Darr-Rann laughed as he looked at his cards, putting them on the table.
"It seems I win you guys." He said as the others took a look at his hand. Around the table was him, Hellra (who convinced him finally to let her out, after he made her take the medicine), Garet, and Jakireth. They were playing Sabaac, like usual.
"When we were going to our mission, we played. Then I was uncertain about my worth. Looking back now, on all that happened, I'm more certain of myself." He thought to himself, shuffling the deck and re-dealing it.
"I don't think you can beat this." Garet said, putting down his cards. Darr-Rann swore, Jakireth sighed, and Hellra smiled.
"Think again." she said, putting her cards down as well. He smiled. It had been a while since he had just relaxed, and he was starting to realize just how important times like this were to him.
He heard a beeping sound. Picking up his datapad, he opened up the new message he received and read it.
Hellen laughed as she saw the expression on his face, looking to read the message.
"Hi, I'm so happy to hear your done your mission and coming back. There is a formal function for army members and I was wondering if you'd like to be my escort for the event. Can't wait to see you, Dawn." Garet said, also reading
Darr-Rann felt himself go red, a rush of embarrassment coming over him. Hellra glared at Garet, who quickly stopped his laughing.
  "What, you read it too."
"Yeah, but I didn't read it aloud to everyone, and besides, you don't mind me reading, do you?"
Darr-Rann took in none of this, his mind elsewhere.
Hellra smiled. He wouldn't admit it, but he had feelings for Dawn, and Dawn for him, and she knew it. She would not pick on him for it though.
"Everyone, go get your stuff together, we're approaching our destination." Slick's voice rang out over the intercom.
Darr-Rann got up from the table and headed to his room, relieved to get away from it.

Garet had been given a walking stick to help him out after he recovered from his injury, but he broke it over his leg after he stumbled into his room. He found humility in it; maybe it was good for him, but he was young and fit, he didn't need it. Garet sat down on a chair, breathing heavily. His lung had suffered damage, but he wasn't ready to show it to anyone, nor let it conquer him.

His broken chest armor sat on his floor, taunting him and his wound. Garet got up and kicked it, wincing at his back in the process. He was still wearing his leg armor, which was all the protection he would have. He sat back down in the chair again with his head in his hands already drained of what energy he had. After about three minutes, Slick's voice came over the intercom again: "Alright Lancers, meet me in the briefing room in five minutes. We need to get going."

So Garet gathered up the strength to grab his weapons (his Pistol and knife), and a new shirt, and started towards the cafeteria. The walk was long for him and he was the last one here. The Lancers had formed a small circle around one of the tables. Slick wasn't present yet and the small group of soldiers were talking amongst themselves. Yillis looked over as Garet approached.

"You okay?" Yillsi asked.

"Yeah, I'm fine," lied Garet.

"Well, that's good. To tell you the truth, some of us didn't think you were gonna complete the mission. You looked pretty dead to us."

"Well, I'm here and ready. What's going on?"

"I don't know, I guess that's what Slick wants to talk to us about."

"As long as we have the time, could I ask you something?"

"Sure, what is it?"

"Do you know what happened to me back there? You know, when I got shot?"

"Sorry, can't say that I do. It was really hard to see. I didn't even know you were down until I saw Hell crouched over you. She did a pretty good job for an untrained medic."

"What? Why was she treating me?"

"I can't answer that either. Darr was helping Slick was something, so I guess she stepped up to help you. Darr found that your armor had pierced your lung, so the wound was deep. Hell cut off your armor back on the planet, she probably saved your life."

"Well, I'll be sure to thank her."

"Yeah. So, you sure your up for more action?"

"I'm here, aren't I?"

Yillis smirked. "Good. We need all the soldiers we can get."

Garet walked to the nearest chair and sat down. Yillis had answered more than enough to satisfy Garet for now. He thought about the possibilities while waiting for Slick to come. I was hit in the back... Was I shooting my own mates?

Hellra cursed in inaudibly at Garet who walked away to join with the rest of the Lancers. She made a simple mistake, but he paid for it, even maybe permanently. She sighed,
"Up for another game?" asked Jakireth while shuffling the cards expertly.

"No thanks, but you are coming with me to the medical ward, get that leg treated properly" she ordered,
"My leg is fine, us a scratch"
"Scratch or no scratch you are getting it treated" Hellra stood up walked to where Jakireth sat. She may be a female, and her strength maybe be considerably little, but she had ways of getting her way.

Moments later she was dragging Jakireth by his ear. He flailed his arms as he tried to get away. She passed several crew members and past Marka, Revan, Smith and Napleon who were playing a game of sabaac, they suppressed their snickers knowing what that their ASL wont be pleased at all. The much larger Raider had to stoop down to match Hellra's smaller frame that forced him down.

When she had Jakireth all settled with the medical droids, she darted towards her assigned room. Within minutes she was dressed in more comfortable clothes, which consisted, of casual grey army pants, with black boots, and plain black top with cut sleeves. She tied her hair back with her trademark bandanna, and secured her DC-15 pistol to her thigh holster along with her neuronic whip. She contemplated whether or not she should take her dagger with her a well. It was like a new toy or gadget to her. She had to keep looking at it or play with it in her hands. Shaking her head, she took it with her.

-----
"Hi there Darr," Darr-Rann looked up at Hellra who stood in his doorway. His eyes widened at the new bandages that covered her wound, which stuck out from her cut sleeves.

"New bandages?"  Hellra gave a small laugh, and shook her head amazed at Darr-rann.
"Your eyes don't miss anything do they? The droids insisted it being changed when I literally had to drag Jak to them, stubborn ass" Darr-Rann merely raised his eyebrows at this, amused with Hellra's comment.

"Like you, oh and lets not forget, your pride as well" Darr-Rann smirked as Hellra gaped at him, at loss for words, not knowing what to shot back. His eyes rested on her bandages again,
"They changed the bandages to early, give the wound sometime to settle, and the anti bionics' to work, before changing, should reprogram the crap," he muttered. Hellra groaned.
"Okay, thanks Doctor Darr, but I have endured enough of your examinations, what about that girl, hmm? Dew, or Dawn?"

"It is Dawn," said Darr-Rann quickly, Hellra's playful smile formed a smirk.
"Now, now, no need to get snappy of your girl"
"She's not my girl, we are friends, and I thought you wont pick on me," said Darr-Rann trying to change the subject.
"Not in public, I might as well have some fun with my lil bro" teased Hellra.
"Your lil bro? You are the one that's sixteen; you shouldn't even be in the army,"

Hellra ignored this comment; a serious expression n flickered on her face.
"just be careful to not get attached, your brother will hurt her" Darr-Rann's eyes darkened at the mention of his brother, and Hellra's old master.  They didn't say anything for a few minutes, Hellra sighed execrably, and she walked over to his locker and gazed at the pictures that were stuck on it.
"Who is this? You look very happy" she pointed her finger to a picture where Darr-Rann was hugging the life out of a woman who was laughing trying to get free.

A sad expression settled on Darr-Rann's face,
"My fiancé, that is a week before she got killed"
"Oh, sorry, I didn't mean to intrude," said Hellra awkwardly. Darr-Rann waved it off, and joined her; together they studied the picture for a while. Darr-Rann gasped softly, Hellra looked at him confused.
"Something wrong?"
"No, nothing--"
"Darr, squad meeting, you're late!" Jennabelle's head poked in the room.
"Oh, damn, I almost forgot, see you Hell," muttered Darr-Rann; he quickly followed Jennabelle down the corridor. Something was not right, why didn't he see it before? Hellra and Sarah looked alike. Too alike...

Maybe we should ask Rizz if we should go help the 3 platoon story out with DD and IH, just a thought

"Resign!"
Silence fell over the Raiders barracks as Hellra jumped up from her comfy seat on the couch. Curious faces stared at Hellra and Revan who were both immersed in a serious conversation.  All the Raiders except Raziel and Jakireth who were going over their reports, were in their seats again.

"Yes, I resign," said Revan with more force in his voice. Hellra shook her head.
"Why?"  Revan looked down, his hands fidgeting with his helmet.
"Look, I'll still be around, and pop in maybe, but right now, being in the army isn't my top priority." Said Revan fiercely. He looked around embarrassed as the whole squad's hears were honed on their conversation.

"Then I guess this is it," muttered Hellra, she extended her arm towards him. Revan looked at it for a second, before grasping it firmly with his free hand. Hellra snapped to a crisp salute as he turned away from her.

"I'm going to get my gear, I need to get go as soon as we land, this is the end for now" he mumbled.

"You're a active trooper Rev, I don't want to lose you,, but go if you must" Revan nodded making his way across the room. One by one as he passed the other Raiders they stood up and saluted him.

-----
A few hours a later, nothing except the sounds of soft snoring resounded through the room. Hellra stood in front of the mirror that hung in the small bathroom studying her hair. She hasn't cut it once in her entire life, just gave it the monthly trim. It hung at her shoulders, while neck hair had a tendency to curl outwards,

She grabbed a lock of hair just behind her ear. She placed her dagger carefully against, strands f hair rained down on the floor as she cut through. To her surprise when she looked in the mirror, her newly cut lock of hair sprang to an immediate curls twisting awkwardly out of her head, as if it just grew a horn.

She whipped around in freight when she heard a loud bang behind her. Her eyes gaze through the open door, Jakireth walked a small side table order, but it bought the desired effect, and the Raiders woke.

"We are landing in a few minutes guys, better strap ourselves in" ordered Raziel, he gazed around the room, his eyes lingering on each trooper for a second.
"Where is Hellra and Rev?" Hellra dragged her self out of the bathroom, as soon as she appeared, snickers sounded from the men as their FTL.

"Like the horn Hell, but it would look better if you had another on the other side as well" Jakireth smirked, his arms crossed.
"hush you, revan resigned, he is packing his stuff at the mo" said Hellra turning the subject of the conversation away from her.

"Resigned?" said Jakireth shocked,
"Ya heard me the first time"
"Lets go greet the guy, and maybe try turn his mind," suggested Jakireth to Raziel, leaving the Raiders alone again.  Hellra blew the lock of hair that kept falling in her face out,

I just had to cut that particular peace she slumped her on her seat, wincing as her shoulder shifted to quickly to its likes.
"Where is Lancers by the way?" asked Marka strapping him self in his seat.

If there isn't going to be more replies soon,  if the SL's dont step in, Im closing the story myself,

Rubbing his arm absent mindedly, Slick strode into the briefing room.  The Lancers jumped to their feet, and Slick told them to be seated.  They sat, and he moved to the head of the table.  He looked at each one of them slowly.  Many noticed that he had a look of sadness in his eyes, but they assumed it was battle fatige.  Then he gave a small grin.

"First off I have to congratulate all of you. You did an amazing job out there, and we all came back alive. The mission was a success, and it couldn't have been done without you."  The troops applauded, and whistled at this.  He waited until they had calmed down, and then continued. "I wish I could give you some time off to recover, and heal... but I can't. If I'm right we're going right back into the action in a a day or so. And now for the bad news."

He paused to collect his thoughts. "I volunteered Lancer to be disbanded." An uproar came from the assembled troops, and Slick help up a hand. "QUIET! We are needed to fill in the gaps in Wildcard. To many of their troops have gone AWOL, and have been killed in action. Being one the best I decided that we were the best choice.  I have here your new orders."

He pulled his datapad. "This is from Colonel TJ.  Corporal Slick is to report to Raider squad, and take over the squad leader duties. Corporal Yillis is to report to sergeant Kami, and will be placed in Iron Horse. Lance Corporal Darr-Rann will report to Raiders, and take up the duties of the assistant squad leader under Corporal Slick. Lance Corporal Jennabelle will report to Dark Dragoons, as will Lance Corporal Garet Daimun. Private First Class Drask will report to Corporal Slick, and be placed in Raider squad."

He replaced his datapad. "That's all I have for you. You are to report in the next twenty four hours. And be ready to go out into the field again. I think something big is coming, but I have no information on it. Lancers you are dismissed!"

THIS IS THE END OF THE LANCER/RAIDER STORY
