So yeah, I've made up these new images for the High Command to look at, and I thought I'd share em with you all. They're all just screenshots of ComNet with the new images put in the place of the ones we got now. They're not approved as of yet (not that I know of), but they're worth looking at I think.  ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Now if you notice, they're all themed differently; the first two are for army and second two are for navy My idea was to have these images randomly appear every time that you upload ComNet, so that a different one appears at the top each time (giving them all equal time on the board), just like the images on the Vast Empire main page do. Or, if its possible, assign each one to the specific character based on which division their in. And if there is a character that's in two division like Navy and DJO, then that person can have the Navy and DJO image alternate every time they get on the ComNet. I was thinking something like that as well.. but I'm not exactly sure how easy it would be to do so. Seems like there would be a lot of scripting involved to me.
They could be included in specific skins though. That would make it a lot easier, since we would be choosing the skin that has the particular logo image in it. Senior Sergeant Sobaccus Ron

In context on the comnet pages, I felt that the first was by far the best. The other two's borders were too strong, which gave it an odd look.

Soccer, baseball, fencing, cross country... as well as the school choir, shakespearian theater and musical theater. Plus I'm an avid writer (working on my third short story, still waiting to be published). So yeah, I do have a life actually. Two is now also very good, I'm stuck between one and two being my favourite.
Three, good luck on that one. I like the image a lot, but as Doc rightly put the harsh border just doesn't look right. Not sure how that can be faced however, without ruining the image itself. Kanderin Azalar Draken

The new DJO one is in progress, I'm looking for a suitable image of a "dark jedi" or sith that has some kind of pose that works harmoniously with the other two images. I will probably keep the Korriban Statues as a support for the image, but I'm not sure. Instead of the explosion or planet background that are in the former two, the DJO will probably have a blue lightning effect in the back to symbolize the power of the force.

I like the new DJO one, although the position of the lightening makes it look too square, and instead of the black bits looking like background, it looks empty... that probably didn't make a whole lot of sense.
Just make the lightening a little less rigid, is all i'm saying.
