RAIDERS Report:For the week of March 1st, 2012 to March 8th, 2012News and shitThis is where you will get your weekly dose of major news. Read this bit if you want to know what's going on.So as is obvious the command has changed. I know that I've already posted a couple of things about it, but I figured it'd be good to go over again in the official weekly report! Sadly, we had to say goodbye to Joamer, but as is obvious I have taken the mantle and I do believe I've done well so far. It's good to be back as SL again, I've missed it. No, not just for the power, either, for the feeling I get when I help you guys through something and the satisfaction of being helped in return. As far as me being SL goes, please do not hesitate to ever ask me any questions, and if you have a problem with me please tell me. I like to hear it first, before you feel like you need to go the higher ups. Why? I like to think I have the power to do something about it. So if there's a problem, come to me first and we'll talk it out.  As far the story goes, I really like how well it's moving. I do want a little bit of a better flow, however, so what I'm going to ask is simple and it's something that I've been wanting the RAIDERS to work on for a while now. I adore character development. I love it to freaking bits, but when your entire post is comprised of it, it brings the story to a stand-still and leaves the reader bored and wanting more. Yes, your character development may be interesting, but you also have to remember the point of these stories: to achieve something and finish a mission for the Empire. These aren't little vacations and what not. If you want to write posts of ONLY character development, then just make a personal story and do it that way. Now... I'm not saying to not put ANY character development into your stuff, just try and pay attention to how much. I want the story and plot to move along a bit in each post. Alright? Awesome. Now for something that made me SUPER happy. I received all reports this week and I gotta say that I'm honestly surprised. I'm really glad you all are starting to realize that reporting isn't that hard. I want you all to keep up with the reports. I like seeing you all putting in the effort to get them in every week. Plus, reporting also adds some metaphorical points to your standing on the Honor Roll ladder~! Roll Call:This is the list of troopers who have reported with the normal activity required of them. Normal activity being Reporting AND Posting during the week.I don't even need to list anyone. Why? Because you guys almost gave me a heart attack. Why? BECAUSE I GOT ALL OF THE REPORTS. <3 Honor Roll:The Honor Roll is the list of troopers who have preformed to a higher degree than necessary.These troopers are on their way to promotion and recognition. Troopers who have (1) posted at least twice in the squad story (2) have not failed to report (3) have participated in at least 3 other forms of activity (spec stories, personal stories, wiki work, IRC, etc.) are qualified for the Honor Roll.Will be updated after the story is finished~ Inactive List: These troopers either did not report or did not post, or *shudders* both. Okay so here's the dealio. The internet at my apartment is essentially eating the website. I can't get to it through the network at all, so I have to use the shitty 3g connection on my phone. Also, here's a little note that you guys need to know since I've finally set it in stone.
A RAIDERS 'work week' is between Friday and Thursday. Everything done and posted on Thursdays BEFORE you send your report is counted towards that work week. Anything done and posted AFTER you send your report in on Thursday counts towards the next work week.
