Since you were using them as comparison...Nightstalkers SL still on the leave, yet i see several trooper manage to do something without have to cling-on their SL 24/7, and as far as i know, he have not appointed an assistant.

in the mean time, you were away and back at 25th and hopped out again at 2nd, you still managed to show your nose on mIRC during your time of leave yet, when you came back, you've done 1 post and several non-squad posts.
Heck, you even neglect your job to send me a report. Oh wait,.. you have an ASL to do it for you no matter you are on leave or "active" .

for the troops itself, If your SL are on the leave/dead/joined the rebel/ran away to maui, you have an ASL. Until the AHC pointed an new one, ASL act as the Leader when the SL are in state of condition i mention above.

Im sorry If you do not think we are being active or not, But
if we are put in status because our mission isnt posted, what are we supposed to do? I cannot write specs because I do not have my Medic Tracking sheet yet, So there isnt anything I can do involving squad work. Once our mission is posted things should go back to normal

do you want me to compare you with other people who don't have their tracking sheets ready yet but they still write their spec stories with creativity as their guidence or what ?

And you cannot do any Squad work because of what?? so in the "The calm before a storm" story, all the chara are dead?.

Allright, I'm going to shoulder some of this blame here. Those working on Medic sheet: It's my fault that your stories are not being worked on; but that blame only goes so far. I thought I made it quite clear that you could go to the old specialty site to get the order for now.

Medic Sheet (Old) Just keep a log of what day you started and finished the stories, and again: I apologize for the delay. Medic should be finished up in a few days. You will need acrobat reader to read this file. It's in PDF Format.

Now, on a less-than-happy note: I'm really apalled to see that you guys are arguing like this on the comnet. This petty fighting is childish! You guys may not like Dez too much (as it apprarently shows), but he knows damn well what he's talking about. He may come across less-than-polite at times, but he is well-meaning and one of the best commanders that we've had. Dez is right: you shouldn't be comparing yourselves to others in a negative way, rather compare to other squads to make room to improve yourselves.

On the note of the story, I think I've cleared that up with Yillis tonite, and you should be good to go. Back when I was a Private First Class/Corporal, we used to have a saying that EVERYONE followed without question:Praise in public, punish in private. In other words, stuff like this should be kept in an e-mail or a PM: NOT flaming on the comnet. I stored away a harassment policy long ago, because I felt that the VE was above that. I think that we might need it now though.

Harassment does not need to be sexual or anything that bad. It can be simple belittling of each other or other squads. I'll let you off with a warning this time, but at the same time: I'm going to be taking a closer look around recent events. If I feel that we do need it, I'm afraid that it will back in place again. Lets try and all get along then: shall we?

i wanted to ssuggest that this argument should be taken to irc, and not be kept on comnet, but i fell asleep, because i thought it was posted, anyway, i agree with rizzit, comnet is better than this, lets talk about this in the squad meeting, then every one can voice their opinion, les discuss this in posts, it will eventually take us to IRC,
