wat up to all any one got the xbox 360 cos if you have i want to know is it worth the peice lable £200+!!!!! i think sonys better than microsoft so bout the xbox 360 like i said is it worth it plz tell me if it is thx   |

My head hurts from reading that. As for your question I think it's worth it. I'm a Sony fan as well, but it seems like Microsoft put a very good deal together. -----------------------

Now bear in mind that this is a message from a playstation boycotter :
I would highly suggest that you don't get a 360 at this point. There are still some bugs that they're working out in them. Furthermore, the 360 doesn't have that great a selection of games: plus you need to pay the $70 a year for XBox Live (Gold).
I would recommend PS3. The internet functions are going to be free, and they'll more than likely have a better selection of games than 360 would, and you won't need to pay for everything seperate (like the DVD Player adapter). Plus, rumor has it: the PSP will be compatible with the PS3. For me, it's going to be between the PS3 and the Revolution. -----------------------

Rizzit does talk some sense, although Xbox 360 will be getting some better games (Fable 2, Halo 3, ect.) If you buy the xbox 360 you need to replace the fan, otherwise it'll overheat. I'd wait for the price to go down and the fan to improve. -----------------------

I agree with Darr, but then again I despise Playstation.
The price isn't worth it right now, but wait about six months and it should be ready for purchase! Also Rizzit, you get basic Xbox Live (silver) for free with it. You don't have to get Gold, it's just better. -----------------------

Actually most people will probably get gold unless you want to deal with not being able to use voice chat and somethings that are almost needed when playing online.
I know I won't get 360 until I am out of my training so yeah, hopefully the price will be down and the fan will be improved by then. -----------------------
