use a program like Irfanview to either cut out a part with this dimensions, or to resize the picture (only do that if the proportions of the original are already 1:1.2).

illustrator or photoshop work too, i've never used illustrator, but its supposed to to a better job of resizing this or something, something to do with vectors and rasters, blah, blah, blah. . .

I use the following software for my image use: Paint Shop Pro 7 Anniversary Edition and PhotoShop CS1. GIMP is free software that I hear is pretty decent. www.gimp.com -----------------------
