Legit: Jordan might be hard as shit, but it's beatable if you save your star power for the harder parts. Maybe it's just me, but I think Psycho Billy Freak Out and Freebird are both harder in Guitar Hero II. Cosmic: As for Guitar Hero III ... wow. I consider myself to be pretty good, but I can't even beat Through the Fire and Flames on hard. It's just too long - I can't tired of concentrating on so many notes!  I know some people will be all like, "That dude has too much time on his hands," but you've got to respect that kind of skill. Even if it is only in a video game. Yeh I know you can save up your star power for the solo, but even that, you have to master the tapping, which is the hardest thing to do. In my opinion, harder than Through Fire and Flames. I beat that song 1st try, at my friends house without ever playing GH3. But yeh, that Dragonforce song requires a lot of freaggin stamina to get all those notes. But Jordan is consired the hardest song to beat out of all the songs. Here is my personal list on expert from both games..
