I got it as a gift from CDplus. They are pricey, but they have a good range. The movie is just perfect. And two disks (one with the bonuses). They even have a review of the story of FFVII on there. And the music... They kept it true to the original, but remixed it with a bit more rock. Sounds awsome. -----------------------

Sony released it, that means you can find it basically anywhere DVDs are sold, i got mine from Target when they didnt have it at Best Buy. The movie was all right, I actually saw it months ago with subtitles and i was actually dissapointed with some of the english dubbing. Dont get me wrong it was very visually appealing, and the action was freaking awesome. I never played FF7 so i think my opinion on the story isn't worth much but i thought it was alright. I actually thought they could of done a better job with the music at some parts, true it stayed to the original music pretty well but i felt like they could have been more intense at times, but thats just me. but yah it was pretty good. -----------------------

The Japanese voice actors were more enthusiastic, Kadaj and a few of the other bad guys were just... blah in the english dub. I'm not saying the voices didn't match the character, but the english voice actors didn't really get into it. I was expecting some of them to sound more menacing or taunting, or more obsessed.
And like i said before i didnt say the story was bad, i thought it could stand on its own, the only problem with my openion is i can't say whether or not it does FF7 justice. And from what I've heard from all my friends who have played it, thats all up to opinion anyways. Aside from that i got a crash course in the story thanx to the movie extra 
Its also a movie now so your going to have to expect ppl to see it who have never played the game. -----------------------

I know ,as was said in the movie, Kadaj was like his "Crysilis". But still, I was hoping that the supposed main bad guy would be in the movie for more than ten minutes. -----------------------

Best movie I saw in years. I watched the jap version with my friend and couldnt take my eyes off the screen.
The jap version over here when I saw it was boot leg but excellent quality and suposedly if you tried to make a burn of the jap boot leg version the disk wouldnt work anymore.

And if I remember correctly, it's Rude and Reno who have the last laugh with their boom-booms. And Reno got equally beat up, if not more. It was his fault Rude didn't do as good... Hitting him with his shock stick, falling on him. Reno's a disgrace. :P -----------------------
