Paint Shop Pro 7 is a good program for starting artists. It's vector-based, so you can pretty much customize any shape you want. It's a good means for transitioning to PhotoShop too, unless you're already adept or have experience with PhotoShop. -----------------------

I need a frame, Cosmic, the only necessary peice of information on it is my nickname, 'Snipes' somewhere in an interesting font. Otherwise use your imaginenation, i'd prefer something original as apposed to one of the generic ones. this comes from a larger picture, so if you for whatever reason think that moving where i cropped would be better just tell me.
