Alright, for those of you who couldn't make it to the meeting, here's a little outline of what went on:
Graphics: Any graphics for the site (which is coming along nicely) are welcome. More importantly, for those of you who also missed the VE meeting, Tal announced that we will be facing enemy Stormtroopers at some point. Because we are fighting an enemy with the same face as us, we need a way to distinguish ourselves. Thus, I'm holding a contest. We need a symbol for Jester. This sumbol will be "placed" on the backs of our helmets and our right shoulders. Anything goes as long as it follows the CoC. Keep it simple. For the winner of this contest (as judged by me, and maybe others), I will come up with a reward. As well as my reward, Kairo has pledged 100k to the winner and Rizzit has also pledged an undisclosed prize. Get to it. They're due by Saturday.
Story: Good job, even though we've come to a small standstill. You've averaged about a post per day since the story began. If we plan to finish, we need to hurry up. Thus, keep most plot ideas to me unless we talk. If worse comes to worse, I'll skip a bunch and end it, or we'll dub the mission "failure".
News: I'm instating a posting policy to ensure activity during school. Everyone must post two 400 words posts, a 400 word post and a specialty, or a 700 word post per week as well as other VE duties. If you don't have a specialty yet, or want to switch, see Kairo.
Other fun Squad stuff: Jester will soon have a Bank Account at the First Galactic Bank. Members will be able to deposit their IC's to benefit the Squad i ntheir Imperial Center needs. Withdrawals welcome, but see me first. If you want to know more, see me about it. I'll have more on this when the time comes.

I feel so horrible for not posting in six days as of this post. And I probably will not get to post till the weekend, when I will rush to meet Garet's requirements.
The rate of story posts has dipped because all of us have to drag our asses back to those damned institutes of edikayshun now that the school term has kicked off.
Nevertheless I hope we see the end of this story through, somehow, before Chapter 9, of which I possibly might not be around for due to real-life circumstances. -----------------------

funny you mention that Garet, I was just aobut to post, O have to keep ahead of the new recruit, or I he may let it go to his head, if he hasn't already. Don't expect anything from me until tomourrow, Monday and Tuesday I was too busy to get on and I am sorry about that. Today I don't have much time but I should be able to get something more in beyond my one post so far this week in along with my ,self set, two posts for the Navy.

Guys, I'll be away for quite a long while.
I asked Garet to placed me in the reserves, but he has very kindly agreed only to do that if there's no places left for new recruits to move in. My GCE O levels are here and that means I am in school from seven in the morning till nine in the evening, studying.
I wish you all the best in your endeavours and to await my return when I graduate from school. I have a job waiting for me, but it will be less hectic for me then. That's all in a month and a half's time.
My Jester gentlemen, thank you for making the couple of months stay here out of retirement for me an enjoyable one. Be back soon. -----------------------

Make that three after this story ends. I've been asked to also be placed in the reserves but after this story is over. But I wont be completely gone. I will be active in my Navy account and I'll probably come back to active duty eventually.
It is just that with school and such there isn't the time there was in the summer.
EDIT: I got this idea, we could somehow end up working with the pirates in some crazy stress induced alliance caused by the superiour forces of Thrawn. Your call, obviously, Garet.

Alright Jester, time to kick thigns back in gear. I will be ending the story next week. I encourage you (strongly) to get at least one post in.
Jest a heads up, don't think of the end as a break (you've had a big enough one). I will expect to see specialty stories being started/continued. This means that you will have to get in contact with Kairo.

Aye, you need not have to worry about the 30-day trial version for mIRC, Darin. I've been using mIRC (and numerous versions) for over 6 years, and have not had to pay a cent for anything in this club. -----------------------

Heh, I'm a little late here. Sorry about that. Anyways, welcome to Jester. I'm your Platoon Commander. Basically, the boss of your boss. I see you already have a specialty story out.
