I agree. We definitely need a person to just update the roster cause the higher ups don;t do it often enough or sooner enough after changes. -----------------------

Just a tip.. unless you enjoy pissing off your superiors, don't point out their faults in public. We don't do it to you, and we would like it if you didn't do it to us. Now, if you have a problem with how things are run (no doubt you do.. Everyone thinks they have the answer to the division's problems) or have a suggestion, email the NHC instead of telling everyone how you think your superiors are bumbling idiots that do nothing.

Ehh, sorry. I've been dealing with a lot of crap lately. Although it's true what I said, it was a tad harsh for what you guys have said. However, email the NHC if you have a problem or suggestion. Something like this should have been kept semi-quiet in the direction of the normal pilots.

What changes need to be made to the roster? As far as I know, updates have been made quite frequently recently. The changes from the past few meetings have been made those very nights.
Maybe I'm missing something here ... but like Tal says, if you really need a roster change, just tell a member of the NHC. Even if I'm not on IRC, I check my e-mail almost every day, and the roster is just a few clicks away.

I'm with Art, we need more activity. I'm trying to get into some contest. I'm not a bad fighterd pilot. I encorage anyone whos willing to get nazgul back on its feet to join me... So I think we need to find something to do. I've been all over the comnet, and chat. I just got my aviators exam done. I wanna go into battle and show whos boss. I've been told this just about fighting. I think this is about getting some respect around here, not that we don't. It's just i'd like to have nazgul be the squad of the week or something. I don't want to just sit here! I'm ganna do something about it. So lets try to do something about it, get off you lazy butts!!!  I want you guys to think of me as that guy. Serious arn't I, well so should you.

we have a serious pilot shortage in nazgul and i dont have flight games so i cant help much in that line

Well, I have a couple of flying games, if we can find a game that everyone has or can get... We shouldn't have any problems in planning something like this. Those who have XWA, say so. And those who have XvT say so.
By doing this we can find a game to play against these Viper people. I'm no general or anything, but we need some evasive action around here. Plus i'm not much when it comes to motivational speaches, but atleast i'm doing my part around here.
Those who want to try this thing say I. Those who oppose, say noway!
So just answer my two questions, and that will do.
I've been getting some support from the others on the mIRC.
