Cosmic set simple criteria & is more than competant enough to know who does or doesn't qualify. Being belligerant about it won't earn the favor/respect of the upper echelons of the VE; only annoy them.

Personally, I wouldn't want to P.O. any Krath/Dark Jedi/Sith; especially one far more powerful than myself.
