Yeah Shazam, It`ll be sad to see you leave us as Squadron Commander. I havn`t been here that long, but at least you`re not leaving leaving...just changing jobs. And you`ll mark my tests lol.

Oh, quick question....Because Art is the new Squadron Commander, he becomes Nazgul 1 after the mission, correct? If I`m right in assuming that, do I become Nazgul 2? Or stay as Nazgul 3? Or what happens?

Shazam, you've been my Squadron commander since the beginning. I guess it's time you've gone on to bigger and better things. You really are determined to turn the Navy around, and I think you're just the guy to do it. Congratulations and good luck in your new position.
PS.- As Art said (our New Squad commander!) get those reports in Friday post haste!!!

Squadron commanders have total freedom to shift around members as they wish. They've just gotta tell me or Shazam (the people with roster access) so we can make the changes, though I perfer to be notified that its happening just for information's sake. -----------------------

Well, in this mission you'd be replacing Jen so you'd actually be Flight 2 lead at the time. As for you're actual position in the squadron, it's whatever it is on the roster. I know it's kind of confusing right now because we're going through a lot of shifting. Warren Dimmias is supposebly the commander and he's not even a real person... And I was suppose to be commander yet Art is the actual commander of the squadron... Wow- it's too late for this stuff. I went over the last few missions we have done and have decided to create a new posting guideline. This is specifically for posts dealing with space combat.
1. It at least contextualize where you are in relation to either your squadron or major objects in the area such as capital ships. This way we have a better image of where it took place.
2. It must advance the story line. Blowing up a fighter is fine but now we need to move the miniplots along as well. Most of the time we do this but all of us (I do it too) sometimes neglect it. Whether it be a capital ship in danger or new target, we need to ensure that combat posts do move the overall plot along. Otherwise we could get into stagation.
3. The more detail about your manouvers and the way you think as you fly the better. It gives us a better feel of how you fly so we can write better posts.

Alright, I know I`ve been pretty inactive this week, but its been a crazy week. Re-schedueled basketball games/practices, Calgary last weekend, way-above-normal homework amounts (due to catch-up from exams), and some personal issues.

Okay, I've got some bad news that I wasn't going to say for a while:
I'm taking a long leave (probably until the summer) from the VE.
As much as I've had a great time with everyone, it's been hard balancing real-life things and my position as Nazgul Flight Three Leader here. So, after Revenge of the Reply and the story ends (which I'll try to get a few more posts on), I'll be gone until the summer.
How it affects my character: Here's where my "son" comes in. My character will be taking a leave to go back to Aurora Prime with Alexia, and it will be there where Jason Nebulax is born. My real-life leave and my character's leave will be the same length. I'll notify everyone of the changing details of my charcter once I return from leave.
So, to sum it all up, I'll be around until the story and Reply Wars are over, then I'll be on leave, and then I'll be back for good when the summer comes. But I'm still going to drop in every so often and see how things are doing. -----------------------

Hey guys, I'm back. Came down with the flu over the weekend so I slept most of the time (and watched the olympics). Anyway I'm catching up now and will post some instructions, thoughts, etc. I think I want to set this Sunday as a possible deadline for the story but I will get back to you on that.
