Question about reports. Do you want them before Thursday night, like in the afternoon or morning, or is Thursday night an ok time for them to be sent.

Aegis and Nazgul arn't the only ones, Kaph is becoming pretty quest as well, not that it has been loud since Shazam and Chip left. But more than half the squadron is on leave, Den, busy with RL; Earth, school; even i'm lacking time for school. Something needs to be done. and I'll be more than willing to discuss this in the Commander's ComNet. -----------------------

Well, school time is the big problem here. Many people have other RL activities as well going on, besides school (like myself and my job). I basically work around a normal school day.
As bad as it is, the Vast Empire Navy is at an all-time low, it seems. I'd love to stay here as long as I can, but if the entire thing collapses, what will we have left to do?
This is an unfortunate time, as all three squadrons are lagging in activity. The Wing Story has also seemed to collapse. Currently, Nazgul is under the control of the Flight Leaders, not Shazam or Art as they are both on leave, Shazam on an indefinite leave.
We need to have a Navy meeting set up for a weekend. Have every single member in the Navy available to attend. There, we can discuss the issues and try to come up with a solution. -----------------------

Alright. Cross Country is super gay. I'll probably quit after this season and never return. Guitar is nice and I'm pretty good now, so I suppose I'm satisfied. My urge for writing is growing more than I could have figured, so maybe this was my avenue and I need to renue it. Dial Up isn't so bad. Nazgul has dropped in activity about 90 percent. I'm comin back soon. Hold on guys. Give me a couple of weeks, then I should be good and done. Rock on. -----------------------

We need a serious remodeling of the squadron, and by that I mean an AWOL check. We should drop all members who do not reply to the AWOL check. If worse comes to worst, we'll have to combine all three squadrons into a single squadron for the time up until summer, when everybody has more time.
What I mean by that is, issue a Navy-wide AWOL check into all three squadrons, and anyone who does not reply should be removed from the squadron either 1) for a short time or 2) permanently. I don't want to sound harsh, but the Navy is falling on rough times. Something should be done about it.
Any comments? I'd be glad to hear them. -----------------------

well, the problem with AWOL check is, you issue one, they'll reply to the e-mail, the they'll also tell you that they're busy with RL and can't participate much in the actual VE. and doesn't really log on. -----------------------

Well, I might have said that I would come back with you guys, but that isn't going to happen anytime soon. Me and Chip have been talking, and we are going to do some major things with the squadron. We are actually putting out an AWOL, but I don't think those work. I am going to personally get in contact with each of the people in the squadron and see what is going on. E-mail works too.
As of now, Aegis has two members that I know of. ME, and Chip.
Looks like no one wants to change the roster, so as of now, here is how Aegis looks.

yea, maybe we should just take all the members that are actually active, the ones that are logging on everyday, and posting, and make a temperary squadron.
