Friday today. That means reports are due. However, I'm leaving at 5:30 (two hours, exactly), and I won't be back until tomorrow morning. That means that if ya'll don't get me your reports by then, you're going to have to send them to Gshlecc or Shazam. Roth, you can send yours to Gshlecc. Lams, I need yours for this week.

Also, Gingerbreadman, if you're out there and just feel disinclined to post, you have about a day before you go AWOL.

I killed you off in the first sim, not the second one. And just because someone killed you off doesn't mean you can't post. There's all the stuff that happened BEFORE you died that you can write about.

Hmm...an action packed sim...uhm...how bout a strafing run ahead of a TIE bomber squadron, in a heavily fortified canyon base?

We're going to go with ending this sim off and doing character development for the next few days. This can be done either individually or in small groups, but you're all going to have to coordinate if you want to work in groups.

Other than that, I would start thinking of some character development situations which ya'll can write about. This story will end Friday or Saturday, depending on when I can get around to finishing it up.

Lets finish it out strong.

So I hear rumor of a few things. In my slightly extended leave I've found that we've out-written Viper and Kaph? Wonderful. I also hear of plans for a Nazgul poker tournament, if the interest is there.

Well, I'm going to post this here and in a separate topic, so read whatever pleases you.

First Annual Nazgul Poker Tournament:

In the absence of a good story idea and the next planned one not going to start for about two weeks, Jeg and I came up with an idea to kill the bordem and get a little more activity going within Nazgul.

Jegora has offered to play as our dealer and hence will be a 'neutral party' in this competition. He'll draw out hands for everyone and PM each contestant with their current hand. We will play the rest of it out through a story, which will be based on activity and time killing.

The game is Hold Em, and you need to be active to play. If it comes to be your turn and you haven't posted within 24 hours of it becoming your turn, you fold the hand.

You play just as you would real poker, calling, betting or folding. There will be little blinds and big blinds, just like normal. And although poker isn't necessarily a star-wars game, it'll just have to do. I'm too lazy to figure out Sabacc and teach it to everyone.

To make people interested in this, there will be an actual prize fund. Buy in to the tournament will be 1000 ICs, with a prize pot for the tournament winner of 100,000 ICs, offered by me.

You can bet your 1000 ICs in any way you would like, just try to play as realisticly as possible. Someone (jeg?) will keep track of everyones chip count, and if the new story starts before we finish, the person with the highest chip-count will be considered the winner.

For those who don't know how to play Texas Hold 'em and wish to participate, rules can be found here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Texas_hold_'em#Rules They are pretty in depth, so feel free to ask me if you don't understand, I can probably clear it up. If you *don't* want to participate, let me know, otherwise I'm going to be writing in the following people: Myself, Roth, G, Dante, Lousy and Rusty.

I think that's about it so far, more rules may show up before the story starts based on suggestions and stuff i may have forgotten to include.
