Maybe if you can take the time to write on paper you can take the time here to make some sense in your posts and to use correct grammar.

I sit here and read the few threads Mykill has started and I come to one glaring conclusion: he mistakes age and experience for education and talent.

Look, I'm fairly old myself but I do not consider myself an expert on things. I also do not look down on others trying to tell me that a) what I'm doing may be improved upon, and b) that I may be talking out my ass on occasion.

Thus far you say you can outwrite any club member any day, but do not because you don't want to put out the effort. Here's a suggestion: if you don't want to give it your best, don't do it at all.

I have already commented on a couple key things you could do to improve merely the presentation of your posts - and got slammed for saying anything contrary and ultimately ignored outright despite others stating similar thoughts.

If you were a pre-eminent literary mind, we wouldn't have to be told; your efforts here would be a hint towards it. And no, text-messaging your mom doesn't count towards that goal.

You've been badgering people and insulting pretty much everyone in this club with no real examples that you *do* have a keen mind and an ability to express it.

In short, step up or shut up and learn something. And yeah, you can still, if you are humble enough, learn some new tricks from a teenager. They aren't stupid, just not carrying a wealth of experience yet.

And to just go a little further on this subject , I have been rather impressed by most of the post I have read throughout the Lounge and the other sites .

I've seen some silly and some serious .


However I haven't gone out of my way as much as some of you have to crirticize your posts as much as you have mine .

Maybe it was the way I came across at first , because I thought this was a gaming site . But I soon learned afterwards it was more of a writing site.

I know I came across wrong at first , however , I have been trying to not only be part of the club , but be humble . Sorry if I'm not to good at that when people are putting me down

Real thoughts real news . Do not open and shut down immediatly . It is the worst virus ever according to CNN and Microsoft . This virus was discovered by McAfee and there is no repair yet . It destroys the ZERO vector of the hard disc where vital information is stored . I'm not really sure what all that means but it sounds bad . I don't want to post a new thread so maybe someone else can .

Alright, here we go.....I was thinking something along the lines of this...

1,000 words minimum per post, with 20,000 words minimum for the story. So if you go with exactly 1000 words per post, you need at least 20....you could do it with less posts, but sometimes time gets in the way of writing a 5,000 word post.

We will each be given a different set of objectives to complete during our stories, and they`ll be the same for both of us (Ei, I`ve got to sneak onto a space station and steal stuff, you have to do the same in your story.). How you approach those goals and in what order do not matter. They just have to be finished by the end of the story.

I was thinking that maybe we`ll go with 5 goals/objectives, which people aside from us make up. If say for example, Shazam has an idea for an objective, he can post it and as long as its not a pointless goal, we`ll have to use it.

And for scoring.....We can`t go with whoever finishes first, because someone might find themselves with a day off of work or something and get in 10 posts. We`de need an impartial party to score the posts out of a couple of catagories. The Catagories would be Content (out of 1-10. If your post is total filler, it`d be a 1, if it was all plot-continuing action, it`d be 10), Coherencey (sp?) (Again, a scale of 1-10, 1 being hard to understand the point of the post, 10 meaning it was easy flowing and easy to understand.). And Realism, which is agains on a scale of 1-10, 1 being unrealistic, 10 being realistic. Seeing as this is starwars, it would be 'realistic' to the SW universe, not our own.

As for Judges...I`m not really sure who to go on that. After ESC we can know for sure that Arturus is an impartial judge, but I`d also trust Shazam to make a fair judging as well. If anyone would like to volenteer though...

I got many varied answers , but none really answered my question.  Some said "for prestige" others said "Terrorism" yet others said "They really don't have better things to do."
Fury , I am really wanting your thoughts on this subject . Were those links you provided me on the subject of computer viruses . If so I thank you I just haven't had time yet to open them yet .
And not to be mean , but how do I know for sure those links aren't viruses themselves . Do you not see what a messed up world we seem to be living in , when you don't even wanna click on something because it might ruin your world .
I'm for sure that you wouldn't put in links that would mess up peoples worlds . I'm just saying , sometimes you never know these days . It's kinda sad to me , because after all these years , I still have faith in mankind.
