I guess I could. I use the templates because it's just easier. It usually takes about an hour for me to create a totally new design that I like.

I've been wanting to change anyway, so I just may look into that.

It's amazing you can draw something like that Hellra, Im impressed, my thoughts though:The "cloak" on the figures head looks like a thick salad both attached to your neck with the edge facing upward You might also want to conceal the face more, and add a more vibrant color for the eyes, making much more menacing.

TBH, it's really not that hard. If you want, and I get time, I can produce a tutorial on how to do it in PSP8.

The only kicker is having the inspiration for the frame in the first place. That'll be the main reason I don't produce many.

You don't see me using a lot of diagonal lines because, for some reason, they look jagged. Anti-alias doesn't seem to do anything to fix that. I just may have to just figure out how to totally convert all my work to PhotoShop CS.

You can't anti-alias with transparencies. Think about that for a minute and it should make sense.

Hellra.. you've got potential. The hood looks like it goes a bit too far right, but if you trim a bit of that off it would be great. I'm impressed.

HM, i think the inside of the hood needs to beadjusted on the right side, i have decided on just making avaters etc. If someone wants one, tell me, most of them are hand drawn and then edited....

Actually, it would be okay to draw some cloaked figure for my avatar, if its easier for you. If you could make the face kinda pale, with red eyes gleaming from underneath the hood, maybe you could incorporate a weapon, like an electrostaff.
