As you may know, Imperial Center has been shut down for the foreseeable future.  As store administrator I can tell you that it is due to the rampant piracy and unforeseen attacks on our shipping lanes.  We thought it would be resolved once the main threat was identified and we reacted to it, but that has not been the case.

I can also merge into RL mode and tell you the real story.  With the server move came a change in backend database structures.  Since IC is not considered a critical part of VE operations - face it, no one but me is really losing any ability to work with it down - it has been placed on the back burner as one of those things that will be converted as time permits.

I am making this post because I have been getting at least one query per day since the server move about the store and I have not had much to tell you until now.  I feel your frustration; I had some items I had found that I wanted to add to the database and there is one order laying in limbo that I think is just sitting on the docks somewhere waiting to be put on the shelves.

I just wanted to dispell any rumors and maybe head off any questions you may have.  Yes, we will be back and open for business, it is just going to take some time before the powers that be get around to letting that happen.

Actually I noticed one Viper member talking the smack about hunting pirates.  I would remind you to get your squadron together working on that exact task in the ongoing Viper story.

Fury, I would probably like to see more infinite items along the lines of non-cartoony crap. I also would maybe like to see pictures of the medals we have in our divisions, and when awarded we get a transfer from the store or you. This would obviously be the only way to recieve these medals. Also, I would probably like to see some holo-projectors and things like that we would be able to buy. Like communication stuff--that is one thing you are lacking as far as I can see.
