Well, we have music threads, and soda threads, and threads for just about everything else. Well, here's a thread about something I don't think we've already posted about: gun ownership. Me, I've got about half a dozen or so. The rest of my family has far more. Anybody else have any? Here's pics of a few of mine:

First is my squirell rifle. It's a bolt-action .22 caliber long rifle, with bi-pod, sling, a Tasco Pronghorn scope on mounts that let me use my iron sights, and am improvised tactical sling (that little gray strap) I used zip-ties and camo duct tape to attach two magazines to each other for faster reloading.

This I wish I had. It's an AR-15. If I had the money, I'd buy this and put a .22 upper conversion kit in. That way I could fire cheap-o .22 rimfire cartidges instead of the expensive .223 centerfire. Be good for squirrel hunting that way. I'd have to check the hunting regulations first, I suppose, to make sure I can use it... Overkill? Sure. More fun than any other rifle I can get my hands on? Oooh, yeah!

Well for me i am in the army so i get a few perks we cant keep them but we can sure as hell use them i cant get a pic of me holding it till i get my permit but it comes prety close

I own a Glock 20, a 7mm Wetherby Mag, my *heavily* modified 10/22 and my baby, a .50 bull pup style rifle. I dont haave any pics on hand with me and them but if i get one I'll show you guys.

Firearms are banned in Singapore. I'll probably get hanged for smuggling in a .22 caliber rifle.

And that is why we are one of, if not the, safest city-state in the world.

Rest assured though I'll be playing with plenty of weapons when I get called up for National Service. Three years to go.

I'd like to own a gun too, but if you live in Germany thats a bit harder to manage. Gun Laws are strict up here but I'm thinking about attending a hunters course, which would allow me to use at least a few.
Even though I made a bit of shooting experience because my Dad's a cop and he has taken me to the Range with him 2 times. Shooting the Walther P8 was nice but nothing too exciting but getting my hands on the sweet MP5 and shooting it (if only in single shot mode) was really fu**ing great.

Yeah, handguns are cool. But I have to say that my .45 long is my favorite of all the handguns I've used. Not quite as powerful as a .357 mag, but way beyond more accurate. I took my .45 and my mom's .357 to the range once, and tried both. The .357 got 18 out of 30 shots on the paper from 25 yards, versus the .45 with 28 on the paper out of 30 shots.

Heh, can't wait to see me grand-dad again. I'm out of rounds for my .45, and he has several hundred hand-loaded for me.

my grand-dad is giving me his Rugar .44 mag in year, parents wont let me have a gun asis, afriad i might go hunting (i'm serious). but in a year i'll be 18 and he wont feel like he wronged my mum by giving it to me, then i just haveto find a way to get ammo for it, none of the pawnshops around here stock .44 mag rounds. (in idaho a pawnshop is also a gun store, dunno how it is otherplaces.)

Hey Snipes, what model of .44 mag? My .45 long is a Ruger Blackhawk.

Unfortunately, one cannot buy handgun ammo in the U.S. until you turn 21. You can buy rifle and shotgun ammoat 18, but not handgun. That's why my grandfather is hand-loading several hundred rounds for me.
