Basically, the rules mean what your SL or Platoon leader assigns for those certain stories. Normally, equipment will be listed in some way in your SLs or PCs beginning post, or in later posts. -----------------------

Uh, no. Those things are large vehicles. We're talking personal equipment such as armor, weapons, and the like. Troopers don't bring along their huge transport carrier. Those are provided for the squads use by the army itself. Sometimes, >Rarely<, You will be allowed to bring a personal speader bike or small vehicle like that of some sort, but that is normally on a vacation story, which Jester will probably not have for a long while yet. Plus, we prefer people to actually have bought the equipment they bring and use in stories from the Store. We don't expect people to have bought a transport, and if you did, you probably won't ever use it. The reason I have one, is because... well.. I'm rich, I'm a vehicle crewman, and I collect all military vehicles... Anyways, to answer your question, not really, no. 
And before you ask, you won't be using battledroids or droid gunships. People who ask for to use those or list it in their equipment are n00bs. So to look good and smart, don't ask for those.

I had made the suggestion that, due to Jester's current situation and activity potential, that PFC's Darin and Sayah be transferred to more-active squads. They're new to the Corps, and I'd hate to see them "fade away" because of an inactive squad and leadership that did not make the move to better their situation.
I have Merrick's go-ahead on this, but if you've got plans for Jester, Rizzit, then I can probably see them staying, but I'm pretty sure they're going to benefit a lot more by being transferred into a more active unit. -----------------------

I guess it is time for me to reveal my, "Master Plan..."I will be stepping in until that time and running this squad. I realize that I am also "Running" NS at this point. To rectify that, Christina is going to be placed as SL until Jakireth comes back. I will remain with that squad as well and help run it. This may seem like I'm taking on too much, but I can handle it until Hashi has the time to take Full leadership of Jester. I will need some help from Christina and Hashi, but I will be able to get all the reports, get stories started, check up on recruits, do specialties, and everything esle an SL does plus my PC duties. I do not want to see Storm fall apart because a few members are leaving. I am taking on the full responsibility of these two squads. If some one has a problem with it, send me a message. Now, if things seem to be running down and not going well, you have my permission to move the active members from Jester to other squads, but give me two weeks and then decided. All of this will be set up and taking placed over the next two days when I find time between work. I will be able to especially handle this after this weekend because that is when my job contract ends for the fall, and I will thus be able to be active on the weekends. So, my superiors, if you have any qualms or problems with my plan, let me know today. Now everyone should have a generally idea of what is going to be happening.

I am going into the reserves. Now I am not doing this because Garet left, I have been planning on this for some time now. I don't believe I will be able to handle both corps during chapter nine with school and all. I don't know when I will request to be put back into active duty. -----------------------

PFC Red Sand has been removed from Jester and placed into Reserves.
As of this moment, I will not be placing individuals into Jester until a clear resolution is made about what to do with the squad. My concerns for the activity of Darin and Sayah remain (especially in light of this new update).
I have become aware that Hashi has been designated as temporary SL of Jester, but I still am not sure on what you guys are planning to do. Thus far, the only real active people left in this squad (from what I can tell) are PFCs Darin and Sayah.
A little update on what the plan is for the squad and these two Troopers would be great.
