Tonight I saw something that I havent seen since I served in the military... I saw people who dont even know each other in the rw make a decision to stand up for what they believe... saving Fury's butt...  no seriously, tonight everyone stood united... the petty quarrling for the most part stopped.. and everyone had a common goal.
Everyone in the Nation of the Vast Empire, world of war made a decision tonight that could kill us all.. we had a choice... allow Fury to be destroyed (which he didnt seem to mind too much) or stand with him and fight.. We could all live, and not be attacked, but we attacked, knowing we had no chance, that we would probably die, and that it would be in vain we all stood and fought, and are fighting, and will be fighting into the early morning...
My post here is about unity, for the first time I saw a team work together perfectly. (yes these are all VE people) I saw someone make a plan of attack, I saw everyone jump to be part of it... everyone gave 100% tonight... and I just wanted to post that I am very proud to be part of that... you all kicked some butt and showed your true colors today. You stood up for something you believed in... in this instance it was trying to take out someone that you thought was an egotistical prick that wanted to destroy Fury for his own ego boost... so I guess I just wanted to say how impressed I was this evening... and that you all were amazing... catcha on the flip side

Well, a couple thoughts on that.
1. He's a fricking huge state right now. So straight out attacking him is gonna take a lot of work.
2. Art says he is trying to get a nation of big boys to attack and kill us off. So who knows what the weekend will bring. Save up your turns (you can top out at 300), stay under protection for as long as you can and see what the next couple of days will bring.
I sold off all my military (minus some AGMs) and got a whole bunch of upgrades. Currently I only have a total of 7 upgrades left to do and I am back above the 10 million networth mark. So, if I do get hit bad and somehow survive, I have almost all my upgrades and the know how to build myself back up in a few days to at least a couple million networth. Hopefully we don't get attacked and I can hope for some brutal payback in the final days. -----------------------
