You all want to know how many posts we have left? All 7, and it is Thursday.

The sad thing is that I don't even get the satisfaction of making it only six since I was the last one to post before Shazam gave the order. We are now all veterans here, in one corps or the other, none of us have the excuse that "I don't know what I am doing."

You know guys, I really hate nagging at you constantly, but you haven't shown me anything yet that deserves much of anything else. Now, about anybody that goes to public school is going to have today and (or at least) tomorrow off. I would be very proud if we can pull off some kind of Easter miracle in the next three days and make those seven posts.

Cyleaf, I'll miss you for the next two weeks.

C-3PX2, the reserves are where you want to be. It is suppose to work that all you have to do is post in the Leave section that you are going to go into the reserves. In reality you should do that and send a PM to Shaz about it. I'll also send him a note about it in my report. I'll miss you too.

Lieutenant Willtconq and I have come up with something new. Starting from this point forward to the upcoming Friday, it would be greatly in your favor if you timed your IRC sessions. This is so because we will be holding a little contest. The person who logs the most hours will receive 100K from Willtconq, everyone else will receive 1k for every 5 hours they log from me (there will be not dividing of hours, it is all or nothing. Of course, Will and I won't be in on the contest.

Here is how it will work: You will use the built in IRC timer (stop watch near crayons in middle tool bar) and set it to total connect time. You will then start the timer. At the end of the week you will be asked to take a print screen of your timer, send it to Will and me, and then reset your timer.

May the best chatter win.

And sorry too for posting twice in a row, but I felt a second post was needed to explain my Kaph-Mortain story post.

Having been in and out of the story, because of personal reasons, I felt a need for some comic relief.

Compared to the rest of you, I still don't have that much flight time, or story writing time. So, I thought it would be funny to make the error a pilot error instead of an actual, real problem.

So, when you read my post, it's supposed to be funny in the fact that it was a simple breaker that I hit in flight that caused my grounding, along with a lesson learned, by me.

Alright this is what you've all been waiting for. Starting tomorrow, Kaph will be having a new story. Reply-Wars will be closed until further notice. Here's the general idea:

Enemy forces will be consisted of a CR-90 Corellian Corvette and a Lancer Frigate, 2 squadrons of x-wings and 1 squadron of a-wings, and 2 Kappa-class troop shuttles. We will be in simple Tie Interceptors. It'll be just us against the enemy forces.

We're stationed on a small base on a world similar to Kamino. The shuttles are going to jump into system some time after the other forces. Our objective is to defend the base at all costs. Reinforcments, a squadron of Agressors, are on the way, but won't be there for another 36 hours, story time.

We'll go from there. Let me know if anyone has any questions. As you can see the plot is fairly simple, so if anyone wants to write any side stories in, you're all welcome to do so. Just don't pull in too much enemy forces, and keep things realistic.

Dredj, and Everybody

To start off, your climatic scene came a little soon. The climax should be when the Lancer gets to us. I thought I made it clear in my posts that the Lancer was a fighter killer. Also, the guns are not that big on a CR90 compared to say a Mon Cal Cruiser or a Star Destroyer, it also does not have missile tubes.  In other words it is the perfect capital ship for fighters to pick on.

The rest should be made evident by the re posting of Will's mission introduction post.

Dredj, your first post was pretty good for your experience, but I have to ask everybody to ignore your last post until you fix it.
