We've done baseball before but have never gotten a big crowd for it.  I don't think other sports have honestly received that much support.

Hm, thank you for your..respect and compliments we'll call it. Yahoo sounds good, NFL.com also seems to have a nice set-up though this is the first time I'll be playing on theirs.

Oh, and I think head-to-head would be best, though it'd probably depend on how many teams we get out.

Free was always the plan.

Anyway, we all still seem comfortable with Yahoo, so let's go with that.  Give another couple days to get an idea of how many teams we should go for and try to setup the league. I can do it or someone can just go ahead and do it themselves.

Actually, the latter option might make more sense given my recent travel schedule for work.

I don't know much about the NFL or fantasy football but I'll give it a shot.  Can someone provide me a link with the rules and how it works and everything?  I've done various hockey pools but never any fantasy team things.

I have set it to be tentatively 16 teams, though I am able to change it as we have people join. Also, I don't know which kind of playoffs you guys want...the options are:

Week 15 and 16 (4 teams)
Week 16 and 17 (4 teams)
Week 14, 15 and 16 (6 teams)
Week 15, 16 and 17 (6 teams)
Week 14, 15 and 16 (8 teams)
Week 15, 16 and 17 (8 teams)

At the moment I have it as the 15, 16, 17 (6 teams) but could change that depending on your opinion/number of teams.

The settings I made have QB, WR, WR, RB, RB, TE, W/R, K

the W/R can be either a WR or a RB so you can have three WRs starting if you feel like it.

The draft will happen when I set the "draft status" to ready. This will happen when we decide that we have reached the number of people we want/have in the league.
