Eviscares: I believe that Talon used Bryce to make the stormy. There are several other stormies he made on the Stormtrooper Corps Academy website.
CJ: You have those thick white borders because: 1) You didn't save it correctly (was not in .gif format) or 2) you renamed it. The same goes with Squall's avatar (the white borders).
I guess Shaz wants a new avatar, but I'm probably going to have to find a completely new picture if he wants a white cape (I use Google. I dont make them by scratch).
Expect my own avatar to change in the near future. 
I also plan on adding new avatars for both Army and Navy divisions.

Im offering (doesnt havto be you, Cos) 100k for a new avatar with features like this:
A guy in a stormy outfit with no helmet.
hair color: black
eye color: dm (doesnt matter)
A scar on his right cheek (from 1D mode if you were him) .
Make him look younge around 19 to 20.
Have CJ at the bottom.
Make him holding a gun in his hands and his finger on the trigger so that your looking at the barrel sorta like Kairo's idea but different.
And also, make a reddish color just still inside the barrel so it looks kinda like laser is about to come out.
So if thats possible id really like that and ill wait for however long it takes for it to be made (if any1 will get it or make it).

CJ: You're talking about a custom character. An entirely customized character - something that has a very low probability of being found on Google. I personally won't be able to do such an image because I don't "draw", and am not really talented in drawing humans. I'm a splicer/merger/improvisor. (Take a whole bunch of pictures and make them look better :P )
The only people in the VE that I know of that can actually make customized characters are Zed/Dez and Talon.
Eviscares: Not bad, although I am a little uncertain as to what kind of character is in the picture itself. It's a little dark.
