But the curve of the frame and those jazz really struck me, But you're right, I should have singled out the influence you now wield on signature history in the VE

If you take a look at those sigs had developed in the 10 years, it can be broken up as follows.

* Text
*Colored Text
*Fading coloured texts*
*Basic picture: 90px in withd. 10px in height (traditional size)
*Rectangular square with squad name and a picture breaking out of square
*Curved square and image and transparent layers effects
*Silhouettes -you come in here
*curviness gives way to actual oval shaped signature- Abalar.

(Well that's more or less it, switch and add some effects)

Thing is, why should Havock have a monopoly on the colours red and black , especially when red's also the shade of BJ's armour ? Squad colours are just something that comes up in fan art, story descriptions, and fluff on the roster.

By that argument, Tanus could forbid all non-members of Blackjack to use indigo or black in their profiles. :P

Since RAIDERS already took the colour for its sigs, there's a problem: copying. Other than that, not really.

Not true at all.  In every squad I have seen, squad colors are quite important; they help to identify a squad.  For instance: Jester was orange, Paladin was blue, Raiders is Red, Wraith is green.  This has been around for a long time, and you just can't take another squad's color because you want it.  If those squad banners were green, I'd ask you to change it too, because green is considered Wraith's color.

Wrong again.  I can use whatever colors I want in my profile, but if I want to identify a squad using a color it's considered polite to use the correct colors identified with it.
