Ok, so I went onto the current Nightstalkers story which is shared with the Eclipse squad (Gauntlet on Nkllon) and I came across this:

Yes it is joint still, the story plot has us split up, You guys stay in the city and do something that Kai will reveal to you soon enough and while Eclipse gets the POWS in the base.
We will meet back up eventually. Hope that answers your question  -----------------------

Alright everyone, some of you may have seen an old face wandering around the past day or two. I am glad to pronounce that Jakireth has returned from the reserves and is going to be your SL once again. Some of you may remember him, but most of you are relatively new. Now, storywise, I will still be your SL until the end of the mission.
FOR EVERYTHING ELSE THOUGH (REPORTS, ETC.), all go to him. That's important. I am no longer your standing SL except in the story. If you have a problem go to Jak.
