Post 'em up. Grading rules/stuff is in the rules thread. Since no one read the rules thread, here it is again. Each graphic piece should depict a scene from your Platoon's story in a quality manner. These works will be holistically judged on a 0-15 scale. Bear in mind however, it 95% of the work submitted will gain no more than a 5. For a piece to surpass that threshold, it will have to be, in all meanings of the word, awesome. Da Vinci only got a 13, by the way. A '0' will be awarded to any submission that is - - Stolen - A repeated submission - Offensive (If your submission is a lighthearted stab at another member or squad, it's recommended you get their permission before posting it) - Lacking sufficient quality to be graded elsewhere (A stormtrooper pasted onto a background image is not considered a quality graphic) Squad banners and avatar decoration are not allowed for this competition. Also, try to lay off the MS paint unless you can work miracles with it. ---------- While the actual assignment -- depict a scene from your story in a quality manner -- wasn't written (thanks Kand), it WAS explicitly wirtten that squad banners (and avvies) will not be allowed. Banner includes all manners of advertising your squad, no matter the size. Not a single person asked me a question about that last phrase, nor tryied to clarify, so I'll assume you all read it and understood what it meant. Sadly, most of the work up until this point might have to be disqualified (or at least graded on a lower scale). Guys, I don't think they count and they were posted after the new rules...  I realised just as I started to paint that I was doing it on my dyslexia paper which is slightly a tinged green. My apologises for this as the sun looks rather off coloured and there's a MASSIVE off coloured green patch, something I couldn't fix unfortunately, etc. I call it 'The view from the half-track'. So this is basically what I see when I read the story posts. Please note this is the scene before the whole battle scene comes in, that's why there are no bodies and it seems to be rather sunny looking etc  Senior Sergeant Helena

Due to the nature and quality of submissions already received, we will be ABOLISHING this thread, active immediately.All submissions are to be sent to Arnaut and Kanderin (PO Box 77593 Sacremento California) for grading. We will be opening a 'Hall of Fame' thread with the best of the best of the PM'd graphics. These will still be graded however, so never fear. They just won't be eligible for Hall of Fame status. The thread will stay open for a bit longer as a place to voice questions/complaints/quacking-noises.
