Of course, when people give themselves 5 kills per post it kinda takes the fun out of it... ----------------------- XO/MCPO/Trevor Evenson/Nazgul 9(3-1)/Wing 1/mSSD Atrus/DEF/VEN/VE/(=*A*=)[VC:B][SWC]

I actually don't think this is a good idea. All this will do is expose how utterly unrealistic we all are in writing. All of us are aces are most of us are aces many times over (I'm one at least ten or fifteen times over and I'm sure Shaz is nearly twenty times ). Let's stick to career posts? ----------------------- WADJ, SPAC/2LT Corran "Arturus" Hargraves/SCR Doashim/VE/VEN/(=A=)(=SA=)(=*MA*=)(=JCPA=)(=SCPA=)[MC:1](x2)[SV][BRC][VC:B][CBV][GWC][LSM][LoC]
"The way of war is a way of deception. When able, feign inability; when deploying troops, appear not to be. When near, appear far; when far, appear near. Lure with bait; strike with chaos. If the enemy is full, be prepared. If strong, avoid him. If he is angry, disconcert him. If he is weak, stir him to pride. If he is relaxed, harry him; if his men are harmonious, split them. Attack where he is unprepared; appear where you are unexpected. This is victory in warfare; it cannot be divulged in advance. Victory belongs to the side that scores most in the temple calculations before battle. Most spells victory; least spells defeat; none, surer defeat. I see it in this way, and the outcome is apparent." -- Sun Tzu

Well, the rank of ace in our world are harder to achieve...we only have one planet to wage war on...but in the star wars universe...WE HAVE AN ENTIRE GALAXY TO SLAUGHTER...and yes it may not be realistic if you get five kills per post. I only got one kill in my last post and gave blah 2
Think of this as a form of keeping track of who is unrealistically making enemies drop like flies. Besides...allmost everyone would at least like to KNOW how many people they have killed with their deadly keyboards.

I feel that Art is basically correct. The only relevent kills for tracking would be kills made in multiplayer games. I know I easily qualify as an ace many times just from that, though I know not many of the contemporary members of the Navy can claim the same, as gaming is no longer the emphasis of the organization.

Technically, those that get killed in bombing runs are bodies too, how you ever gonna count that? There's no way to count how many one's killed over the years, especially if it means going back and read all those posts we've made. ----------------------- -(William the Conquerer)-

Well...bombing doesnot count...only dogfight kills. and if you really wanted to know your count, pay someone to count them or go back and count them.
And, once again, this sheads light on unrealistic posters.

And spammers. I notice how you have been here for 10 months, have 561 posts (200 more then myself), and are still a SCRW. Perhaps a little bit more time and effort could be put towards squadron posting and the like insted of posting topics like this? Although, if you keep it up, Toki may end up losing the record of longest time as a SCRW. I`m sure she`d like that ^^. ----------------------- XO/MCPO/Trevor Evenson/Nazgul 9(3-1)/Wing 1/mSSD Atrus/DEF/VEN/VE/(=*A*=)[VC:B][SWC]
