Well I'm back from my vacation (which for those who missed my post and couldn't figure out where I was, now you know).
Shazam, can you e-mail me with a confirmation of whether or not you will be taking an extended leave?
Also, in Shazam's absence, I am going to maintain the system I set up before my leave. The two flight leaders will act as squadron leaders for their flights and if I am away will jointly run the squadron. Once Shazam confirms with me what his plans are, I may or may not change that system (it depends on my evaluation of its performance).
I will have more later once I catch up on everything.

Well, I've been trying to get on, but I've been closing lately at work. (which takes all the free time I could have possibly made in the past couple of days)

Considering that I'm starting to close a great deal of times now, if I disappear for a couple days, that means I'm either working, or doing some school activities that consume my night (such as cross country meets, or musical practices [aka The King and I, I 'll probably end up with the biggest role in the musical, the king  ]).

Well, can't promise great amounts of activity, but yeah, I can do it. Everybody in flight 3 just give me your reports. I'll give a flight report on Saturday, because Friday, I have to march in the band, at our high school football game.
Musical: Here's the thing, I auditioned, because 1) I have a very musical family 2) I can sing very well (I rating at solo/ensemble contest) 3) I'm about the only guy in choir with any talent (others are unwilling, or terrible with a 3:1 ratio of girls to guys, so there's very few of us) 4) the musical is a graded, mandatory event, and a major part of the first semester grade 5) I have to have a part, because I had to teach somebody else how to run the light board in our auditorium, which forces me onto stage

Thas a negative on the full time deal. I'm afraid Art has my position until I can atleast get that high speed. All of my time now consist of playing guitar... I mean, I spend, probably, anywere between two and three hours playing guitar every day now. That's just me killing time. But I'll just start writing stories because that's what I do pretty good.
